一方面，初学英语的学生说的潜力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，同学们还不能适应。另一方面，二班的同学比较活跃，上课气氛用心，但中等生占较大多数，尖子生相对较少。因此，讲得太深，没有照顾到整体，而一班一部分同学比较调皮，学习欠用心性，虽然优良生比例大，但中下层面而也广，我备课时也没有注意到这点，因此教学效果不如理想。从此能够看出，了解及分析学生实际状况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。

教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和用心性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每一天我都花费超多的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。

一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。相反，我没有认真备课的时候，课堂气氛沉闷，教学效果不好，与此相比可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。个性是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。

备课充分，能调动学生的用心性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的潜力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课必须要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课资料丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每一天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。回看自己的授课，我感到有点愧疚，因为有时我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在课堂上无心向学，违反纪律时，我的情绪就受到影响，并且把这带到教学中，让原本正常的讲课受到冲击，发挥不到应有的水平，以致影响教学效果。我以后务必努力克服，研究方法，采取有利方法解决当中困难。

英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不原学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是帮忙班上的同学改英文名，尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学习英语。因为只有英语水平提高，才能提高同学们的英语写作潜力，对成绩优秀的同学很有好处。

二、学生基本情况分析：

本学期我担任初二(3/4)英语教学工作，经过上学期我的不懈努力，大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差。主要原因是没有激发学生学习英语的兴趣，学生觉得英语学习是一种负担，一部分学生没有掌握记忆单词的方法，连基本的单词听不懂，学不会，但是学生整体的惰性还是很强，自觉性很差。

经过一学期的学习，听力方面失分也较多，主要是听的时间太少。针对种种问题，在本期的英语教学中，应加强基础知识的讲解和基本技能的训练，让学生掌握词汇、语法、句型等基础知识和听、说、读、写等基本技能;另外，注意培养学生对英语的兴趣;让学生掌握记忆单词、听力、写作等英语学习技能，培养良好的学习习惯和自主探索、合作学习能力。充分调动学生的学习积极性和主动性，使每一位学生都能在学习中有所收获、有所进步。

俗话说“铁打的学校，流水的学生”，我对这句话的认识是这样的：老师传授的知识体系可能没有根本性的变化，但是学生是一届一届有自己的特点的。因此，要在教育教学过程中，不能用一套方式对待不同的学生，要保持教学的新鲜感，老师的教学要为学生的学习服好务，引好路。在新的学期里感谢领导为我的考虑，同时根据学校工作需要，我服从了领导的安排，我又新接手了一个初二年级两个班级的英语教学工作。虽然最近几年来，我一直在教初二和初三的英语课，对于课本有一定程度上的熟悉，对学生心理特点有一定的掌握，但我觉得“岁岁年年花相似，年年岁岁人不同”。因此我在教育教学过程中依然认真学习，研究教法。正因为有了以上的认识，对本期的教学我有了如下的作法，可归纳为三个分析与三个提高：

1.分析教材，提高课堂效益。

虽然几年来我校一直采用仁爱教材，在教学中积累了一定的经验，但是每年该教材中也有相当的一部分会做出调整和变化。这种调整往好了说是适应新形势，往不好了说是没有个稳定性。因此，在拿到新教材之后，我就着手对比新教材与前两年我教初二时教材的不同之处。我认真地分析与思考对待新教材的教学方法上的改变，在对具体的课文操作上，哪个部分必须详讲，哪个部分可以略讲，哪些部分可以整合，哪些部分可以调整教学顺序，对这些内容我作到了心中有数，并在教学中得以体现与实施，并不断根据学生的特点予以改进。下面我谈一下我对于这些学生特点的认识。

