So I think further study is still urgent for me to realize self-value.

The major that I hope pursue for my further education is IC design. Because I find integrated circuits are playing a more and more important role in our modern society.

And nowadays in China, with the recognition by the government, our domestic integrated circuits industry is growing rapidly and that may provide a lot of chances to us.

I plan to concentrate on study and research in this field in my graduate time. And I hope I can form a systematic view of micro electronics and IC design technology and make a solid foundation for future profession after three years study here.

一、以游戏创设教学情境

“游戏是孩子的天性”，几乎每个小孩都喜欢玩游戏，也积极参与，因为游戏能给学生带来乐趣，对培养学生的观察、记忆、思维和想象力起到积极作用，并能巩固所学知识，提高听、说的交际能力。过去游戏常在课外活动中出现，现在把游戏带进课堂，为学生提供自主学习和直接交流的机会，以及充分表现和自我发展的一个空间，使“任务驱动、自主探究、协作交流”等学习策略得到了更充分的体现。

二、以实物创设教学情境

实物是课堂教学中最直观的教具，采用实物教学能给学生留下深刻的印象，学得快、记得牢，又能提高学生学习英语的兴趣。如教到食物名称pear、apple、orange、banana、egg、cake时，我事先准备一个袋子，里面各装有一个香蕉、苹果、桔子、熟蛋和一块饼，上课时，叫几位学生上台，轮流伸手进袋子抽一件东西，我先问：What’s in the bag?当学生摸出香蕉时，我回答：It’s a banana.(重复几遍)让学生跟着读，学生看到香蕉，早已明白banana就是香蕉，其它名词也采用同样教法。采用实物教学，学生注意力高度集中，很快就学会单词的读音，学生一旦掌握了所学的内容，就会有成就感，越学越想学。所以，充分利用实物教具来进行教学，一定能取得事半功倍的教学效果。

三、以简笔画创设教学情境

实物教具固然能给学生留下深刻的印象，也深受学生的喜爱，但有些实物不方便携带，这就要借助简笔画了，简笔画也同样能给学生留下深刻的印象，使学生进入情境。如当教到人体各部门的名称时，我在黑板上画一个人的简笔画，刚画完头部时，就有学生问：Who’s this? Is it a boy or a girl? 我边画辫子边回答：She is a girl .Look at this picture, this is her hair.每画完一个部位，就用箭头指示，并写出单词，重复几遍，让学生跟读，画完简图，也是一幅有趣的教具。夸张的简笔画，能给学生带来乐趣，也能活跃课堂气氛，同样也能取得较好的教学效果。

四、以小故事创设教学情境

笑话故事最富有吸引力，它能吸引学生的注意力，又给学生留下永久的记忆，更能使学生从故事中学一知识和受到教育。因此，适时地给学生讲一些与教材内容相关同时又使学生感兴趣的背景材料，必要的文化知识以及人情事故，以拓宽学生的知识面。如：当教到“Let’s go!”句型时，我给学生讲这样的故事：一天，有两位老外路过一家小商店，对店主说：Hello!I want a pen。店主说：pen?喔!“盆”有，有，有。他赶快去拿个盆给老外，老外摇头说：No，No，I want a pen。店主说：这不就是盆吗?老外又说：No. No. 店主说：“漏”?我昨天才进的货，怎么就“漏”了。两个老外无可奈何地说：Let’s go!这时店主很生气上前去抓住其中一位老外的衣服说：你不买就算了，说我的盆漏，还骂我是“赖皮狗(Let’s go!)”这时，幸好懂英语的店主女儿回来，才解开了误会。这个故事给我们一个教训：学生时代要努力学习英语，就不会“老大徒伤悲”，还闹一个笑话。听完了故事，我相信故事会成为学生永久的记忆，使学生懂得学习英语的重要性。

五、以幽默创设教学情境

笑话故事能使学生大开眼界，受到深刻教育，幽默也能学生积极向上。因为幽默也是一门学问，现实生活中，谁不爱幽默?但不是每人都能学会幽默，在电影、电视及生活中，常听到幽默赢得阵阵笑声，令人回味无究。课堂上，教师也可收集幽默来处理课堂发生的事情。如：有一次，我在七(5)班上课时，有位学生不认真听课，坐在那发呆，我便走上前“关心”地问道：你在想什么?还是在做白日梦?这一个问题，引起全班的哄堂大笑，这位同学的脸一下子红起来，不敢再开小差了。又如，我在起(6)班上课时，有位坐后面的学生睡觉了，我叫了两声他没听到，我只好走到他跟前并开玩笑说：“着火了!”，他惊慌地站起来说：“在哪里?救命啊!”这一叫引起全班同学的开怀大笑。这位同学羞愧地低下头，再也不敢睡了。

