岁月如梭，一学年的教育教学工作即将结束。在这一学年的教学工作中，我注重自己思想水平的提高，努力提高自己的教学工作能力。我在教育教学的各个方面取得了一定的成绩，但也有许多不足之处，现对一学年以来在教育教学工作中的各个方面作一个全面的总结。

学年初，在学校领导的安排下，我担任了八年级两个后进班英语科目的教育教学工作，在这个学年的教学工作中，我感慨万千，这其中有苦有乐，有辛酸也有喜悦。在这一学年里，我觉得我自己是过得紧张又忙碌，愉快又充实的。特从以下几个方面做出本学年的工作总结。

一、教育教学工作方面

教师是学生学习的促进者，学习能力的培养者，更是学生人生的引路人。教师的任务是教书育人，但不能只做一个“教书匠”，更要做个“教育者”，要充分了解每个学生各个时期的心理状态并进行及时适度的处理，让他们的综合素质得到全面发展。现在，我就把我在这一年中所做的工作与体会进行总结，力求在以后的教学工作中取得更大的成绩和进步。

1.课前准备：备好课。每一次备课都很认真，遇到没有把握讲好的课时立即提出，请教其它英语老师，综合考虑各种方案。多发表自己的见解让大家讨论，如有问题立即更正、改进。

2.多听课，学习有经验教师的教学方法，教学水平的提高在于努力学习、积累经验，不在于教学时间的长短。老教师具有丰富的教学经验，积累了许多教学技巧，多向他们学习，尽快提高自身的教学水平，听课的同时，认真做好记录，并进行评课。听完课后写听课心得，哪些地方是自己不具备的，哪些地方可以怎样讲可能有更好的效果等等。务求每听一节课都要有最大的收获，必要时，还可与讲课教师进行讨论，以了解其讲课安排的依据。

3.钻研教材，认真备课。我认真钻研教材，把握住知识点，认真备好每一堂课。教材是教学的依据，同时也是学生学习的主要参考书，我在熟悉教材的基础上讲授本课程的内容，学生学习才会有依据，学生在课堂上跟不上老师时可以参考教材重新整理思路，跟上老师的思路，所以应该重视教材的钻研。在备课过程中，在不离开教材的原则下，可以参考其他教科书，对比它们的不同之处，寻求让学生更容易接受的教法，有了这些教法后，上课之前应与有经验的老师多交流讨论是否行得通。

4.组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，注意信息反馈，调动学生的积极性。同时，激发学生的情感，使他们产生愉悦的心境，创造良好的课堂气氛，课堂语言生动明了，克服了以前重复的毛病。课堂提问面向全体学生，注意引发学生学英语的兴趣，课堂上说练结合，布置好课外作业，作业少而精，减轻学生的负担。

二、工作出勤方面

我热爱自己的事业，从不因为个人的私事耽误工作的时间。并积极运用有效的工作时间做好自己份内的工作。在教育工作中，我积极参加教研组的教研活动和学校组织的例会，积极参加工会活动、升降旗仪式。在我工作的这一学年中，没有缺席、迟到、早退和病事假的发生，严格遵守了学校的各项规章制度。

三、取得的成绩

在本学年的工作中，我取得了一定的成绩，从本学年的考试成绩来看，我所教班无论从平均分、及格率和优分率都在同年级中表现不错。

四、存在的不足

“金无足赤，人无完人”，在教学工作中难免有缺陷。例如：对学生还不够了解;教学方法还不够成熟等，而这些问题，只能在以后的教学工作中不断地解决。

俗话说“铁打的学校，流水的学生”，我对这句话的认识是这样的：老师传授的知识体系可能没有根本性的变化，但是学生是一届一届有自己的特点的。因此，要在教育教学过程中，不能用一套方式对待不同的学生，要保持教学的新鲜感，老师的教学要为学生的学习服好务，引好路。在新的学期里感谢领导为我的考虑，同时根据学校工作需要，我服从了领导的安排，我又新接手了一个初二年级两个班级的英语教学工作。虽然最近几年来，我一直在教初二和初三的英语课，对于课本有一定程度上的熟悉，对学生心理特点有一定的掌握，但我觉得“岁岁年年花相似，年年岁岁人不同”。因此我在教育教学过程中依然认真学习，研究教法。正因为有了以上的认识，对本期的教学我有了如下的作法，可归纳为三个分析与三个提高：

1. 分析教材，提高课堂效益。

虽然几年来我校一直采用仁爱教材，在教学中积累了一定的经验，但是每年该教材中也有相当的一部分会做出调整和变化。这种调整往好了说是适应新形势，往不好了说是没有个稳定性。因此，在拿到新教材之后，我就着手对比新教材与前两年我教初二时教材的不同之处。我认真地分析与思考对待新教材的教学方法上的改变，在对具体的课文操作上，哪个部分必须详讲，哪个部分可以略讲，哪些部分可以整合，哪些部分可以调整教学顺序，对这些内容我作到了心中有数，并在教学中得以体现与实施，并不断根据学生的特点予以改进。下面我谈一下我对于这些学生特点的认识。

