经过一个学期的学习，我们即将结束《英汉翻译教程》的学习。通过学习，我又掌握了一门新的英语学习技能，也初步了解了英汉翻译的基本要求与要领。简而言之，就是获益匪浅。

英汉翻译是一门建立在综合能力基础之上的学科，囊括了全方位的知识以及中西文化的差异。不管是对个人能力以及日常积累都有较高的要求。前我一直有一种误区：认为只要掌握大量的词汇，翻译起来就会很容易，认为翻译只不过是把大量的词汇拼接连接在一起。可是当我真正接触到这门课程时惊觉自己原来的思维是有多么的狭隘。当翻译一句话时，我根本不知道该怎么组合。勉强组合在一块时不是错误百出，就是很Chinglish.

首先，英汉翻译应遵循“忠实，通顺”的标准。所谓忠实，就是忠实于原文的内容。由于中西文化之间存在的巨大差异，一句英文在欧美人看起来顺理成章，而在我们中国人看起来就会极其别扭。我们就会在翻译过程中不自觉的用上自己的思维，因而改变了原文的意思破坏了原文的风格。通顺就是指原文语言必须通俗易懂，符合规范。译文必须通顺，避免死译，硬译，符合规范。把原文的内容适当的表达出来，既不能改变扭曲，也不能增加或删减。如“Heisseriouslyill”.就译为：“他病得很厉害”。有人为了追求汉语的“漂亮”译为“他苟延残喘”，这就得不偿失了。

其次，翻译分为三个阶段：理解，表达，和校核。准确理解原文所要表达的意思，注意上下文的关系在翻译过程中是至关重要的。在翻译时采取直译或者意译两种方式。有时在翻译过程中我们也可以直译和意译结合起来使用。主要取决与具体的情景。校核也是一个非常重要的过程，不可忽视。即在翻译时要经过反复的推敲，已到达最好效果的翻译。

翻译不是一朝一夕就能做到做好的事。我们在日常学习中必须注重积累有关英译汉方面的知识以及基本方法。了解基本英汉语言对比(词法和句法)。通过对比，掌握两种语言各自的特点，以及所对应的意思，在翻译的时候才能得心应手的运用。避免造成错用，误用，闹出笑话。需要注意的是随着语言的发展，很多英语单词已经不再紧紧局限于其原有的意思，更有了扩展。这就要求我们积极扩充自己的积累。同时，我还学习掌握了英译汉时常用的方法和技巧。如：增词法，重复法，省略法，以及词义的转义等等。还有关于各种不同句型的不同翻译方式。如定语从句，被动语态，状语从句等等，这些在书本上都有系统的介绍。我们在日常练习的时候也要避免为了做题而做题，要在过程中学会理解，应用这些方法。

我还体会到理解和翻译并不是一回事，几个人的理解相同，翻译成的文字风格可以是不同的。通过学习，我了解到可以直译的就直译，只要把词序调整一下，保证通顺，不致引起误解就好。如果不能直译，可凭借各种翻译技巧，在不偏离原文意思的前提下，对句子的结构作一些变动。方法也好，技巧也好，都是为忠实、通顺地再现原作这个目的服务的，其功效自不待言，但并非万应灵药。任何方法在应用中都有其限度，过犹不及。如果一味死搬教条，盲目遵照翻译的规则，过分依赖这些翻译的技巧，最终只会落得个邯郸学步的结果。优秀的翻译者会在在实践中经常数法并用，因人因文而异，并无一定之规，主要靠自己不断实践、不断总结经验和不断提高理论水平，才能最终达到得心应手、曲尽其妙的境界。

经过学习，我确实获得了不少的进步以及在本学期的翻译学习中，我们获得了翻译专业应具备的一项技能，也对下学期的汉英翻译学习有了初步的计划和想法，以后学起来的时候亦不会无从下手。我相信我在今后的翻译道路更加宽阔平坦，我会再今后的学习中，不断总结经验技巧，是这些宝贵经验成为翻译学习的宝贵财富，力争做一名合格的英语人。