2.分析学生，提高学生能力。

根据以往的经验，我认为初二这个年级对于学生来说是一个比较重要的阶段，由于身心的急聚发展变化，带来了种种发展的可能性，既是发展的危险期，也是英语学习的低谷期，同时也不可避免的成为教育的关键期。面临着学习习惯的进一步养成，而学习难度进一步加大，但是还没有初三的物理与化学的压力，同时，逆反心理也渐渐变强的阶段。因此，我们所看到的初二学生常常是学习状态不好，而把老师的批评与教育当成了对他们的不尊重，容易受到不良风气影响等等，但同时，他们的身上又有很多优点值得我们去发现与激励。过去种种的经验与教训反复在告诫我们，初二的是学生的成长发展的转折点。因此，我不断的分析学生的特点，改变我的教学方式与方法，吸引学生的课堂注意力、激励学生的进步。

刚刚得知接手这个班级的消息时，学生还没有上学，我到班主任的那里借来了两个班级的同学上学期期末成绩单。通过对比成绩单，我就发现了，并在本学期的教学过程中，和两个班的同学接触中逐渐清晰地认识到了两个班的差异和特点。这届初二的学生由于在初一的时候由两个老师来教，不同的老师，塑造了不同的对于英语的学习方式，但是在新学期里，对于新的老师，新的学习方式调整接受的还不到位。同时，我还有一点的体会，学生的对于学习的方式和学习习惯在第一时间已经养成，如果想要对其有所调整，真的是很难的。

二年一班的学生整体不错，中等生差距不大，可塑性很大，有提高的可能性。学生比较活跃，学习积极性比较高，认真听讲的过程中，经常问一些问题，这样老师的教学思路也很流畅，在解决问题中，师生都得到了提高。

二年二班的学生两极分化明显，成绩好的学生表现特别突出，成绩不好的学生在学习目标、课堂纪律、完成作业方面也不是很好，另外，经常有几个学生有自己的听课思路，经常不恰当的提出几个问题，影响教学。整体上来看，不善于提出问题。但是，好的学生有吃不饱的现象。

综合了两个班的不同特点，我作了这样的调整，将一班的讲课进度排在二班之前，这样，在一班学生提出了知识上的问题，我们共同解决了问题之后，到二班我就可以避免在教学中出现一些不必要的问题，讲得更深入，更好提高课堂教学效果。

在对待每一个学生的问题上，我开学初试着帮他们拟定学习上的目标，并在教学中经常介绍学习上的方法，介绍初二与初一不同的学习方式与做题技巧，同时，也举例说明学习上成功的例子与失败的教训。这样学生对英语学习有了认识了，对老师有了认可。

八年级英语上册教学总结

本学期 ,本人任教初二年级两个班的英语教学工作。这两个班学生英语基础很差,学生整体惰性很强,自觉性很差.给教学带来很大的难度。作为一直从事中学英语教学的我,虽了解到了一些教学教法,但在实际的教育教学中,我深深感觉到教中学英语之难之累,真是“苦在其身,乐在其心”!为使今后的教学工作取得更大进步,现对本学期的教学工作作一总结。

一、学习课标,明确教学目标。

为了使我的英语教学适》进行了研读,了解了目前英语课程改革的目的、掌握了目前英语改革的重点、明确了英语课程各级的总目标和各内容的分级目标、理解了英语教学原则、学会了一些科学评价原则等,从而为后面的教学提供了充分的依据、奠定了的扎实的基础、保证了教学的顺利进行。

二、扎实备课,理清教学思路。

备课是课堂教学的重要环节,我在备课时做到了以下几点:

1、课前备课,做到“有备而来”。我认真阅读各种教科参书,既备教材、教法,又备学生。结合学生的实际和教材的内容,既要考虑知识的纵向联系,又要考虑新知的横向衔接;既要突出重点,又要突破难点;既要体现出完整的教学过程,又要注意好各环节的过渡自然。并制作了各种有趣的教具,如:单词卡片等教具为课堂教学做好准备。

