一、深入了解学生学情，培养学生良好的英语学习习惯

我们的学生大多来自于农村，新目标英语对我们的学生来说不仅内容多，而且复杂，要背的单词、词组、语法知识多，久而久之，稍稍懒惰一些的学生就会在不知不觉中妥协，甚至放弃，因而学习英语的气氛不是很浓，学习自觉性较差。我任教的九年级两个班的优生很少，中等生断层，差生面特大。针对以上情况，要改变这种局面，我们觉得培养学生的兴趣和学习习惯很重要，因而在教学中我在这些方面做了不少努力。培养学生课前多预习，课堂上集中注意力听讲，把老师讲的内容真正听懂。不能似懂非懂。课后认真完成配套的巩固练习，不懂的地方，多向老师或成绩稍好的学生请教。利用晨读时间培养学生大声朗读的习惯，英语笔头练习相对来说少一些，但课后要分配一定的时间巩固当天所学的知识。同时教给学生一些学习技巧，灵活掌握学过的知识点，举一反三，融会贯通，只有这样，才能把所学的知识串联起来，不容易忘记。

二、认真组织课堂教学，打造高效课堂

课堂是教学的主阵地，课堂教学的成败直接影响着教学效果。所以上课我设法吸引学生，不让其分心，上课内容力求丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部。另外，我每天都坚持保持充足的精神，让学生感受到一种积极上进的气氛。在课堂上采用多种教学方式，利用多媒体、展示台等现代化教学手段，充分调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，使他们能在轻松、愉快、合作、交流中学到知识。根据不同学生设计不同层次的问题，树立学生的自信心，让各层次的学生都得到提高。加强听说、阅读、写作训练，以促进学生的综合运用能力。为了让学生真正参加到课堂中来，凡是学生自己能讲清楚的问题，都让学生自己解决，我决不越俎代庖，课堂上尽量精讲、少讲把时间都留给学生。

三、加强课外辅导，落实培优辅差计划

英语学习是语言的学习。困此，除了课堂教学之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持认真了解早读情况，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强制背诵等方式，帮助他们养成良好习惯，提高他们的英语学习能力。因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学习中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。因此，绝对不能忽视。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。我把这批同学分为四个组。第一组是能力强，基础好，学习习惯好而且刻苦认真的，对他们多进行能力训练，以便他们达到更高层次。第二组是有能力提高，但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取集体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水平;第三组是肯学，但由于能力不强的同学。对这部分同学要适当引导，耐心教导，慢慢提高他们的成绩，不能操之过急，且要多鼓励。只要他们肯努力，成绩有望能提高;第四组是纪律松散，学习不认真，基础又不好的同学。对这部分人要进行课余时间个别辅导。因为这部分同学需要一个安静而又不受干扰的环境，才会静下心来学习。只要坚持辅导，这些同学基础重新建立起来，以后授课的效果就会更好。

四、立足长远，认真总结

在本学年的教学工作中，我取得了一定的成绩。从本年度的中考成绩来看，我所教班无论从平均分、及格人数和优生人数都在同年级中名列前茅。但"金无足赤，人无完人"，在日常工作中难免存在不足。例如：对学生还不够了解;教学方法还不够成熟等，而这些问题，只能在以后的教学工作中不断地解决。

针对以上所说不足，在此提出改进措施：

1.加强与学生的沟通。教师经验不足，教学技巧性不强，难免会有学生知识掌握不够扎实，多主动和学生进行沟通，了解学生掌握知识的情况非常重要，这样有利于针对性地对学生进行教育。无论备课多认真仔细也很难适应不同班级的情况，只有沟通、了解，才能更好地解决各个班级的不同问题。另外，有些学生基础较好，加强师生间的沟通就能更好地引导这些学生更好地学习。

2.注重课堂教学的组织，对学生严格要求。大部分学生的学习基础较差，所谓“冰冻三尺，非一日之寒”。这些学生已经形成了厌学的习惯，顶多是完成老师布置的作业就算了，有些甚至是抄袭的，对于容易掌握的内容他们也不敢沾染，所以必须严格要求他们。由于学生缺乏学习自觉性，所以上课时间是他们学习的主要时间，教师应善于组织、调动学生进行学习，更充分地利用好上课时间。

3.运用多种技巧教学，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。“兴趣是的老师”!教师应利用学生热情好奇的这一特点，从日常生活中的口语出发，尝试用英语与学生对话，或用趣事吸引学生注意力，引发他们的兴趣，使学生对本课程产生兴趣。并且，在教学中要运用多种教学手段，注意听力与口语的训练。

一、认真钻研教材，继续探索大专英语教学模式，努力提高课堂教学质量。

1 本学期我担任的精读课虽然不是新课，但我并没有因此马虎。课前认真备课，钻研教材，教学中能总结去年的经验，根据学生具体情况和需求力求在教学内容和方法上有所改进和突破。07(1)班学生经过3+x考试，词汇和阅读基础较好，但听说能力差，语音也存在很多问题。这学期，课堂上我除了加强学生的词汇、造句、翻译等方面的基本功训练，还采用课文复述，看图说话，讲故事，角色表演等形式强化学生的口语水平。课外则通过每周的听力训练和观看教学录象带提高听力水平。每周定期抽查学生的语音作业，及时指出问题，攻破难点。这些方法取得了一定的效果。

