作为一门外语，在英语的教学过程中，必不可少的会用到一些汉语。对于中国的英语学习者来说，由于缺乏全面的英语学习环境，不得不借助于汉语来理解英语的中的许多概念，同时，又在不知不觉中将汉语的一些概念体系和思维方式带到英语中去形成了所谓的“汗式英语”。所以汉语在英语教学中究竟应该扮演一个什么样的角色，是一个有待解决，1

而且必须解决的问题。

1. 汉语在英语教学中的必要的和积极的作用

首先，对于中国的英语学习者来说，由于生活在汉语的环境当中，早已习惯了汉语的思维方式。他们想问题，描述事物都用的是汉语，要让他们完全摆脱汉语，重新象婴儿一样学习一套新的语言是不切实际的，也是学习者所不愿意的。因此，在英语的教学过程中，尤其对于初学英语的人来说，汉语的使用是必不可少的。

其次，中国的英语学习者，在长期的汉语环境中生活，已经将自己的思维以及外部环境中的事物与汉语中的概念和表述方式建立了较为准确的联系。这种联系是在长期的生活和学习当中建立起来的。这样通过汉语这个媒介，英语学习者们可以很容易地将英语中的一些等同概念与自己的思维以及外部环境中的事物联系起来，而不需要再一次的长时间的认识过程。

第三，在任何一个语言体系当中，都存在许多相近的概念，而对于这些概念的区别需要很深刻的理解。对于中国的英语学习者来说，借助于汉语来区分这些概念是非常有帮助的。因为与这些概念相对应的汉语概念当中也许有不少已经有了很深刻的理解，这样，通过汉语，便可以较为方便地区分这些概念。

2. 汉语的使用可能带来的一些负面影响

由于在英语教学过程中，不可避免的要使用一些汉语，因此很容易产生对英语的的依赖性，这样就很容易将汉语中的一些概念和语言习惯带到英语中去。

由于在英语学习过程当中，许多概念都是通过汉语来理解的，这就会对汉语产生一种依赖性。比如在英语阅读和收听过程中，许多读者都是先将英文在自己的头脑里面翻译成汉语进行理解。而在英语写作和交谈过程中往往也是在头脑里先通过汉语形成自己欲表达的意思，然后再将其翻译成英文然后说出来。这样首先带来的一个问题就是速度问题，由于在英语交流过程中，多出了一个翻译过程，因此必然影响自己的理解速度和表达速度，这就会出现在听力中跟不上速度，在阅读和写作中速度太慢，更加无法和外国人进行自在的交谈了。另外由于对于汉语的依赖带来的更为严重的问题就是将汉语中的概念和语言习惯带到英语中去。

首先，任何一个语言体系都有自己特有的一套概念体系。许多概念只在某一个语言体系中存在，而不同的语言体系之间很难找到对等的概念。比如说汉语中的“问题”就包含了英语当中的“problem”和“question”两个意思。而英语当中的“study”不但有学习的意思，还有研究的含义。这些都无法在英语和汉语两套语言体系中找到完全对等的概念。而许多英语学习者在理解英语中的一些概念时，经常是把它放在自己已有的母语系统中去理解的，这样的理解往往是近似的，不准确的。

其次，任何一个语言体系都有自己的一套特有的语言习惯。如果在英语的学习的过程中太过以来于汉语，不可避免的会将一些汉语的语言习惯带到英语中去，这样写出来的英文文章就显得格格不入。比如在用“for”表达某件事的原因时，按照英语中的习惯应该是一种补充说明的意思。如果单单通过汉语翻译成“因为”的意思，再按照汉语的习惯将它引导的从句放在句首，就不太符合英语的表达习惯了。

4、组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，注意信息反馈，调动学生的注意力，使其保持相对稳定性。课堂提问面向全体学生，注意引发学生学英语的兴趣，课堂上说练结合，布置好课外作业，作业少而精，减轻学生的负担。

