大多数学生已能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段和简短的故事。能与教师或同学就熟悉的话题交换信息。能读懂短篇故事，能写便条和简单的书信。但由于各种因素的影响，学生发展参差不齐。有少数学生因为基础不够好，学习很吃力而自暴自弃，有的因此扰乱课堂次序，这给教学带来不少困难。十来个学生根本没有学习目标，完全放弃学习，但学生的纪律总体还是不错，这样为学生的学习打下良好的基础。另外，学生在情感态度学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流；有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识；大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习、课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性；不善于发现和总结语言规律，不留意知识的巩固和积累。

我任教八年级的英语。八年级有32人，上次的期末考试总体来说考得比较好，班级均分为56分，年级均分为51.1分。但是学困生还是比较多，考的也很不理想。究其原因是大部分学生基础较差，他们的学习目的不明确，不爱学。英语是中学生的一门主课，无论是学校、家长还是学生都很重视它，但是不少学生觉得这门功课单调枯燥，学起来吃力，甚至有不少学生放弃了它。学生对英语学习的接触面小，说练机会少，以及他与中文的部分反差的诸多因素，使得学生对英语学习常常存在“厌、怕、弃”的不健康的心理。

二、指导思想与教学总目标

以“英语课程标准”为宗旨，适应新课程改革的需要，面向全体学生，提高学生的人文素养，增强实践能力和创新精神。正确把握英语学科特点，积极倡导合作探究的学习方式。培养学生积极地情感态度和正确的人生价值观，提高学生综合素质为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。

要求学生有较明确的英语学习动机和积极主动的学习态度。能听懂教师对有关熟悉话题的陈述并能参与讨论。能读供七至八年级学生阅读的简单读物和报纸杂志，克服生词障碍，理解大意。能根据阅读目的运用适当的阅读策略。能与他人合作，解决问题并报告结果，共同完成学习任务。能在学习中互相帮助，克服困难。能合理计划和安排学习任务，积极探索适合自己的学习方法。在学习和日常交际中能注意到中外文化的差异。

三.教材简要分析

八年级英语下册共十个单元，每单元设计一个话题，并以此为中心，通过语言结构、功能项目为主线展开，采用任务型语言教学方式，以循序渐进的生活化的学习程序引导学生学会运用英语，有目的地做事。新教材中设计了许多活动，如填写问卷、调查、访谈、书信、邮件往来等，使学生在语言学习中更好地体验、实践、参与、合作与交流，同时增加了学生在课堂上的互动，为任务型教学创造了条件。 同一话题随着学习的深入，内容不断充实，通过“滚动”呈现学习，不断深化。如提建议话题，在七年级出现，在本教材Unit8也“滚动”呈现,支持话题的“任务”、“活动”也不断“升级”，伴随语言学习不断从“低级”走向“高级”，贯穿于教材始终。 此外，教材中每个单元设计的 Pair work、Group work、Survey及Game为课堂活动提供了丰富的资源。

每个单元以一个话题为中心，分设Section A，Section B和Self check三个部分，自成一体，又相互照应：Section A是单元基本语言内容的呈现，Section B是语言知识的扩展、深化与运用，是Section A的延伸。Section A与Section B是实现单元话题的主要载体。两部分在教材中都有明确的要求。Self check是将单元基础词汇、词语用法、语言运用等进行提炼，供学生了解、检查对本单元所学内容的掌握情况。

