1、 教授不同层次的学生

一、基本情况分析

1.教材分析

新人教版《英语》八年级(下册)，全书共有十个单元。本教材各单元话题灵活，贴近生活实际。本册书将学习到的一些语法知识点有：情态动词、反身代词、不定式、连词、过去进行时、现在完成时、形容词和副词的比较级和最高级等。每个单元分A和B两部分，这两个部分分别提供了一篇阅读文章，用以训练学生的阅读能力，扩大学生的词汇量和阅读量。

2.学情分析

本人担任八年级257班的英语教学工作，学生60人。通过初中一年半的英语学习，大多数学生已能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段和简短的故事，能就熟悉的话题交换信息，能读懂短篇故事，能写便条和简单的书信。但由于各种因素的影响，学生发展参差不齐。少数学生因为基础不够好，学习很吃力而自暴自弃，有的因此扰乱课堂纪律，这给教学带来不少困难。

二、教学目的和要求(分章节)

第一单元：通过讨论“健康问题”和“事故急救”的话题，学习用have来表述疾病，并使用情态动词should/shouldn’t给别人提供建议。

第二单元：通过讨论“志愿者”及“志愿活动”的话题，学习动词词组、不定式充当宾语、状语和宾语补足语的用法、使用情态动词could给别人提供建议。

第三单元：通过讨论“家务活”的话题，学会使用情态动词could发出礼貌的请求以及应允。

第四单元：通过讨论“烦恼与问题”，学会使用Why don’t you…?的句型给别人提供建议，同时重点学习连词until, so that和although的用法。

第五单元：通过讨论“难忘的事件”，学习过去进行时态，重点学习连词when和while的用法。

第六单元：通过学习“传奇和故事”，学会讲故事，学会连词unless, as soon as以及so…that的用法。

第七单元：通过讨论“地理和自然”的话题，学习大数字的表达、形容词和副词的比较级和最高级，同时通过阅读，更多地了解世界。

第八单元：通过讨论“文学和音乐”的话题，学习现在完成时态，学会讨论近来事件和个人经历。

第九单元：通过讨论“好玩的地方”的话题，讨论过去的经历，继续巩固现在完成时态的学习。

第十单元：通过讨论“居住环境”，学会使用现在完成时态具体谈论所拥有的东西，重点学会since和for的使用。

一、上学期备课组工作小结

本着务实的作风，在短暂紧张的上一学期我们备课组在学校领导的关心帮助下，在各位组员的齐心努力下，认真落实了备课组计划，执行学校的各项教育教学制度和要求，开展备课组活动。主要工作如下：

1.开学初我们制定了本学期教学活动,英语活动,并统一制定了授课计划，统一了教学内容和进度。

2.按时进行集体备课，确认主讲人，共同讨论教学内容，认真整理研习稿。在汇集大家共同思想的基础上，发挥群体优势，弥补个体不足。

3.认真上好每一堂课，热情辅导学生，指导学生预习、复习和完成作业。及时批阅和讲评作业，帮助学生形成良好的学习习惯。

4.积极参加校教研组教研活动及区教研活动。尤其是在跟踪听课期间，我们组每个成员都脚踏实地的认真做好每个环节，努力探索新的课堂教学模式，争取提高教学质量。

5.每月组织一次学生英语活动，激发学生学习英语的兴趣：单词王、英语故事、英语手抄报等活动。

二、学生情况分析

根据上学期期末考试成绩来看老问题还是比较严重，优秀率低、差生面大。本学期我们备课组仍面临着艰巨的任务。我们本学期教学目标和重点：继续想办法培养和保持学生学英语的兴趣及良好的学习习惯，逐步提高学习能力，多关注40—59，80-84分两个分数段的学生，把40—59的学生作为提高年级每个班平均分的突破口，力争减少40分以下的低分段人数，60、70、80每个分数段的人数有增加，防止两极分化加剧 ，提高平均分、合格率。

另外，从卷面得分来看，学生的完型和阅读能力严重薄弱，而新消息说，英语中考将把总分提到120分，新增的10分中5分于听力的最后短文理解，另5分于阅读的第一篇。如果真要这样改变的话，这对于我们的学生来说10分难过的。

三、主要措施

1 . 备课组内加强学科教学理论的学习，更新教学观念。研究教法，注意教学理念在教学过程中的运用，考虑如何在有限的教学时间里提高课堂教学的实效性，注重目标教学的落实，使每个课时的目标细化，要求课后反思教学目标达成的情况如何。课堂教学要讲练结合，备课时要根据课型特点，预留给学生有自我探究、练习和消化的时间，让学生在生生交流、师生交流的互动中得到帮助和提高。

2.认真备课做到课件与研习稿的有机结合，探索新的课堂教学模式，提升教学质量。

3.继续加强备课组集体备课，提高讨论实效。商讨教法，探讨教材、知识点的处理。互相听课，共同提高、共同进步。所有资源共享，群策群力，整体提高本年级学生的英语成绩。

4.建立学习小组，利用学生“学力差异”,为后进生及时解决学习上的困难。

5.继续认真做好日常教学常规，多反思多交流，注意收集学生的错题。

6.在上学期的基础上，继续培养学生养成良好的听、说、读、写的学习习惯，在教学中注意教学生学习英语的方法。注重听、说、读、写的全面训练。加强完型和阅读解题能力的训练(在研习稿的编写中要有一定比例的安排)。

7.注意分层，对不同层次的学生提出不同的要求。尤其是对40-59的同学要探索和研究帮助他们转变的方法，对他们的点滴细微的进步及时给与鼓励，使他们树立信心，在原有基础上取得进步。

8.继续开展年级英语竞赛活动，通过学科活动激发学生的兴趣。本学期计划开展朗读、阅读、单词、手抄报等比赛。