2、课中备课,灵活安排简单易操作的游戏活动。我通过游戏引入新课教学时,为了不打消学生的积极性,我在实施教学的时候,总是尽量设计一些简单易操作的游戏及活动,将教学内容层层铺开,把枯燥乏味的课堂变为生动有趣“快乐堡”,让他们在快乐中学习,在玩中获得新知,通过反复的趣味操练(如:唱、演、玩、画、涂色、做手工等形式)来巩固所学新知。充分调动了学生们的情感态度和兴趣,学生的积极性得到了充分发挥,教学效果良好。

3、课后备课,总结教学经验。每上完一单元,我都及时对该单元作出总结和反思,探讨该单元的不足之处,为以后的教学工作打下基础。

三、认真上课,体现以人为本。

《英语课程标准》提出“让学生在教师的指导下,通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式,实现任务的目标,感受成功。”这便要求,英语课的教学要以学生为主,培养他们学习英语的兴趣,提高他们对词汇、句型的听说认读和语言实际运用的能力 ,老师上课时尽量用英语讲课，这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和课堂用语进行不同的形式进行对话。也可以结合实物、图片等用英语进行简单的描述，培养学生的语感;

为此,我在实际的课堂教学中做了以下几点:

1、巧设导入,培养兴趣。每节的教学我首先通过做游戏、唱英语歌来激发学生的学习兴趣,让学生融洽在学习英语的氛围内。

2、图文结合,掌握新知。根据教材“图文并茂”的特点,充分运用单词卡片、实物教具、简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生,使学生带着明确 的任务目标,并借助图片、动作、表情等手段掌握其义,让他们积极主动参与学习获取新知过程,培养他们学习英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时,我不厌其烦,耐心教导学生认读,力争让他们学了就懂,懂了会用,培养他们认读的能力。在学习新知的同时,还适时对他们进行思想教育。

3、巩固新知。在完成了每节课的新授任务后,为了尊重学生的个体差异,营造宽松的学习情境.只要学生对英语学习有兴趣，坚持常年不断地、自觉地、随时随地接触英语、运用英语知识，英语成绩就会不断提高。

如果只是为了应付考试，临时抱佛脚地补习，即使可以应付一时，但掌握的知识都是不牢固的。新旧知识就会顾此失彼。

在今后的教学中，注重个别辅导，在面向全体学生的基础上培优补差。不断学习，加强自身素质和业务能力的提高。

八年级上学期英语教学工作总结

转眼这一学期的工作已接近尾声,回顾这半年的工作，有收获也有不足，下面， 我仅对这一学期以来的工作做一个总结：

一、思想政治方面

在这学期的教学工作中, 我自始至终以认真、严谨的工作态度，勤恳、坚持不懈的工作精神从事英语教学。我积极响应学校的各项号召，积极参加政治、业务 学习，认真领会学习内容，以教师职业道德规范为准绳，严格要自己。思想积极 向上，要求进步。在教学中，做到为人师表，关爱学生，帮助学生对英语学习充 满学习热情和信心，以健康文明的形象言传身教。

二、业务素质方面

为了提高教学能力，我不断地钻研新的教学理念，探索新的教学方法，不断将自己的所学运用到课堂教学之中，并取得了一定的教学效果。但是与一些优秀英语 教师相比，还存在着一定的差距。由此，我积极参加学校组织的业务学习，认真领会其精神实质，学习先进的教学理念、教学方法。并积极与我校的其他英语教师研究教材、教法，同时，听课 18 节，以此来共同提高业务水平。 认真写好教学反思、教学日记并及时进行整理，升华为随笔和经验。

三、教育教学工作方面

这学期我担任的是八年级 2、3 班的英语教学。学生基础差，我在实践中积极探 索新的教学方式，潜心研究英语课堂教学，深刻领会新课改的理念，注重激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，开展了“如何学好英语”等活动，树立学习英语的自信心，注重形成性评价在英语教学中的运用，并能够及时总结经验。 具体成效如下：