四、教学安排

五、论文工作

按照培养要求，被录取为工程硕士生者，一般在完成必修课程学分一半后，可申请论文选题。在职工程硕士生的学位论文工作时间一般不少于一年半(从文献阅读选题报告到提交学位论文、申请答辩的时间)。必修环节(包括开题报告、中期汇报、论文答辩等)原则上安排在甲方进行，在职工程硕士生在校时间累计不得少于半年。学位论文工作按甲方《_________大学工程硕士专业学位研究生教育管理办法》中的有关条款执行。攻读工程硕士专业学位全部培养过程最长不得超过5年。若因特殊情况需要延期，需本人申请，导师同意，经本班承办院(系、所)领导批准，报研究生院审批后，可以适当延长。

工程硕士生的学位论文应有两名指导教师。依据论文课题方向，由甲方选派一名校内指导教师，并聘请乙方一名具有高级技术职称的人员担任联合指导教师，共同指导工程硕士生的论文工作。

六、获得学位

在职工程硕士生的培养计划应符合该工程领域的培养方案要求，修完全部课程且成绩合格，满足学分要求，通过学位论文答辩者，由_________大学学位评定委员会审核批准授予工程硕士专业学位。

七、管理

1.按照_________大学在职工程硕士生的学籍管理有关条款，由本班承办院(系、所)负责办理研究生证、ic卡等;

2.在职工程硕士生应遵守_________大学有关研究生的管理规定，按时注册;

3.为保证培养质量，学员学习期间的思想教育工作由乙方指派管理人员负责。甲方本班承办、院(系、所)指派一名教师负责有关课程教学方面的协调工作。

八、培养费用

课程学习阶段，每位学员需交纳培养费_________元人民币(不含教材费用)。按上课学员总人数计算，由乙方一次(分两次)向甲方付清。(乙方具体交付培养费办法为：第一次于开班前交付总费用的一半，第二次于课程教学过半，再交付剩余的全部费用。)中途辍学不退学费。

论文工作阶段，每位工程硕士生需向甲方交纳论文指导费_________元人民币，按录取工程硕士生总人数计算。在开题报告前一次付清。未完成论文者，不退指导费用。

九、费用分担

甲方负责支付办班的业务费和教学、管理酬金;

乙方负责支付在乙方授课的教室安排和任课教师食宿;

(甲方、乙方)负责支付甲方任课教师及管理人员赴乙方从事教学和教务工作的差旅费(或乙方承担差旅费的单程费用)。

十、本协议一式四份，双方各持两份，经双方签字、盖章后生效。未尽事宜，依据国家政策，由甲、乙双方协商解决。

硕士研究生学位论文开题报告的说明

一、开题报告的意义

1.促使研究生做好论文的准备工作

开题报告是一个阶段性考核，是中期筛选工作的重要内容之一。为做好开题报告，研究生要进行调查研究、查阅有关资料和文献，了解国内外在这方面已进行的工作以及还有哪些不足，本课题重点研究什么、有什么价值，了解现有理论和实验研究的条件和手段等。通过开题报告工作，使研究生选题的目的更加明确，工作重点更为合适。

2.保证论文质量

开题报告可以使研究生进一步明确论文目标和要达到的预期水平，使学位论文选题较为准确和适当，使系、室有关人员对研究生研究课题有所了解，以便有更多的人关心论文工作进展;通过开题报告、专家评议，使研究生更详细地了解课题进行中应注意处理和解决的问题，同时开题报告还可促进研究生和导师论文写作期间的相互交流。

为使开题报告能够顺利通过，研究生必须在开题报告前做好准备，同时，教研室(研究室)和导师、研究生对选题严格质量控制。系及教研室负责人须参加研究生开题报告并听取各方面的意见、严格审核。对于选题合适、方法得当、措施落实的论文批准开题;对于尚有不足，要求做修改补充的，必要时再次进行开题报告。这样从一开始就体现了对论文质量的高度重视，使研究生学位论文有一个良好开端。

