my name is jack, it is really a great honor to have this opportunity for a interview, i would like to answer whatever you may raise, and i hope i can make a good performance today, eventually enroll in this prestigious university in september. now i will introduce myself briefly,i am 21 years old,born in heilongjiang province ,northeast of china,and i am curruently a senior student at beijing uni.my major is packaging engineering.and i will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in june.in the past 4 years,i spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 with a ease. and i have acquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and in practice. besides, i have attend several packaging exhibition hold in Beijing, this is our advantage study here.

i have taken a tour to some big factory and company. through these i have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry. compared to developed countries such as us, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978,our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but i have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still. i guess you maybe interested in the reason itch to law, and what is my plan during graduate study life, i would like to tell you that pursue law is one of my lifelong goal.

i like my major packaging and i wont give up,if i can pursue my master degree here i will combine law with my former education. i will work hard in thesefields ,patent ,trademark, copyright, on the base of my years study in department of p&p, my character? i cannot describe it well, but i know i am optimistic and confident. sometimes i prefer to stay alone, reading, listening to music, but i am not lonely, i like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything ,my favorite pastime is valleyball,playing cards or surf online. through college life,i learn how to balance between study and entertainment. by the way, i was a actor of our amazing drama club. i had a few glorious memory on stage. that is my pride.

第一，统筹安排，有的放矢。

人教版英语八年级，尤其是八下教材，内容偏多，对于农村地区学生来说，学好全部内容有些难度，我决定在备课上多下功夫，统筹安排，整合资源，将重复知识点，相关联知识点和语言信息整合在一起，备课时力争做到详细，层层深入，追求高效。

根据初中英语新课程标准的要求，结合学生情况，对教材内容进行适当的删减和增补，创造性地使用教材，使重点更突出，难点更容易突破，让学生轻轻松松学好英语。

第二，激发兴趣，引领学生主动学习。

八年级教材内容相比七年级难度加大，学生也过了刚入初中的新鲜期，一些学生在心理上对学习英语有所松懈，压力加大，所以激发和维持学生的学习兴趣极其重要。

我将采用的方法主要是充分详细备课，安排丰富多彩的课堂活动，让课堂的每一分钟都有事可做，让所有的学生都愿意参与其中。

每堂课前五到十分钟进行复习，对学生情况进行各种形式的检查，鼓励学生养成复习的习惯，从复习中加深对知识的理解。肯定他们的付出，尤其是基础较薄弱的学生，让学生获得学习的成就感，引领学生主动学习。每堂课结束时也留出一个小问题让学生思考和讨论，使优等生有继续拔高的机会。

第三，培养学生良好的学习习惯。

学生养成了良好的学习习惯，也就成功了一半。在开学前两周重点进行学习学生学习习惯的养成教育。做到关注学生学习心理的调整，学习用品是否齐全，带领学生制定学习目标和学习计划。严格落实学生上课三大步：预习、听讲、复习。督促学生大声朗读，重视听说，并让学生养成善于总结，查漏补缺，不懂就问的学习习惯。
