二、乙方负责选拔符合下列条件者为本班学员，学员资格由甲方审核批准。

1.属在职工程技术或工程管理人员;

三、该班学员按如下方式进行培养

五、论文工作 按照培养要求，被录取为工程硕士生者，一般在完成必修课程学分一半后，可申请论文选题。在职工程硕士生的学位论文工作时间一般不少于半(从文献阅读选题报告到提交学位论文、申请答辩的时间)。必修环节(包括开题报告、中期汇报、论文答辩等)原则上安排在甲方进行，在职工程硕士生在校时间累计不得少于半年。学位论文工作按甲方《_________大学工程硕士专业学位研究生教育管理办法》中的有关条款执行。攻读工程硕士专业学位全部培养过程最长不得超过___________。若因特殊情况需要延期，需本人申请，导师同意，经本班承办院(系、所)领导批准，报研究生院审批后，可以适当延长。 工程硕士生的学位论文应有两名指导教师。依据论文课题方向，由甲方选派一名校内指导教师，并聘请乙方一名具有高级技术职称的人员担任联合指导教师，共同指导工程硕士生的论文工作。

七、管理