1、充分认识教材的特点，了解学生的特性。 这届学生用的是人教版的教材，针对的是有一定英语基础的学生，起点比较高，单词的呈现比较多，而且难度梯度明显，提倡“用到即学”，很多内容对于大多数学生理解起来是有难度的。 而我们作为农村地区的学生本来基础就差，在这种情况下，我感觉上课难度比较大。所以在授课时我尽量使抽象的问题具体化、枯燥的问题趣味化，尽力采取多种方法去提高学生学习英语的兴趣。如多讲一些有关英美国家的文化知识、生活故事，把难记的知识点编成一段段朗朗上口又容易记忆的顺口溜等。

2、注重因材施教，准确把握难易度。了解和分析学生情况，有针对性地教学对教学成功与否至关重要。在一节课上，既有大量的单词呈现，又有句子、篇章的理解，还会有语法的讲解，给人的感觉乱而无序。有的学生更有一种“丈二和尚摸不着头脑”的感觉。所以我在备课的时候，就会根据学生的实际情况把教材内容进行适当的改编、整理，每节课确定一个重点内容，对于那些难度较大的内容我先适当降低难度再逐步增加，这样学生更容易接受。同时根据不同的班级学生的整体素质，性格特点等，我也采取了不同的策略。对学生整体基础不太好的班级，我多采用传统的教学方式，让学生多读多背，多给他们布置一些基础性的题来巩固所学内容。对基础好的学生要多一些的班级。 我采取比较开发的课堂形式，多给

学生创设机会让他们尽可能地用英语说出自己能想到的。这样， 既锻炼了学生的听说能力，又培养了学生的创新思维能力。而且学生通过这样多次的“自我展现”，其自信心和学习兴趣得到了极大的提高。

3、认真完成各项常规教学环节，注重学法指导。 教师的教学活动是否能取得好的效果最主要还是体现在落实好常规教学环节上。我仍然坚持认真备好每节课，做到备教材、备学生及备教参、课辅资料三结合，总是以最充分的准备去完成每次教学任务。在教学活动中，我针对不同的教学内容采取不同的教学方法和教学手段，多让他们注重对基础知识的积累，抓词汇和句型学习，经常进行听写训练，每天布置听写任务，对所学新单词、新短语、好句子进行听写，提高学生对记忆单词和句型的能力。认真抓常规教学，注意培养学生的听说读写的能力，充分利用早读时间，要求学生大声朗读并背诵课文。并能耐心细致地给学生做好辅导工作，详细地批改每份作业。坚持布置适量的作业，使学生所学知识得到巩固和提高。布置作业时，坚持做到有针对性，有层次性， 形式多样化。注意教学的侧重点和难点，加大阅读和听力的训练力度，效果明显;抓小测验，坚持单元检测，及时发现并提醒学习出现问题的学生，帮助他们把成绩赶上来，培养他们的综合运用知识的能力。

4、努力完成其他方面的工作。 在完成教学工作的同时，不断优化课堂教学，进行多媒体教学的研究，积极帮助其他教师制作多媒体教学课件，并利用课件来辅助教学为教学服务。

四、存在的问题和今后努力的方向

总的来说，这一年的工作我取得了一定的进步，但也还有许多不足之处。

1、班级整体学习氛围不浓。

2、学生整体基础非常差，英语基本功弱。

3、部分学生学习态度不端正，学习自主性差，不能独立完成作业。

4、一些学生不能坚持并按时背诵老师布置的单词、句型及课文。

5、写作能力差，很多学生不能造完整的句子。

6、学生成绩两极分化严重，对部分后进生关注还不够，对优等生的培养力度还 很需要加大。 今后在工作中，学习新的教学方法，努力在做好教学常规工作的情况下，要不断优化课堂教学，多注意学法指导，加强和学生之间的互动，并坚持多听课，学习同科目教师先进的教学方法及教学理念，加大对学生单词、句型及课文背诵的检查力度，指导学生一些学习英语及做题的方法。加强转差培优力度，加强教学反思，加大英语写作训练力度，在对知识的积累过程中，提高学生的综合运用知识的能力，力争在下半学期教育教学中上一个新的高度。
