关于普通硕士研究生学位论文开题报告的规定

为进一步提高硕士研究生撰写学位论文的质量和水平，前移学位论文质量控制环节，特制定本办法。

一、研究生的论文选题必须与学院的学科规划相一致，有课题来源。

二、成立开题专家小组，进行研究生论文开题答辩，对论文选题、研究内容、研究方法、技术路线的前瞻性、科学性和合理性等予以把关，并决定是否通过开题。开题时原则上导师必须参加。

三、开题时间一般定在5月底6月初进行。

四、开题报告的内容至少应包括：

1、研究背景(含课题来源)及意义;

2、国内外研究进展及参考文献;

3、研究内容;

4、研究方法;

5、预期论文的创新点;

6、研究计划。

五、开题报告须提交ppt格式文档。

六、开题严格把关，实行淘汰制。每届研究生开题三次，第一次在5月底-6月初，第二次在9月中旬，第三次在10月中旬。第一次开题按照当年研究生总数的30%左右控制淘汰人数，第二次开题仍不合格者，在十月中旬进行第三次开题。第三次开题合格者，撰写的论文需经过匿名评审，进行单独答辩;第三次开题未通过者和单独答辩未通过者，延期毕业。

本规定自XX届毕业硕士研究生开始执行。

毕业从事软件开发期间，我经常听到其它同行说他们客户的需求又要变啦。而且当时在做需求分析的时候，客户没有提出，等差未几做好时提出。假如要修改，而当时在设计数据库的时候没有考虑这个题目，修改数据库又要耗掉大量时间，增加开发本钱。假如不修改，项目又完成不了，无法收钱。

又或者软件在使用了一段时间，在使用一些查询功能的时，反应好慢。随着数据越录越多，这些查询功能就会越慢，假如要解决这个题目，一定需要修改数据库。而要修改数据库，对于软件开发来说，是十分痛苦的。

这些社会经验再加上我个人吃苦耐劳、为人诚恳、勤奋刻苦、集体观念强、具有团队协作精神、创新意识，我会很快适应新的工作环境、并且会快胜任这份工作，真诚的希望我们能共同携手创造公司美好的未来。
