2、课中备课，灵活安排简单易操作的游戏活动。我通过游戏引入新课教学时，为了不打消学生的积极性，我在实施教学的时候，总是尽量设计一些简单易操作的游戏及其活动，将教学内容层层铺开，把枯燥乏味的课堂变成生动有趣“快乐堡”，让他们在快乐中学习，在玩中获得新制。在活动中学生们都乐于参与，充分调动了学生的情感态度和兴趣，学生的积极性得到了充分发挥，教学效果良好。

3、课后备课，总结教学经验。每上完一单元，我都及时对该单元作出总结和反思，学出教后感，肯定本节课成功的地方，探讨该单元的不足之处，为以后的教学工作打下基础。

三，认真上课，体现以人为本。

《英语课程标准》提出“让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知，体验，实践，参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功。”这便要求英语课的教学要以学生为主，培养他们学习英语的兴趣，提高他们对词汇，句型的听说认读和语言实际运用的能力。为此，我在实际的教学过程中做了以下几点：

1、巧设导入，培养兴趣。每节的教学我首先通过做游戏，唱英语歌来激发学生的学习兴趣，让学生融洽在学习英语的氛围内。

2、图文结合，掌握新知。根据教材“图文并茂”的特点，充分运用单词卡片、实物教具、简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生，使学生带着明确的任务目标，并借助图片、动作、表情等手段掌握其义，让他们积极主动参与学习获取新知过程，培养他们学习英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时，我不厌其烦，耐心教导学生认读，力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用，培养他们认读的能力。在学习新知的同时，还适时对他们进行思想教育。

报告内容：今年寒假我有幸到我们市一中实习，也就是我的高中，我的母校。虽然这个假期没有好好的休息，但是就业的压力使我知道这个寒假也是一个很好的接触社会，检验自己所学知识的机会。通过这7天的实习，我深深体会到了将理论与实践结合起来的不易，也通过这7天的努力，使我熟悉了从事教师行业的不易，这7 天的代班老师工作，为我今后真正踏入工作岗位积累了一定的实践经验。对于自己的母校可以说是再熟悉不过。来自己的母校实习，也是别有一番意义的。回学校实习,亲切万分,亲爱的老师们还在,接受教育的学生们却是一张张全新的面孔,想想自己离开学校2年来的进进出出，看到学校的操场，体育馆甚至教室，过去的记忆就不断在脑海里回旋。

听课实习的必经阶段，听课不仅能够学习拥有教学经验的老师的教学方法，也能熟悉如果以后能的成为英语教师所要面对的情况。高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同，现在的课本经过了改革，所以现在的教学要求也有新的变化，教学方法上有很大差异。王老师教学状态相当严谨，备课很充分，又开始听她讲课，很有亲切感，再次听她的课就觉得整节课规划的很好，让学生知道这节课要完成的内容，就算有突发状况的发生，也能自行控制好时间等等。我听了整整一个章节课的完整过程，每个部分都有不同的上课形式，都是值得学习的地方。因为我不是学师范专业的学生，所以并不是很懂得英语教学法，真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样，教学的内容就算一样，方式也有很多种，可以老师自己授课，可以让学生回答问题，可以结合练习加深印象。对于学生的回答,老师要根据学生的特质进行分析，然后加以适当的引导。经过几天的实习，我觉得作为英语专业的学生，虽然在成为英语教师方面不比专业的师范生有优势，但是我们有很强的英语功底，很精准的英语专业知识，很流畅的口语技能。而作为我们外国语学院的学生，在老师们的带领下，都与一种遇到困难勇于解决的勇气，在这方面来讲，还是很适合英语教学工作的。另外我们外国语学院一直有着严谨的学风，走出去的学生一般都作风严谨，肯与吃苦耐劳，具有办事认真的品质，这么说来也在英语教学方面拥有一定的优势。

