2、多听课，学习有经验教师的教学方法，教学水平的提高在于努力学习、积累经验，不在于教学时间的长短。老教师具有丰富的教学经验，积累了许多教学技巧，作为新教师应多向他们学习，尽快提高自身的教学水平，听课的同时，认真做好记录。

3、钻研教材，认真备课。我认真钻研教材，把握住知识点，认真备好每一堂课。教材是教学的依据，同时也是学生学习的主要参考书，我在熟悉教材的基础上讲授本课程的内容，学生学习才会有依据，学生在课堂上跟不上老师时可以参考教材重新整理思路，跟上老师的思路，所以应该重视教材的钻研。

4、组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，注意信息反馈，调动学生的注意力，使其保持相对稳定性。课堂提问面向全体学生，注意引发学生学英语的兴趣，课堂上说练结合，布置好课外作业，作业少而精，减轻学生的负担。

二、工作出勤方面

我热爱自己的事业，积极运用有效的工作时间做好自己份内的工作。在教育工作中，我积极参加教研组的教研活动和学校组织的例会，积极参加工会活动、升降旗仪式。在我工作的这一学期中，没有缺席、迟到、早退和事假的发生，严格遵守了学校的各项规章制度。

三、改进措施

1、多与学生沟通

多些主动和学生进行沟通，了解学生掌握知识的情况非常重要，这样有利于针对性的对学生进行教育，无论备课多认真仔细也很难适应不同班级的情况，只有沟通、了解，才能更好地解决各个班级的不同问题。

2、注重组织教学，严格要求学生

大部分学生的学习基础较差，所谓“冰冻三尺，非一日之寒”。这些学生已经形成了厌学的习惯，顶多是完成老师布置的作业就算了，有些甚至是抄袭的。

总之，在这一学期的教育教学工作中，我爱岗敬业，尽职尽责地完成了自己的本职工作。在以后的教学工作，我将不断总结，虚心学习，努力提高自己的思想道德素质和教育教学水平。

技能训练要求：通过学习Flash制作软件，掌握好逐帧动画、形变动画、运动动画的基本原理;利用多种媒体(文本、图片、声音、视频)合成制作简单的多媒体作品。
