这一学期对我来说是另一个新的开始，开始了我与小朋友们的生活。在这一学期中接触了很多新鲜事物，也更过的了解了孩子们的世界。教学幼儿园小朋友英语是一件充满了乐趣又极具耐性的事情，我在这一学期的中慢慢适应了这样的生活，引导幼儿去学会他们所认识的事物的英文，纠正他们的发音，当幼儿能够很流利的说出一些单词或句子时，自己就会感到快乐。

这学期，我教两个年级六个班也就是小班和中班的英语。刚开始时，教起来有些费力，一是不知道怎么开始这个上课的过程，二十也不懂得如何去与小朋友们沟通，提升幼儿的积极性。后来去留意其他老师上课，也逐渐慢慢揣摩到一些规律。而对于幼儿英语的学习，选择多种多样的教学方法，促进幼儿对英语的爱好。爱好是最好的老师。幼儿园英语教育是一种启蒙，要把重点放在学习英语的爱好上，假如幼儿对英语感爱好，他在学习的过程中就会表现出一种积极的情绪，孩子会主动融进到活动中。反之，假如只是追求单词句子数目的多少，那会倒了孩子的胃口，孩子会处于一种消极状态。因此，在实际教学活动中，我们选取合适的教学方法，进步幼儿学英语的爱好。

1、情景教学法。

幼儿的语言能力是在实际运用过程中发展起来的，应创设各种有意义真实的情景，使他们想说、会说、喜欢说。语言的习得与四周环境息息相关。英语的学习是一种自然习得式的学习，而不是一种教学式的学习。语言的学习不只是学习几个单词，更重要的是运用语言和别人交往。因此，教师要以幼儿园为主体，从他们的爱好出发提供一系列丰富的教学法情境，让幼儿园通过自由活动听来理解语言，在使用中学习语言。还有家庭，小动物，生日等，通过玩角色游戏，幼儿所一年级班主任工作总结学语言在游戏中得到巩固，练习。久而久之，培养了幼儿的英语思维能力和运用能力，并解决了那种学时才用，平时放置脑后，轻易遗忘的弊病。

2、游戏教学法。

曾经有一位教育家说过这样一句话：小孩子生来是好动的，是以游戏为生命的。的确，游戏是幼儿最喜欢的形式之一。玩是孩子的天性，符合幼儿天性好动的特点。游戏能激起幼儿学英语的爱好，密切师生间的关系，提供幼儿充分运用语言的机会，调动学习积极性，将知识融于游戏中，让幼儿在情趣盎然的游戏中练习所学知识。也在不知不觉中把握了知识。更重要是感受到学习英语的乐趣。因此，幼儿园英语活动应尽量游戏化，寓教育于游戏，让幼儿在游戏中轻轻松松学英语。如：户外体育游戏《老狼，老狼，几点钟》，这个游戏是幼儿熟悉而喜欢的。于是，我把游戏改为Wolf，wolf，whatcanyoudo?是请一位幼儿当老狼，其它是小羊。小羊问Wolf，wolf，whatcanyoudo?老狼回答，Icaneat.然后开始追逐小羊。幼儿在他们原有的游戏经验的基础上，轻松愉快的习得了英语，学会了句型Whatcanyoudo?Icanjump/run.锻炼了英语听说能力，在玩中学习并得到发展。在这种情况下幼儿觉得学习英语好玩，从而为往后的学习打下了良好的基础。

3、引进竞争机制，激发幼儿参与活动的热情。

任何一种活动形式，时间久了，孩子就会厌倦。冷漠的情绪会使活动效果大打折扣，引进竞争机制，这一困难迎刃而解。竞争能激活幼儿潜伏的支力，能激起幼儿的进取心。幼儿好胜心强，大都不甘落后，所以在设计活动时，运用竞争机制，并配以各种形式的奖励，以表示对胜利者的欣赏，对进步者的鼓励。有时是几句鼓励的话语--Good!/Verygood!/Clever!/E_cellent!.有时是一朵小红花、一颗小星星.孩子们在热闹的气氛中，你追我赶，学英语的爱好越来越浓。

