第四大点：教师素养方面。

1.教师口语流利，发音标准，语言基本功扎实，可见教师对教材吃的很透彻，备课充分;

2.教师教态自然，有时配合手势，有亲和力，教师指令明确、到位，善于启发学生，因人而异，因材施教;

3.教学亮点:教师的教学机智，特别是善于抓住细节，处处体现二期课改目标，以学生为本，与学生“零”距离，如开始有一学生答不出，教师并未放弃，后经过反复启发诱导，学生答出landscape一词;再如一学生说的英语谚语“hewhodoesn’treachthegreatwallisnotatrueman.”极好，但很多学生并没在意，教师故意装作没听清楚，却故意让学生再复述一遍，还有一学生答出rainbow一词，教师立刻表扬“imaginative”等等，所有这些，都给学生以极大的鼓励和信心，这正是该教师最成功之处，非常值得广大一线教师学习。所以说教师的理念十分重要，因为它决定了教学行为。

这学期我担任一年级二班的英语教学。经学校研究决定一年级的第一学期学习英语的课程。这些孩子都很伶俐，学习的热情很高，都能很自觉的回家背诵诗歌，拼读字母，单词和句子，而且上课积极讲话。这些让我感到很欣慰，我的付出收到了回报。同时在教学中我也收到了良多贵重的经验。陈雷英语的特点就是做。运用学生学习母语的体例有针对的教授学生，陈雷英语利用形体教学使教学内容活而不乱，学生喜学乐学，畅游在英语的海洋里。更能轻易的记忆所学知识，轻松的上好每一堂课。

以下是我在本学期的教学环境。

一年级的学生年龄小，在教学上有一定的难度，我也曾不知所措过。可是经过我的仔细观察,他们比较活跃，上课积极，喜好教员的小小的激励,一点小小的表扬.连系这一特点,对他们增加一些表扬,讲堂秩序变的有条不紊.一年二班奸刁的学生较多，学习欠积极，讲堂规律相对较差。起头时也没有注意到,所以教学结果不是很理想。由此可知，领会及分析学生现实环境，脚踏实地，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对讲课结果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一点在我一学期的工作中有深深的体味.

教学中，备课是一个必不可少又十分重要的环节，陈雷英语也不例外，备课不充分或者备得欠好，会直接影响教学结果,“备课备欠好，倒不如不上课，”这句话很有事理，备课是很是重要的.因此，对备课我从来都是认认真真一丝不苟.事实证明这些都是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和教员都获益匪浅.到坚苦和沉闷。抓住教学的重点，难点，有针对性地讲,针对不同条理的学生有目标的讲。陈雷英语形体教学活跃形象，不沉闷，教学的过程配备大量教具，讲课的过程就会胸有成竹,游刃有余了。若是没有认真备课，讲堂气氛就会变的沉闷，教学结果欠好，与此相比可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。

充分备课能调动学生的积极性，达到良好的教学结果,学生在讲堂上的一举一动都直接影响讲堂教学。故而,上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这也不是一件很轻松的事,我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在讲堂上无心向学，违反规律时，我的情感就受到影响，并且把这带到教学中，让原本正常的讲课受到影响，发挥不到应有的水平，以致影响教学结果。在以后的教学中必须努力降服，研究方法，采取有利方法解决当中坚苦。

英语是一门语言.语言是说出来的.陈雷英语也不例外,所以除了讲堂教学的诗歌.字母以外，还要肄业生每天在家认真的看光盘达到复习和预习的目标,更好的巩固所学的知识,要求他们认真的完成每天留的功课.一方面复习当天的内容,另一方面,家长对学校教学不领会,不知道自己的孩子在学校的具体表现,功课是他们检测学生学习的一个有利路子.因此,对于学生的功课检查我从来都不敢怠慢.

本学期，我担任八（3）、八（4）两班的教学，根据本学期教学工作计划安排及学生的实际，目前教学工作已结束，现就本学期教学工作总结如下：

一、学生的基本状况：

上学期经调查，两个班大部分学生，基础非常差，有一半的学生连26个字母都写不齐，并且拼写不规范，学习不主动，对英语的兴趣不浓。两班共约有1/3的学生学习态度较认真，对英语较感兴趣，但是他们基础较弱，听写能力有待加强。本学期新生中，英语基础跟原来老生差不多，没有英语方面特别优秀的（均已通过口试调查），对英语学习兴趣不浓，学习态度被动。

二、采取的措施：

1、认真学习体现以素质教育为目标的新课程理念及学校工作计划，认真研究教材，和同年级老师共同制定了本学期教学工作计划，加强落实、反馈、总结计划的执行情况。

2、教学过程中，注意抓常规教学，以学生为主体，面向全体学生组织教学，注意培养学生的听说读写的能力，充分利用早读时间，要求学生大声朗读课文.