做任何事都要有一定的积累，拥有了5天的听课的经历，我也是积累了一些小小的经验。由于也是刚离开高中不久，年龄和那些学生们也没有差多少，我很快和他们打成了一片，于是老师终于同意我讲一节课。说到讲课，我还真是有点紧张，因为长这么大，一直都是听别人讲课给我听，唯一的讲课经历还是在上精读课的时候得到的任务，但是也只有短短的10分钟而已，而且面对的还只是自己的同学和老师，还真是一下子有点摸不着头脑。但是要拥有勤学好问的精神吗!于是我在讲课的前一天和老师进行了认真的讨论，老师给了我很多的指导。我还打电话给我学师范的同学，向他们咨询了一些在课堂上应该注意的事项。做完了这些，我还在晚上的时候反复的备了备课，把我所能想到的问题都写在本子上，并且一一找到了解决方法。第二天上台讲课的时候，还是很紧张，我深深地吸了口气，走上了讲台。为了放松我的紧张情绪，我先借用小沈阳的经典台词，“大家好，我的中文名叫~~~，我的英文名叫~~~，为了给大家讲课，我啪啪的就来了，能给大家讲课，我啪啪的老高兴了。”惹得同学们都开心的大笑，也集中了同学们的注意力，同时也放松了我的情绪。正式讲课的时候克服了自己平时很多小毛病，可能是准备的比较充分的原因吧，无论从讲课的节奏，内容安排，还是对学生们问题的回答，我都做得还可以。一堂课讲下来，发现自己真的喜欢上了当老师的感觉。走下讲台，老师对我的表现做了充分的肯定，并指出了我在口语上，还存在一定的问题，要我多加练习，我都好好的记下了。而学生对我的课也有很好的反映。对于自己第一次当老师的经历，真的是很高兴的!

以上是我的实习报告，通过在寒假的这段实习生活，让我得到了很多感触。首先让我实践了教师这个职业的工作，锻炼了我的表达能力，交往能力以及口语表达。这些收获将影响我以后的学习生活，并对以后的工作产生积极影响，我相信这些实践中的收获是在课堂上学习不到的，而且会让我受用一生.。7天的实习，说长不长，说短也短，而学到的东西却很多。也充分检验了自己的学习成果，认识到自己的不足，比如口语表达还有待提高，让我认识到自己要是工作了，所存在的差距，并在以后的学习中，完善自己，学以致用!

本学期，我担任了初二x、x班英语科目的教育教学工作，在这个学年的教学工作中，我感慨万千，这其中有苦有乐，有辛酸也有喜悦，失败与成功并存。在这一学年里，我觉得我自己是过得紧张又忙碌，愉快又充实的。特从以下几个方面做出本学年的工作总结。

一、教育教学工作方面

1.课前准备：备好课。每一次备课都很认真，遇到没有把握讲好的课时立即提出，请其它英语老师参谋，综合考虑各种方案。多发表自己的见解让大家讨论，如有问题立即更正、改进。

2.多听课，学习有经验教师的教学方法，教学水平的提高在于努力学习、积累经验，不在于教学时间的长短。老教师具有丰富的教学经验，积累了许多教学技巧，作为新教师应多向他们学习，尽快提高自身的教学水平，听课的同时，认真做好记录。

3.钻研教材，认真备课。我认真钻研教材，把握住知识点，认真备好每一堂课。教材是教学的依据，同时也是学生学习的主要参考书，我在熟悉教材的基础上讲授本课程的内容，学生学习才会有依据，学生在课堂上跟不上老师时可以参考教材重新整理思路，跟上老师的思路，所以应该重视教材的钻研。

4.组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，注意信息反馈，调动学生的注意力，使其保持相对稳定性。课堂提问面向全体学生，注意引发学生学英语的兴趣，课堂上说练结合，布置好课外作业，作业少而精，减轻学生的负担。

二、工作出勤方面

我热爱自己的事业，积极运用有效的工作时间做好自己份内的工作。在教育工作中，我积极参加教研组的教研活动和学校组织的例会，积极参加工会活动、升降旗仪式。在我工作的这一学期中，没有缺席、迟到、早退和事假的发生，严格遵守了学校的各项规章制度。

三、存在的不足、改进措施

1.多与学生沟通。多些主动和学生进行沟通，了解学生掌握知识的情况非常重要，这样有利于针对性的对学生进行教育，无论备课多认真仔细也很难适应不同班级的情况，只有沟通、了解，才能更好地解决各个班级的不同问题。

2.注重组织教学，严格要求学生。大部分学生的学习基础较差，所谓“冰冻三尺，非一日之寒”。这些学生已经形成了厌学的习惯，顶多是完成老师布置的作业就算了，有些甚至是抄袭的。

