(一)备好课，备好学生，备好教材

教学的教与学，是相互联系，不可分割的。要充分发挥教师的主导作用，更要发挥学生的主体作用，发挥学生的主观能动性，启迪学生的主动精神。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教对教学成功是至关重要的。因此我备课时从学生的实际出发，尊重学生的差异性，注意分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。我根据不同单元内容，学生的不同特点，采取切实有效的教学方法，提高课堂教学的质量。一堂准备充分的课，既能把要学的内容化繁为简，深入浅出，又能帮助学生轻松把握重难点，调动了学生的学习积极性，课堂效果也是高效，理想的。把上海综合英语教程和仁爱英语教材内容结合起来，加大练习量，同时总结梳理知识点。进行专项训练：如感叹句专练，宾语从句陈述语序专练，倒装句专练，把经典的中招考试题目集中起来，这样有针对性的题目可以使学生接受新内容之初就掌握高层次的鉴别能力，为初三打好基础。

(二) 努力上好每一节课，关注每一位学生

每一个班级的学生学习程度都是参差不齐的，尤其到了初二这个关键阶段，由于种.种原因，必然有些学生在学习上出现困难。我尽量用饱满的热情来感染学生，并做到精讲多练，突出重难点，为学生营造良好的学习氛围，向45分钟要质量，要效率，出成绩。后进生往往上课溜号，捣乱，自我约束能力差，我本着不歧视，不侮辱的原则，遇到简单的句子，问题，会鼓励他们回答和参与，他们有点滴进步都给予鼓励。

(三) 注重基础知识的传授和巩固

单词就如同汉语中的字一样，不会字就不会组词，不会组词就不会写句子，更谈不上写文章了。因此重视单词的记忆和巩固是非常重要的。首先每天学的单词，限定时间进行单词背诵比赛，尽量让学生在课堂上掌握，集中学生的注意力，并充分发挥学生的聪明和才智，发挥学生的想象力找出特点，应用到词汇记忆的各种策略，背诵是我们古老而又实用的法宝，但现在时间紧，学生负担重，还要背诵单词和课文。尤其是课文，检查就是个大问题。我先检查课代表，课代表检查组长，组长再检查组员。但有时候为了检测效果，我还是向课堂上要时间，共同复述课文，效果还是不错的。

(四) 重视每一次月考和期中期末考试

每一次月考和期中期末考试都是对前一段时期学习的总结和反馈，考试前虽然没有复习时间，但我会和学生把前一段学习的脉络整理一下，强调重难点，考试后我会和学生进行总结和分析。另外，我还发现学生的写作能力很差，我就让他们单独准备一个作文本，平时练习写作，给予批改和纠正，逐步提高他们的写作能力。

总之，回顾本学期的工作，既忙碌又充实。今后我要继续加强理论学习，力求在教学中有所突破，注重学生的终身发展，从而把自己的工作做的更好。

一、努力建立融洽的师生关系

相对来说，初中生比小学生独立性强，自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学习的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生，耐心细致地指导学生，沟通和学生的思想感情，使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师，循循善诱和激发学生学习的积极性，大胆求异创新。课后我却成为他们的好朋友，无话不谈，亮起心灵之光。生活上，我是他们的姐妹，关怀备至。

二、因材施教，掌握难度

在这方面，我根据学校老师的建议和我自己的摸索，坚持“备课的同时要备学生”，立足学生，有意识的把教材的难度降低，比如听力在本套教材中难度比较大，我就把听力的形式进行适当的改良，让学生更容易听懂，不断提高学生的积极性。

同时根据学生性格特点，我采取了相应的措施。班级部分学生比较活泼，尖子生也比较稳定，但差生较多。为了保持良好的课堂纪律，提高教学成绩，我采取小组互帮形式，好中差搭配，以优生带差生。在分配任务时，根据学生接受能力，分配不同的任务，使每个学生都能体会到成功的喜悦，效果很好。

三、激发学生学习兴趣

英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，开展丰富多彩的课外活动，课堂上为学生创设情境进行英语对话表演，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学习英语，才能提高英语水平。

四、多表扬，鼓励，唤起他们的自信心

在课堂教学开展过程中，我感觉大部分学生不愿意起来发言，经调查得知：有的学生由于英语底子薄，不知道该怎样回答问题，有的则是胆子比较小，担心犯错。针对这种情况，我把教材难度降低，并采取表扬和鼓励的方式鼓励学生积极发言，纵然他的答案与正确答案相差十万八千里，我也会为他的勇气鼓掌，这样越来越多的学生都举起了手。另外，我利用每天的课余时间辅导英语，主要针对中下等学生的听和读这两大难题，这样他们在课堂上便有“话”可说。当学生在课堂上获得了成功感，他们的自信心也会增强，也更加愿意参与课堂的活动了。