二、工作出勤方面

我热爱自己的事业，积极运用有效的工作时间做好自己份内的工作。在教育工作中，我积极参加教研组的教研活动和学校组织的例会，积极参加工会活动、升降旗仪式。在我工作的这一学期中，没有缺席、迟到、早退和事假的发生，严格遵守了学校的各项规章制度。

三、存在的不足、改进措施

1、多与学生沟通。多些主动和学生进行沟通，了解学生掌握知识的情况非常重要，这样有利于针对性的对学生进行教育，无论备课多认真仔细也很难适应不同班级的情况，只有沟通、了解，才能更好地解决各个班级的不同问题。

2、注重组织教学，严格要求学生。大部分学生的学习基础较差，所谓“冰冻三尺，非一日之寒”。这些学生已经形成了厌学的习惯，顶多是完成老师布置的作业就算了，有些甚至是抄袭的。

时间总是在充实的工作中过去得飞快。一转眼,一个学期又即将结束了,回顾过去这一个学期的初二(15)、(16)班的英语教学工作,有收获的喜悦与甘甜,但也有挫折时的彷徨与无奈,但这些心灵的历程使得我更加热爱自己所从事的这份教育工作。为了能够查缺补漏,取人之长补已之短,以利于在今 后更好地开展自己的工作,在此对本学期的教学工作作了一点总结。现在学校教育教学工作即将结束,对我的工作做如下总结。

一、教育教学工作方面：

1、课前准备：备好课。每一次备课都很认真，遇到没有把握讲好的课时立即提出，请其它英语老师参谋，综合考虑各种方案。多发表自己的见解让大家讨论，如有问题立即更正、改进。

2、多听课，学习有经验教师的教学方法，教学水平的提高在于努力学习、积累经验，不在于教学时间的长短。老教师具有丰富的教学经验，积累了许多教学技巧，作为新教师应多向他们学习，尽快提高自身的教学水平，听课的同时，认真做好记录。

3、钻研教材，认真备课。我认真钻研教材，把握住知识点，认真备好每一堂课。教材是教学的依据，同时也是学生学习的主要参考书，我在熟悉教材的基础上讲授本课程的内容，学生学习才会有依据，学生在课堂上跟不上老师时可以参考教材重新整理思路，跟上老师的思路，所以应该重视教材的钻研。

4、组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，注意信息反馈，调动学生的注意力，使其保持相对稳定性。课堂提问面向全体学生，注意引发学生学英语的兴趣，课堂上说练结合，布置好课外作业，作业少而精，减轻学生的负担。

二、工作出勤方面：

我热爱自己的事业，积极运用有效的工作时间做好自己份内的工作。在教育工作中，我积极参加教研组的教研活动和学校组织的例会，积极参加工会活动、升降旗仪式。在我工作的这一学期中，没有缺席、迟到、早退和事假的发生，严格遵守了学校的各项规章制度。

四、存在的不足

"金无足赤，人无完人"，在教学工作中难免有缺陷。例如:当学生在课堂上无心向学，违反纪律时，我的情绪就受到影响，并且把这带到教学中，让原本正常的讲课受到冲击，发挥不到应有的水平，以致影响教学效果。我以后必须努力克服，研究方法，采取有利方法解决当中困难。而这些问题，只能在以后的教学工作中不断地解决。

五、改进措施：

1、多与学生沟通。多些主动和学生进行沟通，了解学生掌握知识的情况非常重要，这样有利于针对性的对学生进行教育，无论备课多认真仔细也很难适应不同班级的情况，只有沟通、了解，才能更好地解决各个班级的不同问题。

2、注重组织教学，严格要求学生。大部分学生的学习基础较差，所谓“冰冻三尺，非一日之寒”。这些学生已经形成了厌学的习惯，顶多是完成老师布置的作业就算了，有些甚至是抄袭的。

因此,无论怎样辛苦,我都会继续努力,多问,多想,多向前辈学习,争取进步。以上就是我在本学期的教学工作总结。由于经验颇浅,许多地方存在不足,希望在未来的日子里,能在 各位领导老师,前辈的指导下,取得更好成绩。
