到八月初，上完华浦的课程，便收拾行囊赶去kc.lim家了。他们家是马来西亚人，而又在新加坡呆了近十年，由于是华裔，来宝(noble resources pte.ltd)公司特派他担任中国区ceo，驻上海。kc家里四口人，有两个可爱的女儿，jing en.lim 九岁，jing rong.lim 七岁。叔叔阿姨都会说一点中文，但都一点中文字都看不懂，两小家伙就更不用说了。他们家住的别墅区，进出有专门司机，所以说在他家住除了和阿姨去送两小家伙去mandarin house，或者陪阿姨去starbucks小坐，几乎与事隔绝拉。出来他们家，确实有点不习惯，比如在饮食上，他们比较注重健康，不放味精不放盐，每天要吃大量的蒜(早上的garlic bread 让我疯了，我最讨厌的就是大蒜了其实)。我发现我们中国学生说英语比较生硬，外国人讲话比较简洁明了。比如说：我们经常说这食物很好吃，用英语说“it’s delisious “,但实际上一个简简单单的”nice”就能表达所有的意思。其实在他们家，我反而觉得和叔叔阿姨交流起来比和小孩子交流起来比较方便，因为小孩子说话快，而且音调比较像卡通片里的声音，很难懂。所以有的时候和小家伙一起看disney channel时，我会特别注意卡通人物的发音，真的好难，里面的英语基本听不懂。一是太快，二是语调太奇怪，比我看cctv 9 international累多了。有的时候和阿姨聊天，她会教育我很多很多方面，她会教育我reading newpaper，她说现在太多的像我们这种二十多岁的小孩子，不知道how to use their brain ，她会包容我的错误，耐心的听，和我交流，所以我比较粘阿姨的，她和别人说我是她大女儿，哈哈。叔叔是很忙的，平时我基本是看不到他的，我们起床的时候，他已经被公司的车接走了，我们睡觉的时候他还没回来。我对叔叔是一种很敬畏的感情，他不多话，但睿智，他会五种语言，英语很好听。只有周六周日，叔叔才会在家，不过我也看不到他的，他在书房看书或处理事务，只是偶尔看到他到厨房冲咖啡，我仅仅和他打个招呼而已。外国人发短讯也很有意思，为了节约时间，通常只选这个单词的一两个字母，或同音单词，例如：see you=c u,your=yr ,have-hv,我觉得最有成就感的就是一次周末，一家子人带 jing en参加钢琴考级，因为在上海考，我们让小韩叔叔开车到上海市青少年活动中心，他们一家是看不懂中文的。所以墙上的注意事项是看不懂的，我就充当了一次翻译的任务。看到他们一副不知道怎么办的样子，我将他们安顿好，一个人将jing en送到考点。呵呵，感觉好有成就感哦。那天晚饭我们去徐家汇的一家很popular的新加坡餐厅吃饭，价格不斐但是真是真的好难吃哦，同志们，以后不要去啊。很多生活习惯是很有趣的，比如他们早上起来不刷牙洗脸就吃早饭，吃完了就洗澡，他们信上帝，每天睡觉之前有pray time，每天必须要把盘里的食物吃完，呵呵，很多family traditions.邻居也有很多华裔，邻里之间很好，虽然每家有保姆，但全职太太们会做一些拿手的小食物，然后叫保姆送来送去的。呵呵，阿姨最拿手的就是做茶味和水果味的甜品拉，她也教会我了哦，不过你般中国家庭可没机会做，因为要好多工具啊，比如各式烤箱。呵呵，还有好多事情，真是一次有趣的体验，临别的时候，和阿姨拥抱，我们会经常email联系的。

一、说教材

(一)教材的地位和作用：

本节课是人教版八年级上册第六单元I’m going to study computerscience的第一课时。这一个单元在本册教材中占有重要的地位。本单元的中心话题是谈论自己与他人的理想职业及未来打算。首次接触“be going to”结构，了解将来时态。

(二)教学目标：

1、知识与技能：在这一节课中需要让学生能够掌握本节课所学的重点单词和句型，掌握一些与职业有关的单词，学会运用want to be… 和 begoing to… 结构来做句子和对话。

由于本节课的教学对象是八年级的学生，相对于七年级学生有了一定的英语基础。在单词记忆和句子掌握上有了一定的方法。但是为了保证本节课的成功，还需要先提问那些勇于举手发言和英语水平相对较高的学生们，让其他的学生们能够明白和了解我所提问的内容，并给与他们充足的思考时间和自信心。

在本节课中，我将授课、PPT演示与学案相结合，做到精讲，多练。同时，将自己的角色定位在不仅仅是知识的传授者，同时也是课堂的主导，主要让学生做主人，提高学生自主学习的能力和小组合作的意识。

