一、 教学目标

4、阅读教学是重中之重，本册课本中的阅读课文比上学期难了很多，仍以对话为主，还有一些简单的短文。因此，提高学生的听说、表演对话的能力仍是本学期的一个教学重点，还应有一定的语法基础，具备相当的句子表达能力，能运用一定的词组和句型。

四、学情分析

从整体情况来看，学生英语基础较差，兴趣不高，甚至有部分学生的听说读写能力还不够一年级水平，所以在课堂教学时，出现有学生不守课堂规则，不愿听课、睡觉或是做与课堂无关事情的现象，这使得课堂难以调控，难以形成英语学习氛围。有少部分学生基础较好，自制能力较强，能认真听课，按老师要求完成各项任务，。总的来说，本班的英语教学具有挑战性，需要耗费不少时间和精力。

大家好，我叫stm，毕业于青山区任家路中学。我从小便喜好文学，对我而言，相比理科中奇妙的符号数字和多变的几何图形，我更喜爱文学中的那一片人文气息。无人时，我喜欢静静的看书，沉浸甚至沉醉于那一部部文学名著中。书中那片浓郁的人文气息，沁人心脾，让我不由的深陷其中，无法自拔。不知当年老残听到王小玉那犹如天籁般的说书声时，是否也有着这般感受呢？

不过由于过于以书为友，反而让我忽略了现实中的人际交流，在面对陌生的环境和陌生的人时，我会由于茫然不知所措而显得过于沉默乃至沉闷，这也算是我最大的一个缺点吧。

当然像雏田一样，我也一直在试着改变这样的自己，虽然很难，但我会尽力。因此在今后的三年里，我希望在收获好成绩的同时，也能收获到数份珍贵的友谊！

本学期，我担任八年级一二班的英语教学工作。我在教学工作中自始至终以认真、严谨的治学态度，勤恳、坚持不懈的精神从事英语教学工作。认真学习，研究教法，虚心向别人学习。不断总结教学的成功与失败的经验。一个学期过去了，以下是我在这个学期的教学情况

一、抓好学生的学习思想，提高学生的学习质量

1、以教书育人为本，对学生进行品德的学习教育，特别是后进生，关心他们的纪律和学生情况，鼓励他们的学生。

2、贯彻班风、学风评比的要求，全面促进学生的学态发展。

二、按照教学常规环节开展教学工作。

1、备课：

课前认真地备好每一节课，写好教案。既备教材，又备学生，针对学生分析、概括、表达能力差的特点，设计好教学方法。认真阅读各种教科参考书，结合自己的教学经验与学生的学习情况，认真编写好教案制定好教学计划，并不断地加以改善修改。在传授学生知识的同时，关心爱护学生，特别是差生，课堂密切注意他们，教育他们求学勿半途而废。在思想教育的同时，还耐心地辅导学生复习遗漏知识，使他们的学习成绩跟上班里的其他同学，帮助他们树立学好各门知识的信心。

2、上课：

在课堂上，认真授课，运用电脑、实物教具、简笔画，情景教学、手势语言等方法来启发、教育学生。教学生做游戏、唱英语歌等来激发学生的学习兴趣。鼓励学生大胆质疑，注重以学生为主体、教师为导的教学方法，充分调动学生的学习积极性。学生有疑难和不懂读的地方，我总是不厌其烦地讲解、分析、带读，力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用。

3、作业和辅导：

作业的布置适量，有针对性，重点放在句形转换、完成句子，学生的作业总是按时及时地批改，并详细地做好批注，对普遍性错误，在全班重复讲解、分析。针对个别学生的作业还采取面批方法，一一分析讲解、帮助学生解决疑难习题，大大提高了教学质量。

4、考试：

本学期进行了多次考试，每次的考试，都能做到查漏补缺，从中改正教学方法，也让学生调整学习方法，争取更大的进步。

三、贯彻教学大纲的听、说、读、写进行教学。

在教学过程中，将英语分成听、说、读、写几方面进行教学。

听：平时放录音，让学生跟录音读，训练学生的听力，并且利用撑握英语进行训练，还找一些专题训练，提高学生的听力，常让学生听英语歌曲及英语会话的录音磁带，还让学生表演对话，背书。

说：充分利用早读，鼓励学生大胆读书，平时让学生在日常生活中，多说英语，课堂上多让学生进行训练，提高学生的口语能力，激发学生的学习兴趣。

读：读方面主要是提高学生的阅读能力，先教识学生怎样做这些题目，平时让学生多做一些阅读理解的短文，专门训练，提高学生的阅读能力。

写：贯彻新题型和新课标的要求，作文教学主要传授写作方法，进行一些针对性的短文写作，强调字数和书写这些硬件的东西，平时提倡学生利用时间用英语写一些简短的文章，从中提高学生的写作能力，很多学生的英语写作水平有了发展。

四、存在问题：

所教的班级中，有部分学生的基础较差，学习跟不上，成绩欠理想。今后要在这两个方面下些功夫：

一是通过定分数的方法督促学生学习;

二是对这些学生进行帮教，使他们改变学习态度，努力学习，力争在下期的学习中有较大的进步。

五、努力总结和发现问题，及时调整教学策略

当然，在实际教学过程中，我还应积极实践，不断探索，针对实际工作中出现的问题和学生身心特点，总结规律，认真思考，不断摸索。相信通过自己的不断努力和提高，我的英语教学工作一定会迈向一个新台阶。