本册主要内容是 健康与急救、could、should的用法、时间状语从句、用过去式学会讲故事、复习巩固比较级和最高级、和现在完成时态。

四、教学手段和措施。

(一)、学习借鉴太谷24字课堂教学模式。

“24字”是指：①导入明标②自学质疑③小组交流④展示点拨⑤训练拓展⑥小结反思。

利用学案导学进行教学。“学案”由学习目标、知识结构、认知方法和技能训练四个要素组成。教师设计学案时，首先根据课程标准，制定教学目标和学生活动内容，着力点放在“学习活动设计”上，它包括学习内容和学法指导，如观察、联想、对比、归纳、思考、讨论等;还要拟定培养学生何种思维方法，训练何种能力，指导何种解题方法等，要准确、具体，使静态的学习内容动态化。同时充分考虑学生的个性差异，认知水平的高低，通过启发性、趣味性等问题设计和学案的情景设计，使学生进入角色，激起兴趣，达到全体学生自主学习的目的。“导学”包含两个方面的内容。一是“导”，教师要立足于“主导”地位，即创设情境、明确任务;组织学习、适时点拨;合理评价、情感推动。二是“学”，其中包括扫除显性障碍和找出疑难问题，也包括对教学内容要点的梳理和重点目标的明确。应当注意的是，这里教师的“导”是为学生自学服务的，学生的“学”是在教师的指导下进行的，二者相互配合，相辅相成。

(二)、使学生明白学习目的。学生是学习的主体，老师不能代替学生读书，代替学生感知，代替学生观察、分析、思考，代替学生明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。 要学好英语，首先要使学生认识到学这一语言的目的和意义。因此我结合本地区学生的实际情况，通读和节选教材，围绕着最简单、最基本、最常用的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等进行教学，使学生对英语产生兴趣，形成学习动机。

(三)、努力建立融洽的师生关系。树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生，耐心细致地指导学生，沟通和学生的思想感情，使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师，循循善诱和激发学生学习的积极性，大胆求异创新;课后我却成为他们的好朋友，无话不谈，亮起心灵之光;生活上，我是他们的父母，关怀备至。

(四)积极创造语言情景。八年级英语这本教材充分吸收了国际上新的外语教学理念和实践经验，注重对学生综合语言能力的培养和训练，强调以学生为主体的有意义的语言实践活动，为教学营造了轻松愉快、积极向上的学习氛围。教材图文并茂，安排了大量生动有趣的活动内容，使英语学习变得容易而有趣。教材围绕着实用的话题，逐步开展教学内容和实践活动，符合中学生的年龄、心理特征和学习语言的规律。

一、爱岗敬业，乐于无私贡献。

我热爱自己的教学工作。走上工作岗位已经23个年头，在这平凡的23个春秋中，每当我走上讲台，望着一张张稚嫩的笑脸，浑身便焕发出一种无穷的力量，忘记了工作的辛苦，忘记了生活中的烦恼，因为我热爱这些活泼可爱的孩子们。课堂上，我精心讲解，解答学生一个个疑惑，课堂下，我耐心辅导每一个学生，学生的作业我认真批改，还时常写上几句鼓励的话语。我之所以这样做，是因为我感到作为一名教师的光荣，更认识到作为一名教师责任的重大。因此，在工作中，我精心准备每一节课，我在每次上课前都反复研究教材，我还不断了解学生的学习状况，经常询问学生那些地方是薄弱环节，需要重点讲解，我总是想方设法上好每一节课，力争教好每一个学生，决不放弃一个学生，争取使每一个学生在课堂上都能有所收获，有所提高。英语老师课时多，早读多，晚自习也多，早晨七点钟以前要赶到学校，晚自习后将近十点钟才能回家。当英语老师确实很辛苦，但是工作中，我兢兢业业，任劳任怨，不计个人得失，一切以大局为重，以学生的学习为重，从不挑肥拣瘦。

工作中，我力求使自己成为做一个富有爱心的教师。我认为爱自己的工作、爱自己的学生是一位教师最基本的素养，是教育的灵魂，是教师高尚的师德情感，是一位教师在事业上取得成功的法宝和前提。否则，他不可能成为一位优秀的教师，更不可能成为学生爱戴的老师。因此我经常从小处着手，从学生关心的小事中寻求最佳教育时机，给学生春风沐浴般的教育。在平时的工作中，我常常用真情温暖学生，处处以真情关爱学生，不仅仅关心成绩好的学生，更关心成绩相对比较落后的学生。对于成绩好的学生，我经常鼓励他们百尺竿头，更进一步;对于学习有困难的学生，我在课下耐心辅导，树立他们的信心，争取使他们也能跟上学习的步伐。

三、努力做一个学习型、科研型的新型教师要想做一名优秀的教师

必须是一名爱学习、肯钻研，并且是善于高教科研的教师。做一名学习型、科研型的新型教师一直是我追求的目标。也正是这一目标，激励着我在工作中不断学习、不断反思、不断研究。

