二、学生情况分析

根据上学期期末考试成绩来看老问题还是比较严重，优秀率低、差生面大。本学期我们备课组仍面临着艰巨的任务。我们本学期教学目标和重点：继续想办法培养和保持学生学英语的兴趣及良好的学习习惯，逐步提高学习能力，多关注40—59，80-84分两个分数段的学生，把40—59的学生作为提高年级每个班平均分的突破口，力争减少40分以下的低分段人数，60、70、80每个分数段的人数有增加，防止两极分化加剧 ，提高平均分、合格率。

三、主要措施

1 . 备课组内加强学科教学理论的学习，更新教学观念。研究教法，注意教学理念在教学过程中的运用，考虑如何在有限的教学时间里提高课堂教学的实效性，注重目标教学的落实，使每个课时的目标细化，要求课后反思教学目标达成的情况如何。课堂教学要讲练结合，备课时要根据课型特点，预留给学生有自我探究、练习和消化的时间，让学生在生生交流、师生交流的互动中得到帮助和提高。

一、毕业生基本情况

我系商务英语专业XX届毕业生共20人。全部学生至实习前已完成商务英语专业教学计划规定的大一至大三上学期共五个学期的全部理论课程(包括专业基础课和专业技能课)。

二、毕业实习的目的和要求

一学期来，本人认真备课、上课、听课、评课，及时批改作业、讲评作业，做好课后辅导工作，广泛学习各种知识，形成比较完整的知识结构，严格要求学生，尊重学生，发扬教学民主，使学生学有所得，不断提高，从而不断提高自己的教学水平和思想觉悟，并顺利完成教育教学任务，下面是本人的教学经验及教训。

一、思想政治方面

二、教学方面

初中的英语教学与高中的英语教学，不仅在教学方面，在学生、教学设备等各方面都有很大的差别。所以开学后，先了解各方面的情况，从教材，学情等方面入手。

备课时认真钻研教材、教参，学习好大纲，虚心向初中组老师学习、请教。力求吃透教材，找准重点、难点。做到提前一两周备好课，写好教案。开学一两周后，就去听同年组老师的课，向他们认真学习、取长补短。

上课前都提前到班级做好准备，做好基本的准备工作，调整好状态。课时认真讲课，力求抓住重点，突破难点，精讲精练。运用多种教学方法，从学生的实际出发，注意调动学生学习的积极性和创造性思维，使学生有举一反三的能力，培养学生的学习兴趣，养成良好的学习习惯，如认真做笔记，课后多拓展知识面、阅读面等。

课后经常利用课余时间对学生进行辅导，不明白的耐心讲解，及时查缺补漏。因为英语需要背诵的地方较多，如单词、课文等，就要求学生一定要过关，没有掌握的同学再进行辅导。充分利用时间让学生多进行背诵，培养学习英语的语感。

除了了教学，本人还注意了解学生的情况。爱学生就要了解学生，包括对学生的身体状况、家庭情况、知识基础、学习成绩、兴趣爱好、性格气质、交友情况、喜怒哀乐的深刻了解。这是避免教育盲点、因材施教的前提，也是提高教育管理水平、提高教育教学质量的必要条件。

经过这学期的教学，本人注意到尊重、理解、信任学生是消除教育盲点的基础。尊重学生要尊重学生的人格。教师与学生虽然处在教育教学过程中的不同的地位，但在人格上应该是平等的;理解学生要从青少年的心理发展特点出发，理解他们的要求和想法，信任他们的潜在能力，放手让学生在实践中锻炼，在磨练中成长。只有这样，学生才能与教师缩小心理距离，学生才会对教师产生依赖感。比如，初中生更喜欢上台进行对话背诵，而不是单纯的死记硬背，这就要多给学生上台表演的机会。而有的学生英语基础较差，我就先从基本的音标教起，使他们恢复信心，激发学习英语的兴趣。