一、学习课标，明确教学目标

为了使我的英语教学适应新时期英语教学要求，树立起新的育人理念，我们英语组集体抽休息时间对《英语课程标准》进行了研读，了解了目前英语课程改革的目的，掌握了目前英语改革的重点，明确了英语课程各级的总目标和各内容的分级目标，理解了英语教学原则，学会了一些科学评价原则等，从而为后面的教学提供了充分的依据，奠定了的扎实的基础，保证了教学的顺利进行。

二、扎实备课，理清教学思路

备课是课堂教学的重要环节，我在备课时做到了以下几点：

1，课前备课，做到有备而来。我认真阅读各种教科参书，既备教材，教法，又备学生。结合学生的实际和教材的内容，既要考虑知识的纵向联系，又要考虑新知的横向衔接;既要突出重点，又要突破难点;既要体现出完整的教学过程，又要注意好各环节的过渡自然。并制作了各种有趣的教具，如：单词卡片，实物(图片)，头饰等教具为课堂教学做好服务。

2，课中备课，灵活安排简单易操作的游戏活动。我通过游戏引入新课教学时，为了不打消学生的积极性，我在实施教学的时候，总是尽量设计一些简单易操作的游戏及活动，将教学内容层层铺开，把枯燥乏味的课堂变为生动有趣快乐堡，让他们在快乐中学习，在玩中获得新知，通过反复的趣味操练(如：唱，演，玩，画，涂色，做手工等形式)来巩固所学新知。在活动中学生们都乐于参与，充分调动了学生们的情感态度和兴趣，学生的积极性得到了充分发挥，教学效果良好。

3，课后备课，总结教学经验。每上完一单元，我都及时对该单元作出总结和反思，写出教学后记，肯定本节课成功的地方，探讨该单元的不足之处，为以后的教学工作打下基础。

三、认真上课，体现以人为本

《英语课程标准》提出让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知，体验，实践，参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功。这便要求，英语课的教学要以学生为主，培养他们学习英语的兴趣，提高他们对词汇，句型的听说认读和语言实际运用的能力。为此，我在实际的课堂教学中做了以下几点：

1，巧设导入，培养兴趣。每节的教学我首先通过做游戏，唱英语歌来激发学生的学习兴趣，让学生融洽在学习英语的氛围内。

2，图文结合，掌握新知。根据教材图文并茂的特点，充分运用单词卡片，实物教具，简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生，使学生带着明确的任务目标，并借助图片，动作，表情等手段掌握其义，让他们积极主动参与学习获取新知过程，培养他们学习英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时，我不厌其烦，耐心教导学生认读，力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用，培养他们认读的能力。在学习新知的同时，还适时对他们进行思想教育。

3，游戏活动，巩固新知。在完成了每节课的新授任务后，抓住学生争强好胜的心理，通过师生互动，生生互动的游戏活动将教学内容层层铺开;为了尊重学生的个体差异，营造宽松的学习环境，以简单易操作的趣味性，多样化游戏为主来实施教学，让学生进行反复模仿，认读，玩演，视听，从而给他们提供充分的活动和交流机会，让学生在玩的过程中获得新知，提高他们语言的运用能力，培养他们的学习兴趣。

4，通过听录音，复习新知。我常在每节课结束的前5分钟，让学生听有关本节课教学内容的录音磁带。第一遍先认真听，第二遍边听边跟读。在学生能听读后并要求学生用相应的肢体语言或动作入情入境的来模仿，表演对话。在学生进行合作学习，表演时及时给予示范和指导，让学生充分体验到成功的喜悦，体会到学习英语的乐趣。这样既复习了本节课的知识要点，又提高了同学们的听说能力和读音的准确性，，从而让学生真正做到眼到，口到，心到，手到。

四、加强自学，不断积累知识

由于本人在英语教学方面经验不足，自己的知识又有限，在教学的同时，时时虚心向资历深的教师请教，和我们英语组的同事一起学习有关英语方面的教学教法，加强自身的业务学习，扩大视野;用心收集有助于英语课堂教学的各种游戏资料，时常听录音纠正自己的语音语调。