当然，调动幼儿学英语的积极性的教学方法还很多，如：谜语法、童谣法、顺口溜法、歌曲法、形象教学法、肢体语言教学法等多种方法，我根据教学参考书及自己的工作经验，在教学中灵活运用，交互作用，让孩子们的思维活跃起来，让孩子们的语言活跃起来，孩子们始终对英语保持着浓厚的爱好，上英语课成为他们最快乐的事。

通过一学期的学习，孩子们在英语上又往上爬了一层，认识了更多的词汇及句子。而小班和中班因学习内容不同所达到的学习效果也就不一样。

小班由于年级较小，基本都是三岁左右的孩子，接受能力在一定的程度上有很大的限制，因此，在这学期中小班就从最简单的单词学起。因为小一班是小班中在幼儿园呆的时间最长，因此学习的效果要稍比其他两个班好，但是小三班因为不甘落后，虽然刚如园，但是对学习的积极性是很高的，所以效果也很好。

中班在接触了一年多的英语后，学习难度也有所提高，在学习单词的同时还要掌握一些简单的句子，以及相关儿歌。在各种有趣的游戏中幼儿们还是大都掌握了该学的内容，个别聪明的还能认完一整本书。中班三个班中数中二班平时学习的最好，但是每次教学检查时表现得较好的却是年级较小的中三班。

英语是一个容易学业容易忘记的语言，三天不念着就生了，所以幼儿除了上课跟着老师学习之外，回家之后也当多加练习巩固，这样才能不断的累积更多知识。

在这一学期中，学会了如何走进小朋友的世界里，但是对小朋友的世界还不够熟悉，在以后的工作中，还要向其他有经验的老师多加学习各方面的工作，才能把自己的工作做得更好。

两个班学生的学习情况都不一样，四班的学生比较活跃，有一半的学生学习积极性比较高，所以课堂气氛活跃。而三班的同学比较沉静，学习不活跃，尖子生相对比较少，中下生占大多数，考虑到这个问题，所以备课时对这两个班的差异非常重视，因此，教学效果是完全不一样的两种课堂。但最终的结果是一样的。由此看出，在教学过程中要了解学生实际情况，因材施教是很重要的，也是直接影响教学效果的重要环节。

一堂准备充分的课会令学生获益不浅。为了上好每堂课，我认真研究了课文，找出重点，难点，为了教学生动，不沉闷，又容易接受，在设计时，首先和学生一起互动。上课就胸有成竹了，学生显得特别的有兴趣，教学效果十分理想。相反，如果没有认真备课时，课堂气氛沉闷并且教学效果也不好。可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。

回顾自己教学工作，也有一些不如意的状况，比如说当学生在课堂上无心向学，违反纪律时，我的情绪就受到影响，让原本正常的讲课受到冲击，发挥不到应有的水平，以致影响教学效果。以后必须努力克服，研究方法，采取有利方法解决当中困难。

以上是我这个学期的教学的工作总结。两个班的成绩还不够好，希望在以后的日子里，在优秀教师的带领下，总结经验，取得更好的成绩。

2017年暑假英语专业大学生实习报告范文

在家呆了两天，就匆匆赶去上海学习，经过十六天的中级口译的集训，认识了不少人，也越来越意识到自己水平的不足，特别是词汇量。在我们学校我自认为自己口语方面，特别是语音语调方面还是不错的，但在我通过在上海学习的这段时间，我逐渐发现，上海的学生，天生具有这点优势，所以在班级里我这方面并不突出，即使在这个三十多人班里，大部分并不是英语专业的学生。在外教课上，他们明显活跃，更愿意表现自己，这一点我不如他们。(外教在和我们做游戏时每每说一大串的游戏规则，我很多次都不能领会其薏，还是问其他同学才能配合)。而关于一些比较死的东西，如潭教授的笔译课，还有david的口译课，还是强于其他一些同学的，这也许是江苏学生的特长吧。