就专业知识而言，我酷爱学习英语。英语一直是我喜爱的学科，每当我学习英语的时候，我会感到兴奋，感到余味无穷。我常常把我学习英语的感受告诉我的学生，鼓励他们热爱英语，激发他们对英语的学习兴趣。有时我还把我学习的内容，比如新闻、历史人物等拿到课堂上和我的学生一同欣赏，有时干脆用作教学的素材、练习的题目。通过不断的学习，我的专业知识不断提升，课堂教学也紧跟时代步伐。每每有外出学习的机会，我都争取参加，我曾多次到郑州、北京等地参加培训。每次学习，我都成绩优异，其中20xx年参加油田组织的由外教老师授课的暑期英语培训班，我以平均96分的优异成绩，夺得第一名。

一、教学工作

关于教育教学方面，我想从以下几方面谈一谈：

1、教研

这学期的英语教研不是很理想，没有语数教师讨论、研究的那么如火如荼，但是有特殊问题我们会拉出来进行讨论研究。印象最深的是在讨论“对于不同年龄阶段的学生如何进行单词教学”这一节，那一次的教研，对我之后的课堂教单词提供了很大的帮助。

三年级学生，我在教新单词之前会创设一个情境，引出这个词，然后设悬念，提起学生的兴趣，让学生自己主动提出想知道这个单词;另一个记忆方法就是音译法，我发现这个方法很适合小学生，其优点是鼓励学生动脑，发挥学生想象。所以教研活动在教学过程中还是占有很重的分量。能够让教师在上课之前做到心中有数。因此在接下来的一学期，希望在坐的每位老师能够真正投入到教研活动中去，尤其是我们的教研，多向语数老师学习。

2、备课

教师不能打无准备之仗。这句话从一开始我就深记心中，所以备好课的前提。在备课方面我的确学到了不少，从一开始的束手无策，无从下手到现在的备教材、备学生、备方法，我都能一一做到。英语在备课过程中不光是老师熟悉教材，更是要掌握好每个词的发音、重读与弱读，句子的升降调等，这些都是在备课过程中药解决的问题。小学生不涉及课堂上的延伸问题，但是我们英语老师的书中都标有一些相关联的词组、句子，这些也是课外的一种学习，因此，在备课过程中，对于我来说也是一种学习，增长知识的过程。

3、讲课

小学英语课堂没有语数课堂显得那么紧张，严肃，它的目的在于提高学生歇息英语的兴趣，让学生感到生活中有英语，英语中有生活，其实，英语教学有种随意性，意旨学生没有必要全记下教师上课所授的全部内容，只要求他们先暂时记住对自己有帮助，有实际意义的句子、话语。例如有一节是关于动物的一些词，这堂课的内容是学生们感兴趣的话题，所以课上的每个学生都很认真，富有激情，很有用心，因此那节课的效率很高。总之，英语课堂，也就是王校长所说的，老师尽量不要多讲，把课堂真正还给学生，让学生自主学习，同桌读，小组读，小组比赛等等，来激发学生的兴趣。另一个课堂上的重要环节——组织性教学，在这方面英语教师缺乏经验，没有很好的组织能力，这也是我这学期的遗憾，所以希望在下学期的英语课堂上力求做到活而不乱，并且多学习。

4、听评课

这一学期，英语组共进行了三次听评课，就教学效果而言，我觉得学生在课堂上学到的显然不仅仅是知识、方法、技能，更是生活、习惯、态度，特别是最后一环节学生动手制作书签赠送给朋友，此刻课堂显得温馨，和谐又感人。之后我们英语组在交流过程中，大家都有同感。我们深知自己教学能力的不足，应该多学习如何组织课堂，如何和学生沟通，如何营造轻松学习的氛围。那次听课让我感触很深，每位教师都有自己独特的讲课方式，比如，李丽老师习惯多鼓励，多表扬学生，时刻让学生保持上进心，给予他们肯定，这点在我的课上就明显缺少，所以我觉得像我一样没有经验的老师要不断学习，不断创新，学习别人的优亮点。

二、学期感受