我更深刻地认识到教师要热爱每一个学生，尤其是对待后进生要多给一些温暖，用"爱"字改变他们，理解尊重信任他们。爱学生就是要严格要求学生，对其缺点错误，不纵容、不姑息、不放任。师爱既蕴含着强烈的情感色彩，又表现出深刻的理智，不仅着眼于学生目前的得失和苦乐，更注重学生未来的发展和前途。对于英语学习成绩较差的学生，适当降低要求，避免其产生逆反心理。

在本学期的校园科技文化艺术节上，本人还认真辅导学生。本班的学生在初中组英语演讲比赛及制作圣诞节贺卡比赛中都取得了优异的成绩。这有利于学生综合素质的提高，并培养学生的集体荣誉感。

三、 自我素质的提高

Autobiography

From a middle class family, I was born in Hsin Ying, Tainan on October 10th, 1965. My father is a civil official at Tainan City Government. My mother is a house wife good at cooking. Although I am the only child of my parents, I am by no mans a spoiled one. On the contrary, I have been expected to be a successful man with advanced education. I study hard at school. 本学期我担任八年级(3)班英语教学工作，在教学中认真执行校园教育教学工作计划，转变思想，用心探索，改变教学方法，在继续推进我校自主创新的探究式课堂教学模式——“一主多辅，多维互动式”教学模式的同时，把新课程标准的新思想新理念和课堂教学的新思路新设想结合起来，认真备课、上课，及时批改作业、讲评作业，做好课后辅导工作，用心主动观察课堂，开展有效课堂活动，现将具体做法总结如下：

一、课前做好准备。

古人云：凡事，预则立，不预，则废。英语教学中，课前准备尤其重要。在上一节课之前，先要将要上的资料过一遍，结合教案，把整个教学的思路理一理，让自己心里有个谱，同时，准备好上课要用的教具，如录音机，磁带的进度等等，这些小细节有时候会影响整个课堂的进程。另一方面，也要备学生，我们八年级的英语老师给学生们准备了学案，在上课之前就发给了学生，让学生对整个单元的知识点有了一个初步的认识和准备，另外，我的一个具体的做法就是，每节英语课提前2分钟进入教室，提醒学生做好准备，将书本和要用的书籍等上课物品准备好，不打乱仗，然后将本单元的单词齐读一遍。当学生读完的时候，也就上课了。

二、认真上好课。

上课是整个教学过程中的主体部分，也是最重要的一个部分，学生的大部分知识都来源于此环节。在上课的时候，我有效组织了课堂，突出了重点，努力突破难点，并当堂反馈，一个单词，一个句子，教完了就叫学生练，不会，就多练，多读，就应掌握的资料，绝对不能让学生蒙混过关，同时，我也尽量让自己的课堂气氛活泼化，幽默化，尽量吸引学生学英语的兴趣，将自己的讲解深入浅出，让所有学生都能听懂。

三、课后认真复习，落实反馈。

复习在某中好处上来说，甚至比上课更重要。在课后，我班实行单词“三清”。即“日日清，周周清，月月清”。我们准备了一个单词“三清”记载本，每一天由课代表负责组织策划要清的单词资料，然后和英语学习小组长对每个学生进行监督检查。

四、开展英语拓展活动，增进学生学习英语的兴趣。

不管是区教育局的要求，还是本身英语教学的需要，课本上的知识已经远远不能满足学生的需求，拓展活动的开展势在必行，在本学期，我们班开展了多种多样的英语拓展活动，例如，我们配合音乐教师开展了英语歌曲传唱活动，在这个活动中，我们既学习了这样脍炙人口的老歌，也学习了这样的流行歌曲。我们还开展了像英语单词王，英语故事大比拼等这样的活动，在这样的一系列的活动中，学生的英语从听、说、读、写方面得到了极大的拓展和提高，潜力得到了锻炼和提升，兴趣也变得更加强烈起来。