2 为了了解学生的的英语水平和学习要求，开学初在07(2)(3)(4)班进行调查，收集了学生意见。针对学生的年龄和知识特点在教学中主要采用对话表演，看图说话，以及针对课文设计的话题讨论。这些方式激发了学生的学习热情，活跃了课堂气氛，一些男生也开始喜欢说英语。除了口语表达，还注重抓学生笔头的基本功，通过短语、句子翻译和其他大量练习巩固提高词汇语法基础。经过一学期的训练，学生的句子翻译水平有明显进步。

3 在两门课中根据教材内容适当选取"走向未来"、"跟我学"等教学录象片辅助教学。为学生提供了生动的语言环境，激发了学生的学习兴趣、活跃了课堂气氛，收到了良好的教学效果。

三、认真使用电子教室，探索计算机辅助教学模式

1、本学期我任教的四个班中有三个班使用电子教室。我课前认真备课，花了大量时间设计制作幻灯片。每堂课严格按照学校的要求进行。电子教室的使用加大了课堂教学容量和密度，提高了教学效率。英语精读课尤为明显。教师可以在短时间内对学生进行大量的高密度的语言训练。学生的语言技能得到了提高。

时间如梭，20xx年即将离我们而去。回首开学的各方面工作，似乎总是忙忙碌碌，防甲流，迎接城乡综合治理突袭检查，立秋后的避酷热放假，迎国庆中秋双节日等等，剩余的教育教学时间寥寥无几，因此导致中期检测效果可想而知。后期，除了继续抓好防甲流等学生安全工作外，基本上没有大的放假时间，这里就教学工作做适当的调整，并制定如下的行动计划，一是对学生负责，再是为即将逝去的20xx年里自己的教育教学工作画上一个圆满的句号。

首先分析一下本人任教的八年级两个班的学生状况：

本期开学伊始，本人接替八年级一班的英语教学工作，经过与其班主任协商，决定将本人所带班主任的班与之一起进行适当的调整，调整的依据是两班学生上期末的考试成绩和日常的行为习惯表现。至今，通过几个月的教学观察，两个班学生在英语学习方面存在很大的问题：一是学生对英语学习严重缺乏兴趣、主动性和积极性；二是严重缺乏正确的英语学习方法；三是由前导致的两个班整体英语学习氛围不浓厚。

针对以上的状况，本人在后期的英语教学中决定从如下几方面入手，力争通过如下的方式循序渐进的来改变学生学习英语的现状，并逐步使其在英语学习方面取得进步：

首要的是精心设计课堂教学内容，以调动学生学习英语兴趣为主要目的。针对我们学生的基础，必须将课本后期六个单元的内容进行简约化设计，不能想象将课本所涉及的一切都教给学生。那么如何简约化呢？我想首先是给学生呈现学习目标，围绕学习目标点对点的展开教学；二是根据学生的基础适可而止的进行延展，不能搞跨越式传授知识；三是借助于网络，搜集网络上适合学生口味的有关教学单元内容并借鉴过来。

第二，加强学生英语课堂学习行为习惯的调控。两个班的学生，课堂上都懒于动口动手，尤其是动口，正如我和学生开玩笑：大概是因为冬季来临，枯水季节，电力不足，要么是录音带受潮，他们嘴里放出来的声音极不流畅。在后期的教学中，学生该动口的，必须动口，与同学间课堂内容的口语交流，课本语篇的背诵，包括利用早读课；该动手的，要求学生必须做笔记，记录下那些重难点和关键，督促学生课本上不能干干净净，至于作业、练习，就更不用说了。

第三，随时注意学生英语课堂学习效果的信息反馈。通过学生参与课堂学习的积极性，思考回答老师提问的准确性，作业完成的质和量等来把握。课课有听写，堂堂有上节课内容的口语展示。根据反馈情况给予学生关注、提醒和教育，并要求学生及时整改。

第四，合理安排后期的教学时间，上好余下的新课内容，制定周密详实的期末复习计划。

后期还有六个单元的新课内容，力争在六个教学周内完成，除此外还余下三周的复习时间。在复习期间，一是引导学生对课本知识进行系统复习，包括每个单元的词汇、短语、句子和篇章以及语言目标的运用；二是利用学生手里现有的教辅，通过练习、检测，督促学生巩固单元知识；三是利用一周时间，对学生本期掌握知识情况综合评估测试，并查漏补缺。

总之，做教师的，为学生而工作，不是为了应付繁琐的所谓上级任务而奔命。

I am open-minded, willing and have broad interests like basketball, reading and especially in engineering such as software programming, website design, hardware design. For example, during the past four years, I have accomplished two websites: one is the website of our school, and the other is the website of the doctor forum of china 20xx. Furthermore, I am interested in C plus plus programming language and have written some application programs. In July in the last year,I finished my graduate project with flying colors,which was a software application about Image Process . In addition, I have also finished some projects about embedded system by using MCU when I was a junior.

4.为什么想读研,将来愿意从事的方向,读研时的打算

Although I have broad interests in many aspects and grasp the essential knowledge of the major, but I think at present, I can do many things in a superficial level, but not be competent to do things professionally owing to lack of ample knowledge and ability. So I think further study is still urgent for me to realize self-value.

The major that I hope pursue for my further education is IC design. Because I find integrated circuits are playing a more and more important role in our modern society. And nowadays in China, with the recognition by the government, our domestic integrated circuits industry is growing rapidly and that may provide a lot of chances to us.

I plan to concentrate on study and research in this field in my graduate time. And I hope I can form a systematic view of micro electronics and IC design technology and make a solid foundation for future profession after three years study here.