四、说学法

本期开学伊始，本人接替八年级一班的英语教学工作，经过与其班主任协商，决定将本人所带班主任的班与之一齐进行适当的调整，调整的依据是两班学生上期末的考试成绩和日常的行为习惯表现。至今，透过几个月的教学观察，两个班学生在英语学习方面存在很大的问题：一是学生对英语学习严重缺乏兴趣、主动性和用心性;二是严重缺乏正确的英语学习方法;三是由前导致的两个班整体英语学习氛围不浓厚。

针对以上的状况，本人在后期的英语教学中决定从如下几方面入手，力争透过如下的方式循序渐进的来改变学生学习英语的现状，并逐步使其在英语学习方面取得进步：

首要的是精心设计课堂教学资料，以调动学生学习英语兴趣为主要目的。针对我们学生的基础，务必将课本后期六个单元的资料进行简约化设计，不能想象将课本所涉及的一切都教给学生。那么如何简约化呢我想首先是给学生呈现学习目标，围绕学习目标点对点的展开教学;二是根据学生的基础适可而止的进行延展，不能搞跨越式传授知识;三是借助于网络，搜集网络上适合学生口味的有关教学单元资料并借鉴过来。

第二，加强学生英语课堂学习行为习惯的调控。两个班的学生，课堂上都懒于动口动手，尤其是动口，正如我和学生开玩笑：大概是因为冬季来临，枯水季节，电力不足，要么是录音带受潮，他们嘴里放出来的声音极不流畅。在后期的教学中，学生该动口的，务必动口，与同学间课堂资料的口语交流，课本语篇的背诵，包括利用早读课;该动手的，要求学生务必做笔记，记录下那些重难点和关键，督促学生课本上不能干干净净，至于作业、练习，就更不用说了。

第三，随时注意学生英语课堂学习效果的信息反馈。透过学生参与课堂学习的用心性，思考回答老师提问的准确性，作业完成的质和量等来把握。课课有听写，堂堂有上节课资料的口语展示。根据反馈状况给予学生关注、提醒和教育，并要求学生及时整改。

第四，合理安排后期的教学时间，上好余下的新课资料，制定周密详实的期末复习计划。

后期还有六个单元的新课资料，力争在六个教学周内完成，除此外还余下三周的复习时间。在复习期间，一是引导学生对课本知识进行系统复习，包括每个单元的词汇、短语、句子和篇章以及语言目标的运用;二是利用学生手里现有的教辅，透过练习、检测，督促学生巩固单元知识;三是利用一周时间，对学生本期掌握知识状况综合评估测试，并查漏补缺。

总之，做教师的，为学生而工作，不是为了应付繁琐的所谓上级任务而奔命。

一、前言：

很感谢荣幸有机会到浙江省义乌市掌坤电子有限公司实习。通过此次实践，我们初步认识了电子厂对一些简单零件的加工过程及装配工艺，了解了其市场营销环节及后勤人力资源管理方面的运作，同时也看到了它们发展中的一些问题，并思考了一些对策。此次活动意义重大，为我们进一步深化专业知识及业务流程打下基础。这次的实践时间虽然很短，但在这几个月的实习中学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识，受益非浅。

五、实习内容：

一个偶然的机会我来到了浙江义乌有名的国际商贸城，应聘的工作跟我的实际专业并不对口，起初是对掌坤电子有限公司的基本情况进行了解，后来我从事的是电子商务，刚开始对业务都不熟悉，每天都是对着电脑跟客户聊天，让他们了解我们的产品，这时候就需要注意跟客户聊天时说话的语气，还考验了做生意的头脑，很多时候还要做对账单，所以工作起来很吃力，但是在老板和同事的关心和教导下我慢慢开窍了…因为这是一个国际化的商贸城，所以时常会有外国客户光顾，有美国的、韩国的、日本的、阿富汗的、非洲的…不得不说，来到这里我的英语口语也得到了很大的提高。在大学的时候，我们几乎很少跟外教对话，因为没有信心，又加上畏惧心理，所以自己的口语就没有得到很大的提高，来到这里之后环境让你容不得胆怯，其实真正跟外国人对话也不是很困难，只要克服了自己的心理压力，一定不要紧张，那样的话就你能流利的跟老外交谈，同时又提升了在老板心中的地位，这一点让我感到很欣慰…在义乌有一个惯例，就是每年都会举行一次大型的“义乌小商品博览会”，由于我是这里唯一一个学英语的，所以老板就把这个重任交给了我，义博会举行了5天，这5天中让我获益匪浅，跟老外交谈的过程中让我感觉到文化知识的可贵，也激发了我继续学习的动力….几个月的实习活动，我们听取了有关电子产品的历史与发展、有关其市场营销、技术生产、人力资源管理等方面的介绍，还参观了各个生产车间，对生产过程产生了感性的认识。

