一、硕士学位论文工作程序：

1、确定开题时间：

根据学校研究生院安排思想政治理论教学研究部硕士研究生开题报告会时间。

2、划分开题小组：

按照导师回避制度，对硕士生进行分组，并抽签决定学生开题顺序。

二、硕士学位论文开题报告的基本要求：
