本学期我继续担任八年级1班和2班的英语教学任务。这两个班学生的共同点就是大多数学生对英语学习产生了浓厚的兴趣，基本上掌握了一些学习英语的方法，也养成了上课认真听讲、认真完成教师所布置的任务、课上积极配合教师、养成一定的良好的学习习惯，他们的口语能力及听力能力有了一定的提高。但是初二下学期单词较以前增加了难度及量度，部分学生记单词的能力及写作能力还较差，有待于进一步提高。两个班的不同之处：一班部分学生学习不认真，尖子生较少，但两极分化不是很严重，二班学生尖子生多，差生也多，两极分化较严重。

四、教材分析：

八年级下册英语教材共有10个单元，每单元后设有一篇阅读课文。主要是培养学生的阅读能力及分析能力。本教材个单元话题灵活，贴近生活实际。本册数将学习的语法知识点有：一般将来时、过去进行时、现在完成时、间接引语、时间状语从句、反义疑问句等。阅读课文主要训练学生的阅读能力，扩大学生的阅读量。

五、教学目标：

1、根据学生的特点以及英语学习的规律，采用有效的教学手段和教学方法。创设生动活泼的语境，让学生运用所学语言开展活动。

八、教学中应注意的问题：

1、在英语教学中，应注意学生的综合运用英语的能力。在培养学生阅读能力的同时，注意加强听、说技能的训练。能过听、说、读、写技能的综合训练，促进学生综合运用英语的能力。逐步具有运用英语进行交际的能力。

备课是课堂教学的重要环节，我在备课时做到了以下几点:

1、课前备课，做到“有备而来”。我认真阅读各种教科参书，既备教材、教法，又备学生。结合学生的实际和教材的内容，既要考虑知识的纵向联系，又要考虑新知的横向衔接;既要突出重点，又要突破难点;既要体现出完整的教学过程，又要注意好各环节的过渡自然。并制作了各种有趣的教具，如:单词卡片等教具为课堂教学做好准备。

2、课中备课，灵活安排简单易操作的游戏活动。我通过游戏引入新课教学时，为了不打消学生的积极性，我在实施教学的时候，总是尽量设计一些简单易操作的游戏及活动，将教学内容层层铺开，把枯燥乏味的课堂变为生动有趣“快乐堡”，让他们在快乐中学习，在玩中获得新知，通过反复的趣味操练(如:唱、演、玩、画、涂色、做手工等形式)来巩固所学新知。充分调动了学生们的情感态度和兴趣，学生的积极性得到了充分发挥，教学效果良好。

《英语课程标准》提出“让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功。”这便要求，英语课的教学要以学生为主，培养他们学习英语的兴趣，提高他们对词汇、句型的听说认读和语言实际运用的能力 ，老师上课时尽量用英语讲课，这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和课堂用语进行不同的形式进行对话。也可以结合实物、图片等用英语进行简单的描述，培养学生的语感;

为此，我在实际的课堂教学中做了以下几点:

1、巧设导入，培养兴趣。每节的教学我首先通过做游戏、唱英语歌来激发学生的学习兴趣，让学生融洽在学习英语的氛围内。

2、图文结合，掌握新知。根据教材“图文并茂”的特点，充分运用单词卡片、实物教具、简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生，使学生带着明确 的任务目标，并借助图片、动作、表情等手段掌握其义，让他们积极主动参与学习获取新知过程，培养他们学习英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时，我不厌其烦，耐心教导学生认读，力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用，培养他们认读的能力。在学习新知的同时，还适时对他们进行思想教育。

3、巩固新知。在完成了每节课的新授任务后，为了尊重学生的个体差异，营造宽松的学习情境。只要学生对英语学习有兴趣，坚持常年不断地、自觉地、随时随地接触英语、运用英语知识，英语成绩就会不断提高。

如果只是为了应付考试，临时抱佛脚地补习，即使可以应付一时，但掌握的知识都是不牢固的。新旧知识就会顾此失彼。

在今后的教学中，注重个别辅导，在面向全体学生的基础上培优补差。不断学习，加强自身素质和业务能力的提高。
