我本学期担任初二(1)班英语教师。全班54人。两级分化很严重，男生厌学情况更为突出。学生在学习兴趣、情感态度、学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流，有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识，大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性，不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。

三、奋斗目标：

四、具体措施：

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的:要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

四，改进措施：

1。多与学生沟通。新岗教师经验不足，教学技巧性不强，难免会有学生听不懂，多些主动和学生进行沟通，了解学生掌握知识的情况非常重要，这样有利于针对性的对学生进行教育，无论备课多认真仔细也很难适应不同班级的情况，只有沟通，了解，才能更好地解决各个班级的不同问题。另外，有些学生基础较好，加强师生间的沟通就能更好地引导这些学生更好地学习。

2。注重组织教学，严格要求学生。大部分学生的学习基础较差，所谓“冰冻三尺，非一日之寒”。这些学生已经形成了厌学的习惯，顶多是完成老师布置的作业就算了，有些甚至是抄袭的，对于容易掌握的内容他们也不敢沾染，所以必须严格要求他们。由于学生缺乏学习自觉性，所以上课时间是他们学习的主要时间，教师应善于组织，调动学生进行学习，更充分地利用好上课时间。

3运用多种技巧教学，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。“兴趣是最好的老师”!教师应利用学生热情好奇的这一特点，从日常生活中的口语出发，尝试用英语与学生对话，或用趣事吸引学生注意力，引发他们的兴趣，使学生对本课程产生兴趣。并且，在教学中要运用多种教学手段，注意听力与口语的训练。

我是一名有责任心的优秀中学生，在工作上认真负责、一丝不苟。性格活泼开朗的我乐于助人，对待同学们请教的问题总是热情、耐心地讲解，对待朋友真诚宽容，朋友关系十分融洽，因此有一个不错的人缘。在学习上，我一直勤学好问、虚心请教，注重方法能力和策略，思考感悟深入浅出，学思结合其乐无穷，成绩还算不错。同样，我也是一个 “知命但不认命”的坚强中学生，一直相信“人定胜天”，相信自己—我能行!加油!

经过一次其中考试，我的成绩还可以，但是也不能骄傲。在家里我的表现是很好的，让爸爸妈妈很放心，在学校里我是学习小组长，我组织我们小组的同学认真学习，得到老师的表扬呢，我要好好学习，争取过年考试的时候拿个好成绩

我一放学就想着玩，不想读书写字，得高兴的时候才想学习，经常看动画片，有时候连饭都忘记吃了，还喜欢边吃边玩。我的这些不好的习惯我会努力改正的。在学习我是一个学习成绩很棒的好孩子，上课也能认真听讲，积极回答老师提出的问题。我一定会更努力的。

我是个文静腼腆的小孩，不打喜欢说话，有时候还很害羞，但是我的学习绝对是一流的。我还是个真诚善良的孩子呢，喜欢帮助同学，在学校里我比较内向一些。我喜欢和我的小伙伴们一起玩游戏。

我对自己的表现还算满意，就是语文不好，以后好好努力，争取把语文学好。数学虽然很好，但也要继续加油，不让爸爸妈妈和老师为我操心，做一个积极向上的好孩子。在学校里，我要听老师的话，上课认真听讲，课后及时复习，希望过年能取得一个好成绩。

一、学期教学目标

学生应有较明确的英语学习动机和积极主动的学习态度。能听懂教师对有关熟悉话题的陈述并能参与讨论。能读供八年级学生阅读的简单读物和报纸杂志，克服生词障碍，理解大意。能根据阅读目的运用适当的阅读策略。能与他人合作，解决问题并报告结果，共同完成学习任务。能在学习中互相帮助，克服困难。能合理计划和安排学习任务，积极探索适合自己的学习方法。在学习和日常交际中能注意到的差异。

1、要面向全体学生，关注每个学生的情感，激发他们学习英语的兴趣，帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心,培养创新精神;

2、整体设计目标，体现灵活开放，目标设计以学生技能，语言知识，情感态度，学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础;

3、突出学生主体，尊重个体差异;

4、采用345优质高效课堂，让学生在老师的指导下通过感知、体验、实践、小组合作等参与和方式，实现目标，感受成功;

5、注重过程评价，促进学生发展，建立能激励学生学习兴趣和自主学习能力发展的评价体系。

总之，让学生在使用英语中学习英语，让学生成为Good User而不仅是Learner。让英语成为学生学习生活中最实用的工具而非累赘，让他们在使用和学习英语的过程中体味到轻松和成功的快乐，而不是无尽的担忧和恐惧。

二、学生基本情况分析

本学期我担任初二(3/4)英语教学工作，经过上学期我的不懈努力，大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差。主要原因是没有激发学生学习英语的兴趣，学生觉得英语学习是一种负担，一部分学生没有掌握记忆单词的方法，连基本的单词听不懂，学不会，但是学生整体的惰性还是很强，自觉性很差。

经过一学期的学习，听力方面失分也较多，主要是听的时间太少。针对种种问题，在本期的英语教学中，应加强基础知识的讲解和基本技能的训练，让学生掌握词汇、语法、句型等基础知识和听、说、读、写等基本技能;另外，注意培养学生对英语的兴趣;让学生掌握记忆单词、听力、写作等英语学习技能，培养良好的学习习惯和自主探索、合作学习能力。充分调动学生的学习积极性和主动性，使每一位学生都能在学习中有所收获、有所进步。

另外，学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。

三、教材分析

这套教材采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。本书每个单元都列出明确的语言目标、主要的功能项目与语法结构、需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A和B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。这套教材是基于城市学生的状况编写的，对于我们农村学生来说，由于小学基础不好，到初中以后学起来的确有些吃力，光是一千多个单词就吓退了不少学生学习英语的兴趣。但我们还必须知难而上，为了提高农村的英语教学成绩而努力。

本册教材的重点是现在完成时的用法;反义疑问句;过去进行时的用法;表感官和直觉的系动词的用法;动词不定式的用法;情态动词may might must can的用法。