一 、思想政治方面

在初二下学期的教学工作中，我积极响应学校的各项号召，积极参加政治学习，认真领会学习内容，及时更新教育理念积极参加校本培训，并做了大量的政治笔记和理论笔记。新的教育形式不允许我们在课堂上重复讲述，我们必须具有先进的教育观念，才能适应教育的发展。 自始至终我一直以认真、严谨的工作态度，勤恳、坚持不懈的工作精神从事英语教学。以教师职业道德规范为准，严格要求自己。思想积极向上，要求进步。在教学中，能够做到为人师表，关爱学生，帮助学生对英语学习充满学习热情和信心，以健康文明的形象言传身教。

二、教育教学工作方面

在课堂中我积极推进素质教育，力求体现三个面向的指导思想。目的是使学生体会英语与大自然及人类社会的密切联系;体会英语的价值，增强理解英语和运用英语的信心;初步学会应用英语的思维方式去观察，分析，解决日常生活中的问题;形成勇于探索，勇于创新的科学精神;获得适应未来社会生活和进一步发展所必需的重要英语事实和必要的应用技能。

对教学工作我从不敢怠慢，认真学习，勤于钻研，注重在实践中积极探索新的教学方式，潜心研究英语课堂教学，深刻领会新课改的理念，注重激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，自制教具，开展英语特长活动等，使学生在轻松、愉快的氛围中学习和运用语言，树立学习英语的自信心，注重形成性评价在英语教学中的运用，并能够及时总结经验，提高自己的科研水平。

由于课堂教学扎实有效，形成了独特的教学风格，多次为市英语学科做教学研究课。在开展教研活动时，我积极出课，毫不保留，并主动带动其他英语教师成长，受到了领导的好评。由于自己不懈地努力，加之校领导的支持与帮助上。初二下学期，我教的学生英语学习成绩仍然很好，初三的时候，我要更加努力，使这个班的英语水平再提高一个档次。

三、业务素质方面

为了适应课改的需要，我不断地钻研新的教学理念，探索新的教学方法，不断将自己的所学运用到课堂教学之中，并取得了很好的教学效果，多次在市、校做英语教学设计课，受到了一致的好评。我积极参加学校组织的业务学习和市里组织的各项英语培训，认真学习，领会其精神实质，学习先进的教学理念、教学方法。并积极与我校的其他英语教师研究教材、教法，同时，对她们在教学中感到疑惑不解的地方，我也能毫不保留地发表自己的见解，以此来共同提高业务水平。假期，我还认真学习英语专业，使自己能够切实提高专业水平。

一、努力建立融洽的师生关系。

二、因材施教，掌握难度。

在这方面，我根据学校老师的建议和我自己的摸索，坚持“备课的同时要备学生”，立足学生，有意识的把教材的难度降低，比如听力在本套教材中难度比较大，我就把听力的形式进行适当的改良，让学生更容易听懂，不断提高学生的积极性。

同时根据学生性格特点，我采取了相应的措施。班级部分学生比较活泼，尖子生也比较稳定，但差生较多。为了保持良好的课堂纪律，提高教学成绩，我采取小组互帮形式，好中差搭配，以优生带差生。在分配任务时，根据学生接受能力，分配不同的任务，使每个学生都能体会到成功的喜悦，效果很好。

三、激发学生学习兴趣。

英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，开展丰富多彩的课外活动，课堂上为学生创设情境进行英语对话表演，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学习英语，才能提高英语水平。

四、多表扬，鼓励，唤起他们的自信心。

在课堂教学开展过程中，我感觉大部分学生不愿意起来发言，经调查得知：有的学生由于英语底子薄，不知道该怎样回答问题，有的则是胆子比较小，担心犯错。针对这种情况，我把教材难度降低，并采取表扬和鼓励的方式鼓励学生积极发言，纵然他的答案与正确答案相差十万八千里，我也会为他的勇气鼓掌，这样越来越多的学生都举起了手。

另外，我利用每天的课余时间辅导英语，主要针对中下等学生的听和读这两大难题，这样他们在课堂上便有“话”可说。当学生在课堂上获得了成功感，他们的自信心也会增强，也更加愿意参与课堂的活动了。

我在教学工作中还有很多不足之处，希望在下个学期多总结经验，多向其他老师前辈学习，不断提高教学水平。
