一.教师在教学的过程中首先要把握重难点

我认为这是教学中对教师最重要的要求。如果无法很好的把握重难点。则会对重点知识的讲授蜻蜓点水，导致学生也无法分清重难点。学生在学习的过程中把大量的时间花费在零散知识上，而忽视了重之之重。教师为了更好的把握重难点就要认真的研读教材，仔细研究教学参考，并且做好教学反思，从同学们的错误中反馈自己的失误，不断地摸索和探索。

二.其次语法讲解一定要清楚，透彻。

在讲解重点语法的过程中，教师要多举例子，并且要学生造句子，不能光停留在枯燥，抽象的讲解过程中。

三.应加强学生的对话强度，鼓励不开口说英语的学生开口。有些学生是对自己不自信，是因为曾经对话的过程中，出现失误却被老师尖刻的言语刺伤，所以当学生出现错误的时候应微笑着让他坐下，然后再纠正错误。有些同学的对话可能会脱离现实生活，但只要开口说英语就要鼓励。

四.在教学过程中应以学生为主体。

整个课堂是学生在开口说而不是老师在干巴巴的讲授。尤其是教材的最后一部分，阅读部分。要使同学们在默读的前提下做课本上要求的练习题，也可以确定几个话题，学生用英语进行讨论，锻炼他们用英文思考的能力，运用所学语言的能力。课文部分教材给出了一篇文章然后学生进行阅读，并且每篇文章后面都有若干个问题，在这一部分一定要让学生在默读的前提下独立完成回答问题。锻炼他们的应试能力。

五.八年级英语教学单词仍然是基础。

我个人认为应该打好学生的单词基础。在讲授的过程中可以让同学们记它们的同义词及反义词。并且让同学们自己造句子

六.培养学生们的课文背诵能力。

严格要求学生要背诵下来课文。这样可以培养他们的英语语感。

总之，无论是七年级英语教学还是八年级英语教学，最重要的是教学技巧要灵活，教学要扎实。为了提高英语教学质量，教师必须对英语课堂教学进行反思，不断完善教学过程，不断反思，不断进取，努力提高课堂教学质量。我们每个教师都应在教中思，思中教，方可求得发展.

紧张、美好的实习生活结束了，在这短短的一个月里，我和同学们以及带课老师建立了深厚的感情。临走之前，确实有些依依不舍，但是我知道，人生中这样的分离还会有很多次。以下仅对我实习期间做个简单的实习总结。

我们的教育实习主要分为两部分，一部分是班主任工作，另一部分是教学工作，说白了就是既要带班又要教课。无论是带班还是教课，作为实习老师，都会有一个该校的正式老师带我们。前段时间实习的主要任务就是听课，看其他老师是怎样讲课的。这种听课和我们上学时听课是不一样的，因为这种听课的重点是观察老师怎样讲课，学习如何传授知识，如何驾驭课堂，如何控制授课时间，而并不是学习老师所讲的知识。熟悉老师的教学流程后，我开始着手备课，写完教案给指导老师查看，

我第一次上讲台时，自我感觉并不紧张，只是课讲得有点快，各个环节之间的过渡性词语不够明确和流畅，课堂驾驭能力不够强，但总体感觉还可以。后来在指导老师的细心指导和建议下，我不断改进，后来的课，同学们对我讲授的知识都能吸收。不仅达到了预期的教学目的和要求，而且课堂纪律很好，同学们也非常配合。有了前几次讲课的经验，我认为自己的课堂驾驭能力有了很大提高，不但可以良好地控制授课时间，也能够适时地调动起学生的积极性，使课堂气氛活跃起来。最后得到老师的好评。

比教学工作更重要的就是班主任工作。在学校里，班主任就是学生的第一监护人，所以班主任的工作非常琐碎。一名真正尽职尽责的班主任，在学生身上下的功夫比学生的父母还要多。实习第一周，我就开始记住每个学生的名字和样子，了解他们的基本情况，配合班主任做好常规工作，看早，晚读，监督卫生情况和自习课，晚自修的纪律，接下来每天都会做好着写常规工作。除此之外，我根据每周的年级重点工作安排和学生动态开展不同的主题班会，如第一周，因有部分同学对学校补课制度不满而暴动，导致学生思想情绪激动，因此我开展了以不再抱怨生活为主题的班会，以其平伏学生的情绪;接下来两周学校要进行月考和期中考试，我就开展了以考试心理调试和考后反思与总结为主题的班会课。期中考试过后，为了放松同学们的心情，丰富同学们的课外生活，增强同学们之间合作沟通与克服困难的团队精神。我于11月15号下午第二节课进行了一次以团体拓展游戏为主的第二课堂活动，期间，坐地起身，抢凳子，人椅等游戏不仅使活动气氛活跃高涨，而且锻炼了学生的团队沟通能力和合作精神。

作为实习班主任，我也在工作中不断总结经验。在对个别生教育过程中，我收到了深刻的心得与体会。他其实学习的潜力很大，只是自觉性和自制力不够强，因为经过多次努力但英语成绩仍然跟不上而泄气，失去学习兴趣和动力，导致文理偏科。经过多次面谈，我不断鼓励和支持他。帮助他明确目标和找到适合自己的学习动力和方法，后来在期中考试中取得了很大的进步，这是我对自己也感到很有成就感。作为班主任，同时也应作为一个朋友的角色去和学生相处，在课后消除师生之间的距离感，是学生能坦白自己的真实想法，将心比心的理解学生的心理与情绪，更多的是感化教育而不是教训。

开学快一个月了，在这一个月的教学中我发现了不少问题，主要表现在以下几个方面：

1.学生的书写有待提高，刚接这两班时我发现学生的书写特别差，我非常着急所以让学生每天写单词练书写，但是出乎我的预料，一周下来不但没有提高，有些学生反而更差了，通过了解我发现学生的抵抗情绪特别严重。在我值班的那天，我心平气和的和学生交谈了一次，特别是那几个调皮的男生，我和他们从人生谈起，逐渐说到书写的重要性，又给他们把26个字母的书写每人写了一遍，没想到从那天的书写就有了很大的变化。同时那几个调皮的男生上课也老实多了，这使我非常的感动，使我的信心大增。

2.应该给学生更多的时间朗读课文。通过这一个月的学习，我发现学生的朗读水平不高，仅仅通过课上练习是不够的，为了能够更好的让学生朗读课文，我让学生课后由组长带领朗读课文，然后每节课拿出时间让学生进行展示。通过阅读我发现学生缺少朗读方法

的指导，在今后的学习中，我要在这方面多对学生进行指导，多让他们练习。

3.知识运用能力差，通过学习Module 2 我发现学生的接受能力差，我忽视了学生的接受要有一个过程，仅仅听到学生口头回答以为掌握好了，以致我再讲完成时态的其他问题时就出现了问题。我深刻反思以后，决定从读入手，让学生先从语感开始，然后把自己说的最好的句子写下来，这样一步一步的效果明显好多了。

通过这些问题我觉得在今后的教学中，应该多关爱学生，把起点订的低一点，然后逐步引导，不能只靠自己主观意志，多分析学生，然后根据学生实际多练习，那样学生才能爱学。