总之，在这一学期的教育教学工作中，我爱岗敬业，尽职尽责地完成了自己的本职工作。在以后的教学工作，我将不断总结，虚心学习，努力提高自己的思想道德素质和教育教学水平。

本学期，我担任八年级(104)和(105)两班的教学，根据本学期教学工作计划安排及学生的实际，目前教学工作已结束，现就本学期教学工作总结如下：

一、学生的基本状况：

上学期经调查，两个班大部分学生，基础非常差，有一半的学生连26个字母都写不齐，并且拼写不规范，学习不主动，对英语的兴趣不浓。两班共约有1/3的学生学习态度较认真，对英语较感兴趣，但是他们基础较弱，听写能力有待加强。对英语学习兴趣不浓，学习态度很被动。

二、采取的措施：

1、认真学习体现以素质教育为目标的新课程理念及学校工作计划，认真研究教材，和王化老师共同制定了本学期教学工作计划，加强落实、反馈、总结计划的执行情况。

2、教学过程中，注意抓常规教学，以学生为主体，面向全体学生组织教学，注意培养学生的听说读写的能力，充分利用早读时间，要求学生大声朗读课文。

3、抓词汇和句型学习，经常进行听写训练，提高学生对记忆单词和句型的能力;另外从开学初就开始初狠抓英语课文背诵，并从李阳老师报告会后，利用李阳老师的教学理念“用零碎时间攻克英语”制定了利用课前读英语、背英语的计划并狠抓落实。

4、课堂内外多听多说英语。老师上课时尽量用英语讲课，这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和课堂用语进行不同的形式进行对话。也可以结合实物、图片等用英语进行简单的描术，培养学生的语感。

5、抓小测验、学案过关，并注重阶段性复习。

三、教学方面的经验、存在问题及今后的做法：

(1)教的方面：

积极使用杜郎口教学模式和灵石四中的学案模式进行教学深入了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教学，由于对每单元的单词和词组进行了多次强化训练，所以词汇的得分率比以前高;因加强了书面表达的英语背诵，所以英语作文得分率有了长足的提高。另外因狠抓落实“学习法”，使学生学习习惯得到进一步改善，我班英语成绩有了历史性突破，平均分、合格率、优秀率均名列前茅。虽然我们也进行了英语阅读训练，但学生阅读能力的提高不大。单选、完成句子的得分率还过得去，但综合知识未来得及操练其他项目得分率就较低。今后，应该加强完型填空、阅读理解和综合填空的训练。

(2)学的方面：

一要培养学生对英语学习有兴趣，二要培养学生的责任心从小事从感恩开始，率先使用“积分制”并且要用班规来落实，坚持常年不断地、自觉得、随时随地接触英语、运用英语知识，英语成绩就会不断提高。经过一学期努力，大部分学生都觉得英语有进步，以前不要说是背，读都读不顺，而现在还能背些英语文章了。

如果只是为了应付考试，临时抱佛脚地补习，即使可以应付一时，但掌握的知识都是不牢固的，新旧知识就会顾此失彼。

第一，确立与新课程相适应的教育观念。

学生是学习的主体，老师不能代替学生读书，代替学生感知，代替学生观察、分析、思考，代替学生明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。老师只能让学生自己读书，自己感受事物，自己观察、分析、思考，从而明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。于是我改变“一言堂”，把课堂还给学生，形成师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的教学过程。

第二，使学生明白学习目的。

要学好英语，首先要使学生认识到学这一语言的目的和意义。众所周知，人类社会已经进入了21世纪，新的世界将是个充满竞争和多变的世纪，中国要在跨世纪的竞争中取得主动，中华民族要腾飞，要最终取决于优秀科技人才的涌现。如果我们不懂英语，怎么去了解世界?就拿三亚来说，第55届世界小姐竞选在三亚举行，许多外国游客来旅游。如果我们不会说英语，也听不懂他们说什么，就无法与他们交流，沟通，更谈不上有商业交易了。只有学生自觉地把自己的理想与祖国的前途和命运联系起来，才会对英语学习真正感兴趣，这种兴趣也有可能转为学习英语的动力。因此我结合本地区学生的实际情况，通读和节选教材，围绕着最简单、最基本、最常用的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等进行教学，使学生对英语产生兴趣，形成学习动机。

第三，努力建立融洽的师生关系。

相对来说，初中生比小学生独立性强，自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学习的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。