存在问题

1、教授不同层次的学生

要激励和指导班上那些学有余力的学生，同时也为那些不善表达的学生提供必要的支持。

要精心安排教学进度，让语言不够流利的学生有足够的时间理解和操练每一个新语言项目。

结对活动和小组活动对各个层次的学生都有帮助。在由不同层次学生组成的对子和小组中，尖子生在帮助后进生的同时自己也复习了所学知识，这是非常有价值的。在层次相同学生的对子和小组中，后进生按照自己的进度完成活动并操练语言，必要时向对方提问。

2、抓好学生听说读写训练

听说读写四中种技能的训练是相互紧密依赖的。说的能力很大程度上有赖于听的能力。初一重听说，但读写要紧跟。教师应尽量在课堂上使用英语训练在英语环境中听说英语。教师在课堂上强调口语，这会使学生把语言看成活的东西，看成有用的交际工具和了解世界的工具。要鼓励学生互相问候，交流有关他们自己、学校、家庭的简单情况。

3、抓好语音、词汇、语法教学

学好语音是学好英语的基础。要利用教学录音带，使学生掌握正规语音及语调，让学生多听、多模仿，逐步掌握正确的朗读技巧。

词汇教学主要是使学生掌握词义、词的搭配和用法。要真正掌握词义和词的用法，还必须通过有情景的课文教学，并结合听说读写等言语实践才能达到。教学中要注意词不离句，句不离文。

教学语法的目的，是使学生更好地进行听说读写等语言实践活动，而不是让学生死记硬背规则。学生要自己逐步发现规律，归纳出语法规则。学生做出的错误归纳，需要老师做适当的讲解。

4、让学生在课堂上更多地使用英语

提高课堂上英语使用率的一个最好的方法是全英语教学。从使用简单的陈述句开始，这样可以帮助学生对新语言建立自信。教师可以提问。并要求学生全部用英语回答。

2017年4月英语专业大学生实习报告

实习目的：到所学专业所应用的相关单位如外资企业、翻译公司、旅行社等部门对所学专业应用范围有一个初步了解从而明确学习目的、方向。以下是我的实习工作总结：

时间：XX年2月14日-2月20日

报告内容：今年寒假我有幸到我们市一中实习，也就是我的高中，我的母校。虽然这个假期没有好好的休息，但是就业的压力使我知道这个寒假也是一个很好的接触社会，检验自己所学知识的机会。通过这7天的实习，我深深体会到了将理论与实践结合起来的不易，也通过这7天的努力，使我熟悉了从事教师行业的不易，这7 天的代班老师工作，为我今后真正踏入工作岗位积累了一定的实践经验。对于自己的母校可以说是再熟悉不过。来自己的母校实习，也是别有一番意义的。回学校实习,亲切万分,亲爱的老师们还在,接受教育的学生们却是一张张全新的面孔,想想自己离开学校2年来的进进出出，看到学校的操场，体育馆甚至教室，过去的记忆就不断在脑海里回旋。

第一天的时候，我跟着班主任李老师熟悉了一下学校目前的情况，以及实习期间需要注意的一些事项。我们原来的英语老师王老师，教学经验十分丰富，目前担任高二组的组长，因为她是我原来的老师，所以我有幸在她所带的班级实习，王老师向我简单介绍了一下所带班级的基本情况。第二天正式到班级,当时想到就要面对 60多个学生,不免还是有点担心和紧张。

听课实习的必经阶段，听课不仅能够学习拥有教学经验的老师的教学方法，也能熟悉如果以后能的成为英语教师所要面对的情况。高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同，现在的课本经过了改革，所以现在的教学要求也有新的变化，教学方法上有很大差异。王老师教学状态相当严谨，备课很充分，又开始听她讲课，很有亲切感，再次听她的课就觉得整节课规划的很好，让学生知道这节课要完成的内容，就算有突发状况的发生，也能自行控制好时间等等。我听了整整一个章节课的完整过程，每个部分都有不同的上课形式，都是值得学习的地方。因为我不是学师范专业的学生，所以并不是很懂得英语教学法，真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样，教学的内容就算一样，方式也有很多种，可以老师自己授课，可以让学生回答问题，可以结合练习加深印象。对于学生的回答,老师要根据学生的特质进行分析，然后加以适当的引导。经过几天的实习，我觉得作为英语专业的学生，虽然在成为英语教师方面不比专业的师范生有优势，但是我们有很强的英语功底，很精准的英语专业知识，很流畅的口语技能。而作为我们外国语学院的学生，在老师们的带领下，都与一种遇到困难勇于解决的勇气，在这方面来讲，还是很适合英语教学工作的。另外我们外国语学院一直有着严谨的学风，走出去的学生一般都作风严谨，肯与吃苦耐劳，具有办事认真的品质，这么说来也在英语教学方面拥有一定的优势。