2. 分析学生，提高学生能力。

根据以往的经验，我认为初二这个年级对于学生来说是一个比较重要的阶段，由于身心的急聚发展变化，带来了种.种发展的可能性，既是发展的危险期，也是英语学习的低谷期，同时也不可避免的成为教育的关键期。面临着学习习惯的进一步养成，而学习难度进一步加大，但是还没有初三的物理与化学的压力，同时，逆反心理也渐渐变强的阶段。因此，我们所看到的初二学生常常是学习状态不好，而把老师的批评与教育当成了对他们的不尊重，容易受到不良风气影响等等，但同时，他们的身上又有很多优点值得我们去发现与激励。过去种.种的经验与教训反复在告诫我们，初二的是学生的成长发展的转折点。因此，我不断的分析学生的特点，改变我的教学方式与方法，吸引学生的课堂注意力、激励学生的进步。

刚刚得知接手这个班级的消息时，学生还没有上学，我到班主任的那里借来了两个班级的同学上学期期末成绩单。通过对比成绩单，我就发现了，并在本学期的教学过程中，和两个班的同学接触中逐渐清晰地认识到了两个班的差异和特点。这届初二的学生由于在初一的时候由两个老师来教，不同的老师，塑造了不同的对于英语的学习方式，但是在新学期里，对于新的老师，新的学习方式调整接受的还不到位。同时，我还有一点的体会，学生的对于学习的方式和学习习惯在第一时间已经养成，如果想要对其有所调整，真的是很难的。

二年一班的学生整体不错，中等生差距不大，可塑性很大，有提高的可能性。学生比较活跃，学习积极性比较高，认真听讲的过程中，经常问一些问题，这样老师的教学思路也很流畅，在解决问题中，师生都得到了提高。

二年二班的学生两极分化明显，成绩好的学生表现特别突出，成绩不好的学生在学习目标、课堂纪律、完成作业方面也不是很好，另外，经常有几个学生有自己的听课思路，经常不恰当的提出几个问题，影响教学。整体上来看，不善于提出问题。但是，好的学生有吃不饱的现象。

综合了两个班的不同特点，我作了这样的调整，将一班的讲课进度排在二班之前，这样，在一班学生提出了知识上的问题，我们共同解决了问题之后，到二班我就可以避免在教学中出现一些不必要的问题，讲得更深入，更好提高课堂教学效果。

在对待每一个学生的问题上，我开学初试着帮他们拟定学习上的目标，并在教学中经常介绍学习上的方法，介绍初二与初一不同的学习方式与做题技巧，同时，也举例说明学习上成功的例子与失败的教训。这样学生对英语学习有了认识了，对老师有了认可。

在教学过程中，我充分认识到了“独木难成林”的意义，在教学过程中，我得到了两位班主任，各位科任和家长的信任与支持，也使我的教学工作取得了一定的成绩，减轻了一部分压力。例如，在对高雪的教育过程就体现了这一点，高雪的成绩处于中游，讲课过程中我也特别的给这部分学生机会，在课上关注的也多一点，由于她的学习习惯不好，虽然我可能没有对她进行提问，但是对她的小动作关注的较多，这样一来，给别人的印象就是老师总批评高雪，而批评了两次之后，高雪就有不同意见了，说老师没有给她留面子。我觉得她的学生会主席的身份没有让她变得更优秀，而是更顾及她在大家眼中的形象。为此，我没有在课上再当面批评她了。而是，课后找她谈了几次，讲明白了“形象不是靠别人给的，而是自己得来的，靠学习，靠表现得来的”，但效果不明显。后来，在班主任的协助下，我又找她谈了一次。

后来，她稳定了一些日子，但在这些日子里，也是老毛病不断，总是借故和他人说话，上课不认真，总爱趴在桌子上，以她为中心，影响了一批人，为此，我当机立断，找到高雪家长的电话，请他到学校来，协助教育。我和班主任袁刚向家长通报了高雪的表现及我的想法，得到了家长的支持与帮助，高雪上课的状态进一步好转。期望她有更大的进步。但是，回想此事，我也有别的想法，像高雪家长这样负责的还好，像高雪还能听家长的话的还好，我所教的初二学生中有一部分学生家长根本不在身边，有的由爷爷奶奶等岁数很大的长辈管理，有的在人家住宿，这样的学生的管理成为了我们所面对的一大难题。还有学生不服从管教之后，我们有什么相应的措施吗?我们都应该积极的寻求突破和教育的新方式。
