二、工作出勤方面

八年级的语法知识点增多，难度也有所提高，对学生的口语表达能力和阅读能力都有新的要求，这就对教师的要求有了新的提高。

一.教师在教学的过程中首先要把握重、难点。我认为这是教学中对教师最重要的要求。如果无法很好的把握重难点，则会对重点知识的讲授蜻蜓点水，导致学生也无法分清重、难点。学生在学习的过程中把大量的时间花费在零散知识上，而忽视了重中之重。教师为了更好的把握重难点就要认真的研读教材，仔细研究教学参考，并且做好教学反思，从同学们的错误中反馈自己的失误，不断地摸索和探索。

二.其次语法讲解一定要清楚，透彻。在讲解重点语法的过程中，教师要多举例子，并且要学生造句子，不能光停留在枯燥，抽象的讲解过程中。

三.应加强学生的对话强度，鼓励不开口说英语的学生开口。有些学生是对自己不自信，是因为曾经对话的过程中，出现失误却被老师尖刻的言语刺伤，所以当学生出现错误的时候应微笑着让他坐下，然后再纠正错误。有些同学的对话可能会脱离现实生活，但只要开口说英语就要鼓励。

五.八年级英语教学单词仍然是基础。我个人认为应该打好学生的单词基础，在讲授的过程中可以让同学们记它们的同义词及反义词，并且让同学们自己造句子。

六.培养学生们的课文背诵能力。严格要求学生要背诵下来课文，这样可以培养他们的英语语感。

七.当堂巩固，注重反馈

⑴早读课，坚持听新教材的课文录音，加强听力训练，让学生模仿地地道的英美人语音、语调。

⑶扩大学生课外英语的摄入量，鼓励他们多读一些英语小故事.

⑸培养学生认真听课，初步运用英语思维和理解。

⑹从音、形、义几方面培养观察力和记忆力，打好语音基础。

本学年我担任初二5)班的英语教学工作，转眼间一学年的教学工作已经结束，此刻我对本期教学情景作如下总结:

一:思想政治方面

认真贯彻党的基本路线，坚持四项基本原则，学习新的教学理论，及时更新教育理念。新的课改模式不允许我们在课堂上做无用功，我们必须具有先进的教育理念，才能适应教育的发展。所以我不但注重团体的政治理论学习，还注重从书本中汲取营养，认真学习仔细体会新形势下怎样做一名好教师。

二、进取运用新课改理念教学

运用新课改教学，我有以下两点体会

1、新课程要求转变观念，更新教育教学理念。

课改要能发挥学生主体性和进取性，有一个创新思维活动的空间，关键在于教师;教师如何引导，启发，点拔能否真正地把学生引到这一领域教师在平时备课中不但要吃透教材，并且要尽量地搜集，制作与教材有关的知识，教具;又要善于把握学生的心里，使学生能够与教师发生共鸣。在教学中教师要善于引导学生从熟悉的事物，现象出发，根据学生掌握的情景，创设情境提出问题，激励学生共同参与，发挥想象，进取思维来解决问题的意向。我们应当教会学生知识，教给学生方法，教给学生独立和生存的本事应成为所有教师的职业追求。

2、新课程要求实施新课改改变传统的教学评价模式。

已有的对学生的评价模式只是对学生的课业学习情景经过考试分数来评价，而忽视了学生的本事、品质的评价，评价方式呆扳，不利学生的发展，打击了一批学生的进取性.而新课改要求在评价学生时，不是只看学生的考试成绩，还要注重学生的学习品质、自主学习本事、合作学习本事、探究本事、思想品质等各方面的综合评价，要以发展的眼光来评价学生，评价的是学生的综合本事，注重学生的动手本事，实践本事，创新本事的培养，而不是以一次考试的成绩论成败，评价方式要科学、全面、客观，要有利于学生的发展。

这样才能从“有限”的教材中无限延伸。

三、工作表现和教学实绩

要提高教学质量，关键是上好课，为了上好课，我做了下头的工作:

1、课前准备，进取和有经验的教师互相讨论，怎样备课以及备一节好课，尽自我的努力把课备好。

2、认真钻研教材，对教材的基本思想，基本概念都弄清楚，了解教材的结构，重点与难点，掌握知识的逻辑，能运用自如，明白应补充哪些资料，怎样才能教好。

3、了解学生原有的知识技能的质量，他们的兴趣、需要、方法、习惯，学习新知识可能会有哪些困难，采取相应的预防措施。

4、研究教法，解决如何把他掌握的教材传授给学生，包括如何组织教材，如何安排每节课的活动。

5、课堂上的情景

组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，注意休息反馈，调动学生的有意注意，使其坚持相对稳定性，同时激发学生的情感与创造力，使他们在成功中获得自信和愉悦的心境。

6、课后拓展

英语课课上要注意强调课程的课后延伸，使得课的资料全面而丰富。

7、进取参与听课、评课，虚心向同行学习教学方法，博系众长，提高教学水平。

8、对于考勤，我进取遵守学校的考勤制度，从未请假缺席过。

四、成绩

这一学年的成绩虽然不太梦想，但我已经尽力了。进班时班上的基础就比其它的班薄弱些，班上分与其他班也有很大的差距，但我始终在尽自我的努力把他们教好。经过这学年的不断学习和总结，我更有信心去把自我的工作做好了。

五、在工作中我严慈相济，关心学生，帮忙学生茁壮成长

学生小王原先基础很差，对英语不感兴趣，上课不爱、不敢回答问题，平时很少会向教师或同学询问问题，缺乏自信，是个有点内向的女生。

此刻:英语提高很大，整个人变化十分大，自信满满，上课十分进取，喜欢回答问题和上黑板做题，对于难题敢于挑战，对英语的兴趣十分浓厚。她的变化让她的家长和我(教师)都很惊喜。

转变过程:要教育和改变一个孩子，首先要了解她的性格、爱好、学习习惯、家庭情景、学校班级、学校教师等等一些基本的情景，这样才能做到对症下药!

了解这些情景后，我和她进行了深入的交谈:我:“教师我觉得你很聪明，你觉得呢”答:“是!”我问:“你的英语目前不是很棒，我认为你的问题，不是不勤奋，而是你的学习方法还没有找到，对不对”答:“是!”……我说:“我期望你以后要多回答问题，不会的及时问，经常来做辅导……教师相信你的英语肯定会提高!从此刻起，我们一齐加油!!!”

经过交流，让我和她的关系亲近了，也让学生喜欢上我这个教师了。同时我也发现她是个需要鼓励的孩子，她的自信心很弱，她喜欢的教学方式是简便愉快的。慢慢地她上课就愿意举手回答问题了，随着回答问题的增多，她的自信也慢慢变强了，从而就有了很大的提高。

以上就是我在这学期的教学工作总结。由于经验颇浅，许多地方存在不足，期望在未来的日子里，能有机会在各位领导教师的指导下，取得更好成绩。