到八月初，上完华浦的课程，便收拾行囊赶去kc.lim家了。他们家是马来西亚人，而又在新加坡呆了近十年，由于是华裔，来宝(noble resources pte.ltd)公司特派他担任中国区ceo，驻上海。kc家里四口人，有两个可爱的女儿，jing en.lim 九岁，jing rong.lim 七岁。叔叔阿姨都会说一点中文，但都一点中文字都看不懂，两小家伙就更不用说了。他们家住的别墅区，进出有专门司机，所以说在他家住除了和阿姨去送两小家伙去mandarin house，或者陪阿姨去starbucks小坐，几乎与事隔绝拉。出来他们家，确实有点不习惯，比如在饮食上，他们比较注重健康，不放味精不放盐，每天要吃大量的蒜(早上的garlic bread 让我疯了，我最讨厌的就是大蒜了其实)。我发现我们中国学生说英语比较生硬，外国人讲话比较简洁明了。比如说：我们经常说这食物很好吃，用英语说“it’s delisious “,但实际上一个简简单单的”nice”就能表达所有的意思。其实在他们家，我反而觉得和叔叔阿姨交流起来比和小孩子交流起来比较方便，因为小孩子说话快，而且音调比较像卡通片里的声音，很难懂。所以有的时候和小家伙一起看disney channel时，我会特别注意卡通人物的发音，真的好难，里面的英语基本听不懂。一是太快，二是语调太奇怪，比我看cctv 9 international累多了。有的时候和阿姨聊天，她会教育我很多很多方面，她会教育我reading newpaper，她说现在太多的像我们这种二十多岁的小孩子，不知道how to use their brain ，她会包容我的错误，耐心的听，和我交流，所以我比较粘阿姨的，她和别人说我是她大女儿，哈哈。叔叔是很忙的，平时我基本是看不到他的，我们起床的时候，他已经被公司的车接走了，我们睡觉的时候他还没回来。我对叔叔是一种很敬畏的感情，他不多话，但睿智，他会五种语言，英语很好听。只有周六周日，叔叔才会在家，不过我也看不到他的，他在书房看书或处理事务，只是偶尔看到他到厨房冲咖啡，我仅仅和他打个招呼而已。外国人发短讯也很有意思，为了节约时间，通常只选这个单词的一两个字母，或同音单词，例如：see you=c u,your=yr ,have-hv,我觉得最有成就感的就是一次周末，一家子人带 jing en参加钢琴考级，因为在上海考，我们让小韩叔叔开车到上海市青少年活动中心，他们一家是看不懂中文的。所以墙上的注意事项是看不懂的，我就充当了一次翻译的任务。看到他们一副不知道怎么办的样子，我将他们安顿好，一个人将jing en送到考点。呵呵，感觉好有成就感哦。那天晚饭我们去徐家汇的一家很popular的新加坡餐厅吃饭，价格不斐但是真是真的好难吃哦，同志们，以后不要去啊。很多生活习惯是很有趣的，比如他们早上起来不刷牙洗脸就吃早饭，吃完了就洗澡，他们信上帝，每天睡觉之前有pray time，每天必须要把盘里的食物吃完，呵呵，很多family traditions.邻居也有很多华裔，邻里之间很好，虽然每家有保姆，但全职太太们会做一些拿手的小食物，然后叫保姆送来送去的。呵呵，阿姨最拿手的就是做茶味和水果味的甜品拉，她也教会我了哦，不过你般中国家庭可没机会做，因为要好多工具啊，比如各式烤箱。呵呵，还有好多事情，真是一次有趣的体验，临别的时候，和阿姨拥抱，我们会经常email联系的。

五、提高教学质量的可行措施及教改措施

3、采用活动途径，倡导体验与参与，合作与探究。

4、开发课程资源，拓展学用渠道。

具体来说：

1、教师认真专研教材和课标，精心备课，认真上好每一堂课。确定每堂课的基础内容、预备内容和拓展内容，尽量满足不同层次学生的不同需求。

2、充分利用现有的现代化教学设备，加强直观教学，提高课堂效率。

3、多与学生沟通，了解学生学习状况和需求，及时改进教学中存在的问题和不足。

4、积极开展丰富多彩的英语活动，提高学生兴趣。如英语演讲比赛、单词听写比赛、朗读比赛、英语手抄报比赛、学唱英文歌曲等。

5、注重个别辅导，在面向全体学生的基础上，培优补差。

6、不断学习，加强自身素质和业务能力的提高。