实践证明选题的正确性是论文成功的重要前提，而选题的正确性与开题前的准备及开题报告密切相关，做好开题报告工作是克服学位论文研究中盲目性和保证论文质量的重要措施。

3.使选题的指导思想更加明确

通过开题报告，与会者可充分发表意见，对研究生学位论文选题从多方面提出建议和意见;肯定选题的先进性，也指出应注意的问题，使研究生受到启发，更加明确主攻方向，以便集中精力进行实验和研究，为顺利完成论文工作打下基础。(

4.开题报告可起到学术交流的作用

在开题报告中，针对与会者提出的意见或建议，研究生在导师指导下详细分析各方面条件，或调整论文工作计划，使选题做到既有一定先进性，又经过努力可以实现。开题报告过程既是一个论证又是一个学术交流过程，同时由于开题报告前研究生已做了大量的理论分析和实验研究的准备工作，因此在开题报告中能充分论证本课题的先进性、实用性和可行性，可以反映出较强的科研能力和学术水平以及存在的问题，开题后有利于导师的指导和研究生学位论文研究工作的顺利开展。

二、开题报告的内容

学术论文开题报告，一般包括下述内容：

1.课题来源及选题依据。主要由研究生对该项研究的历史、现状和发展情况进行分析，着重说明自己所选课题的经过，该课题在国内外的研究动态和开展此课题研究的设想。

2.对所确定的课题在理论和实际上的意义、价值和可能达到的水平给予充分阐述;同时，要对课题工作计划、确定的技术路线、实验方案、预期结果等做理论和技术上的可行性论证。

3.课题研究过程中，拟采用哪些方法和手段，目前仪器设备和其他条件是否具备。

4.阐述课题研究工作可能遇到的困难和问题，以及解决的办法和措施。

5.估算该课题的工作量及所需经费。

三、开题报告的一般要求

1.开题报告时间。一般要求研究生的开题报告在学位课基本结束并做出必要的准备后开始，最迟不得晚于第三学期末提出。

2.开题报告要求写成书面材料。研究生将开题报告和有关参考文献、作为开题依据的各种理论分析、实验数据等资料，事先印发给开题报告审查小组成员和参加会议的其他有关人员。

3.开题报告必须在教研室(研究室)范围内进行，要求组成3-5人的开题报告小组，邀请本专业教师、学生参加，听取多方面意见。参加审查开题报告的有关人员，应事先审阅提交的开题报告及有关材料，为开题报告做好准备。

4.审核小组对研究生的开题报告进行严格审核。在审核中对于选题适当、论据充足、措施落实的研究生批准进入学位论文工作;对于尚有不足的，应要求研究生再做修改补充，并重新做开题报告;对于开题未通过者，按规定取消学籍，终止培养。

为使研究生的开题报告顺利通过，从入学开始就应注意教育和引导研究生广泛接触社会，进行社会调查，阅读文献，搜集资料，了解本学科领域在国内外发展动态，使学位论文有一个良好的基础。

四、开题报告程序

由考核小组组长宣布开题报告会开始，介绍考核小组成员。

由导师介绍研究生的情况：

研究生在思想政治、遵纪守法及道德品质方面的表现;

研究生的学习成绩、学习态度、出勤率以及参与创作和科研等方面的情况。

3.研究生做论文开题报告(每位研究生约占用20分钟)，要求简明扼要，抓住重点。

4.由开题报告审核小组成员及导师、同学对研究生的开题报告从各方面提出意见和建议，研究生回答问题。

5.研究生、导师及无关人员退出会场，由开题报告审核小组成员及院审核人员对研究生开题报告进行严格审核。对选题恰当、论据充分、措施落实的论文批准继续进行学位论文工作;对于开题报告存在问题的提出不足之处并做出是否重新进行开题报告的决定;对于思想政治表现差、学位课程平均分数偏低、创作能力偏弱的研究生，根据我院中期筛选的试行规定提出处理意见。

6.研究生入场，审核小组组长宣布考核的意见和是否被批准进入学位论文工作的决定。对选题尚有不足的提出修改意见，并定出重新开题的时间;对于开题报告未获通过者等待处理决定。

7.宣布开题报告结束。
