二、教材分析

unit 1 how often do you exercise?

重点1、掌握what … usually do …？和how often …？的句型；2、掌握表示时间频度的词汇。

难点：1、辨析：always，usually，often，sometimes，hardly，never；2、辨析：all，most，some，no。

unit 2 what’s the matter?

重点：1、掌握身体各部位的表达法；2、掌握健康问题的表达法；3、掌握情态动词should和shouldn’t。

难点：1、表达患病时，可以用have/has a headache/toothache来表达。；2、-ache和sore都表示疼痛。-ache表示持续地隐隐作痛，如：headache，stomachache，toothache。sore表示一触就痛的，如sore throat， sore back，sore leg。

二、教学计划

1、教授不同层次的学生

要激励和指导班上那些学有余力的学生，同时也为那些不善表达的学生提供必要的支持。

要精心安排教学进度，让语言不够流利的学生有足够的时间理解和操练每一个新语言项目。

结对活动和小组活动对各个层次的学生都有帮助。在由不同层次学生组成的对子和小组中，尖子生在帮助后进生的同时自己也复习了所学知识，这是非常有价值的。在层次相同学生的对子和小组中，后进生按照自己的进度完成活动并操练语言，必要时向对方提问。

2、抓好学生听说读写训练

听说读写四中种技能的训练是相互紧密依赖的。说的能力很大程度上有赖于听的能力。初一重听说，但读写要紧跟。教师应尽量在课堂上使用英语训练在英语环境中听说英语。教师在课堂上强调口语，这会使学生把语言看成活的东西，看成有用的交际工具和了解世界的工具。要鼓励学生互相问候，交流有关他们自己、学校、家庭的简单情况。

3、抓好语音、词汇、语法教学

学好语音是学好英语的基础。要利用教学录音带，使学生掌握正规语音及语调，让学生多听、多模仿，逐步掌握正确的朗读技巧。

词汇教学主要是使学生掌握词义、词的搭配和用法。要真正掌握词义和词的用法，还必须通过有情景的课文教学，并结合听说读写等言语实践才能达到。教学中要注意词不离句，句不离文。

4、让学生在课堂上更多地使用英语

提高课堂上英语使用率的一个最好的方法是全英语教学。从使用简单的陈述句开始，这样可以帮助学生对新语言建立自信。教师可以提问。并要求学生全部用英语回答。

二、抓好教学业务工作，提高教师的专业素质

1.团结协作，发挥集体备课组的优势

备课是上好一节课的关键和前提。我们采取集体备课与个人备课相结合的办法。备课做到三定(定时间、定内容、定中心发言人)。四统一(统一教学目的的、统一重点、统一作业内容、统一教学进度)。集体备课主要以各年级备课组为单位，由各个备课组长负责，每周四第八节课为集体备课时间。每次备课由1名教师选定一个单元并主讲，明确本单元教学内容的重点、难点、疑点，基本习题，参考教法等。然后，同年级备课组教师进行讨论，最后达成共识，之后形成文字形式的教案。充分发挥备课组的力量，做到了教学资源共享。

2.抓好教研组活动这个主阵地，向45分钟要质量

课堂教学是学校教学工作的中心，也是教研活动的重要环节。教研活动的主要方向就是提高课堂教学的水平和教学质量。因此，英语课堂教学在教研活动中占有重要的地位。本学期我们每周四下午第八节课定为组教研活动。每周都有详细的活动安排，本学期共按排了六位教师的公开课和两位教师的师范课，针对课堂教学中出现的情况，提炼共性问题进行研讨，进一步明确了对策建议，使广大英语教师对一些问题有了清晰的认识。为了使大家能在意识上和教学方法上有一个大幅度的提高，在11月份，在学校的大力支持下，我们到其它兄弟学校去听课学习，大家一直反映非常好，在那里不光学到了同仁们的先进的教学方法和理念，更重要的是看到了教研组科学的管理方法，为我们今后的工作起了一定的指导作用。

3.认真落实“结对子”活动

针对英语教研组目前的现状，结合学校的教研活动，在教研组内部广泛开展了“结对助教”活动，由优秀教师指导年轻教师的教学，互相听课、评课，分阶段总结，开展了优秀教师的“示范课”，青年教师的“汇报课”活动。青年教师靳东东，刘春玲，高峰在经过一个学期的锻炼，在指导老师的帮助下，所上的汇报课受到了大家的好评，新老教师共同学习，共同提高。

三、努力开展课外活动，激发学生的学习兴趣

课外活动是重要的教学辅助手段，有利于增长知识、开阔视野。有目的、有组织地开展各种适合学生语言水平和年龄特点的课外活动，可使学生生动、活泼、主动地学习，可以激发他们的学习热情，培养兴趣。本学期根据教研组的活动安排，根据不同年级掌握的知识水平，组织一些丰富多彩的课外活动。全校的英语竞赛都圆满的结束了，各个年级在老师的认真辅导下都取得了很好的成绩。

四、大力提倡搞教学研究，努力提高教学质量

根据我校的特点，多数教师都能积极地进行大胆英语教学研究，主动地申报研究课题，平时多观察、多思考，能将在教学实践中发现的其它问题总结归纳并用文字表达出来。联系实际积极撰写外语教育教学论文，教学反思和教学设计。部分教师所撰写的教育教学论文，教学反思和教学设计还获得了市级奖。

不会学习的人将是21世纪的新文盲。学习方式的改革是我组所做的核心工作之一。我校英语组力求在教学研讨过程中关注学生学习过程和方法，发现、探究、研究等认识活动，使学习过程更多地成为学生发现问题、提出问题、分析问题、解决问题、掌握方法的过程。新课程向传统的教学方法提出了挑战。教师要成为学生学习的伙伴、学生发展的促进者。因此，我们英语组努力倡导营造民主、平等、互动、合作的师生关系，在与学生交往互动、合作交流中，情感交融中健全学生人格，完善学生个性，促进师生共同发展。