做任何事都要有一定的积累，拥有了5天的听课的经历，我也是积累了一些小小的经验。由于也是刚离开高中不久，年龄和那些学生们也没有差多少，我很快和他们打成了一片，于是老师终于同意我讲一节课。说到讲课，我还真是有点紧张，因为长这么大，一直都是听别人讲课给我听，唯一的讲课经历还是在上精读课的时候得到的任务，但是也只有短短的10分钟而已，而且面对的还只是自己的同学和老师，还真是一下子有点摸不着头脑。但是要拥有勤学好问的精神吗!于是我在讲课的前一天和老师进行了认真的讨论，老师给了我很多的指导。我还打电话给我学师范的同学，向他们咨询了一些在课堂上应该注意的事项。做完了这些，我还在晚上的时候反复的备了备课，把我所能想到的问题都写在本子上，并且一一找到了解决方法。第二天上台讲课的时候，还是很紧张，我深深地吸了口气，走上了讲台。为了放松我的紧张情绪，我先借用小沈阳的经典台词，“大家好，我的中文名叫~~~，我的英文名叫~~~，为了给大家讲课，我啪啪的就来了，能给大家讲课，我啪啪的老高兴了。”惹得同学们都开心的大笑，也集中了同学们的注意力，同时也放松了我的情绪。正式讲课的时候克服了自己平时很多小毛病，可能是准备的比较充分的原因吧，无论从讲课的节奏，内容安排，还是对学生们问题的回答，我都做得还可以。一堂课讲下来，发现自己真的喜欢上了当老师的感觉。走下讲台，老师对我的表现做了充分的肯定，并指出了我在口语上，还存在一定的问题，要我多加练习，我都好好的记下了。而学生对我的课也有很好的反映。对于自己第一次当老师的经历，真的是很高兴的!

Robot is a new innovation activities, activities for the evaluation of teachers and students should be able to reflect that is developmental, but also reflect competitive. It is to "Robot Contest innovation" for example, proposed to be noted that several principles embodied in the design:

2、可行性原则：设计的机器人活动，应具备可操作性、经济性和安全性。

1)可操作性：指除设计者完成外，要充分考虑其他可能参与人员是否可能重复制作活动场地、当前教学机器人的潜力、本学龄段学生的知识水平和能力等因素，使其他参与者经过努力也可以完成相关的活动。

2)经济性：指要考虑其他参与人员在场地、机器人及设备制作等方面的经济承受能力，尽量使参与者自己创造条件，修旧利废，以最小的投入完成相关活动。

3)安全性：指机器人和活动环境的设计，应当是安全和是健康的，活动时不对周边人员构成威胁，不对环境造成破坏。同时必须遵从阿西莫夫提出的“机器人三原则”。

可行性原则这是中小学机器人创新活动的基础。

3、创新性原则：教学机器人这一平台，为参与者提供了丰富的创新空间，创新是技术活动的本质所在。在设计机器人活动时，应体现出创新性原则，这也是机器人活动的亮点之处。可以是师生根据日常生活经验、学习体会和构思的新创意，也可以是对以前某些机器人功能的改进、活动项目的再提升。这是中小学机器人创新活动的核心。

4、智能性原则：设计的机器人应能反映出机器人的本质特性，即体现出机器人的智能性(如感知、规划、动作和协同等能力)。应是按照周围环境的输入信息来做出判断、基于传感器控制、独立地根据程序指令、而决定自己的行动的具有一定自主能力的机器人。这是中小学机器人创新活动的魅力。

5、趣味性原则：设计的机器人活动，应当具有一定的趣味性，能够引起相关学龄段学生参与的积极性和兴趣;还要具有一定的可观赏性，能使参与者和观众都能对该活动引起相应的兴趣和关注。这是中小学机器人创新活动的活力。

6、竞技性原则：机器人竞赛活动应具有一定的竞技性，在规定的活动时间内，可以评价出参与者的思维能力、技术水平等。还应具有一定的挑战性，综合能力不同的参与者，可能达到不同的活动结果，使参与者对机器人活动总有新的追求欲望。同时要注意公平性，只要学生设计的机器人可以完成本项活动，就允许参加，制定的评价方案也要是不产生歧义、可操作的。应当以参与者活动过程体验为出发点。这是中小学机器人创新活动的动力。

在机器人“功能创新项目”评价中，要重点把握创新性原则、智能性原则、可应用性和可靠性原则。可应用性主要指是为解决某个实际问题而设计(尽管当前可能是不理想的);可靠性是指机器人运行时，系统是可靠、稳定的。

在“现场指定项目”评价中，主办方要注意提出活动的方式方法和评价标准，活动方式通常是规定了某项特定的任务，参赛者运用自己的综合能力完成项目要求，评价标准是可量化、可操作的，竞赛时参赛者需要遵照执行。