五、培优补差工作的开展。

在教学中，我对每一个优生十分关注，不管是平时的上课，还是课后的反馈，我对这些学生的要求都十分严格，每次作业力争做到面批面改，让他们能很快认识到自己的错误并改正，每次测试后，都找他们来分析原因，改正错误。对待后进生，我也没有放弃，在平时的教学工作中，我对这些学生的要求不高，但是，一些基础知识和务必掌握的重点知识，我则要求他们务必完成。

六、用心参加英语教研活动。

我们田校长说过，一个不会搞研究的教师，不是一个好老师，我们要成为一名学习型教师，一名研究型教师，一名学者。在本学期，我用心参加校园的教研活动，在学期中，我因病请假，在此期间本来已经将我的教研活动错过，但是回来之后，我还是把这个活动补了回来，上了一节公开课。另外，在本学期，我用心参加每次老师的看课活动，在课堂上认真观察，认真思考和比较，将自己的别人的做法比较，将本班学生和他们班学生比较，将过去的自己和此刻的自己比较，等等，在这个过程中，我清楚的明白，我的英语教学潜力也有了长足的进步。

一、教学工作

本学年我继续担任八年级137、139班的英语教学工作。在教学方面，首先按常规做好课前备课，认真钻研教材，努力创设适合年级教学的活动形式，以激发学生学习的兴趣，使学生从情感、思维和行为上主动参与到英语学习中。教学中坚持语音渗透，拓展学生的语音知识，培养学生自己拼读单词的能力。课后，认真批改学生作业，对作业严格要求，对学生做错的题，做到及时纠正。为学生树立榜样，带动他们养成良好的学习习惯，为高效学习打下基础。

二、学无止境

虽然从教20多年，但在教育教学中仍遇到了众多问题。问题的解决需要细心的请教，勤奋地读书、不断地反思和不断否定自我，超越自我。一年来，我阅读了《生命教育之一位英语教师的教育生活》、《赏识你的学生》等教育书刊。另外，通过听课、以及学校提供的外出学习机会等，开拓自己的思维，汲取别人的优点，不断的完善自己的教学。

三、勤奋工作、常思己过

八年级学生已经有了一定的英语基础。对教学来说是一种挑战。因此，我调整了一下教学方法。

首先是鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，对他们在学习过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度，几个月下来，我终于相信赏识教育真的会发挥很大的作用。

第二是关注学生情感，创造民主、和谐的教学气氛。学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化有积极的情感态度，才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩。方法是做到以下几点：

1、尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们在学习中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心和积极性。

2、把英语教学与情感态度有机地结合起来，创造各种合作学习的机会，促进学生互相学习，互相帮助，体验成就感，发展合作精神。

3、关注学习有困难的或性格内向的学习，尽可能地为他们创造语言交流的机会。

4、建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道，经常和学生一起反思学习过程和学习效果，互相鼓励和帮助，做到教学相长。

第三是加强对学生学习方法的指导，让他们在学习和适用的过程中逐步学会如何学习。

1、创造条件，让学生自己制定阶段性的、可行性的学习目标。目标是学生们拼搏的核动力，是效率的加速器，是他们战胜困难的.自信心。作为老师千万别忘记，我们还要指导学生们实现目标的方法。

2、引导学生结合语境，采用推测、查阅和多方面协调的方法进行英语学习。

3、引导学生在学习过程中，进行自我评价、自我总结，并根据需要适当调整自己的学习目标和方法。

最后是对学生进行有效的评价。

评价可以使学生认识自我，树立自信，有助于反思及调整自己的学习方式，评价应该采用测验及非测验相结合的形式，平时要重视形成性评价，对学生回答问题过程中的表现及时给予反馈评价，让学生的行为立刻得到强化，他才能在下一次回答时积极主动，久而久之，孩子就树立起了自信心也逐渐养成了爱动脑思考，积极回答问题的习惯。每次测验以后，应该引导学生学会分析自己的成绩和不足，明确接下来努力的方向。