3、抓词汇和句型学习，经常进行听写训练，提高学生对记忆单词和句型的能力；另外从开学初就开始初狠抓英语课文背诵，并利用李阳老师的教学理念“用零碎时间攻克英语”制定了利用课前读英语、背英语的计划并狠抓落实。

4、课堂内外多听多说英语。老师上课时尽量用英语讲课，这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和课堂用语进行不同的形式进行对话。也可以结合实物、图片等用英语进行简单的描术，培养学生的语感 。

5、抓小测验、单元测试过关，并注重复习。

三、教学方面的经验、存在问题及今后的做法：

1、教的方面:

深入了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教学，由于对每单元的单词和词组进行了多次强化训练，所以词汇的得分率比以前高；因加强了书面表达的英语背诵，所以英语作文得分率有了长足的提高。另外因狠抓落实“学习法”，使学生学习习惯得到进一步改善，我班英语成绩有了较大的突破，平均分、合格率、优秀率均稳中有升。虽然我们也进行了英语阅读训练，但学生阅读能力的提高不大。单选、完成句子的得分率还过得去，但综合知识未来得及操练其他项目得分率就较低。今后，应该加强完型填空、阅读理解和综合填空的训练。

2、学的方面

一要培养学生对英语学习有兴趣，二要培养学生的责任心从小事从感恩开始，并且要用班规来落实，坚持常年不断地、自觉得、随时随地接触英语、运用英语知识，英语成绩就会不断提高。经过一学期努力，大部分学生都觉得英语有进步，以前不要说是背，读都读不顺，而现在还能背些英语文章了。

如果只是为了应付考试，临时抱佛脚地补习，即使可以应付一时，但掌握的知识都是不牢固的。新旧知识就会顾此失彼。

总之，一学期的教学工作自己付出了很多，收到的回报也不少：领导的信任，使我精力充沛；同事的帮助，使我干劲十足；学生的渴求，使我信心倍增。我会努力填补自己在教学中的不足，不断改进教学方法。积极开发和有效利用课程资源，更好的为英语教学服务，力争在今后的英语教学工作中取得更好的成绩。我相信有耕耘总会有收获。

一、 学生成绩及基本情况

本学期我继续担任七年级一个班级的英语教学工作。初中的英语教学工作非常重要，是整个初中阶段的起始一年，我纵然费了九牛二虎之力，可结果并不令人满意。期末考下来的结果，虽然我的成绩是统计如下：参加考试人数为46人，70分以上的2人，60-70分间的有4人，50-60分间的有7人40-65分间的有_人，40-50分间的有11人，其余在40分以下，最低分15分有两人。有点进步，但很不理想，我希望通过反思和总结本学期的教育教学工作，汲取经验，扬长避短，以期待在教学这方净土中再进行创造性劳动，描绘新课程绚丽多彩的“教学景观”。

二、搞好教学是我的工作态度

我热爱自己的事业，从不因为个人的私事耽误工作的时间。并积极运用有效的工作时间做好自己份内的工作。在教育工作中，我积极参加教研组的教研活动和学校组织的例会，积极参加班主任会议，积极参加工会活动、升旗仪式，严格遵守了学校的各项规章制度。

三、教学与教育是我的工作重心

从进入七年级上学期起，就非常关注“两头”的学生平时的作业和测验情况，分析他们的知识漏洞及缺陷，及时找他们进行补差补缺，

多关心、鼓励后进生。从课堂、作业、测验或其他方面注意他们的学习状况和学习态度，鼓励他们树立起信心，努力克服困难，从不抛弃他们。在整个学习过程中，虽然学生是主体，但他们很需要得到学校老师与家长的理解、支持和鼓励。因此，我们要密切关注每位学生的学习状态，多与学生谈心，了解他们的所需、所想。当他们取得进步时，我们要在公开场合大力表扬;当他们退步时，我们要找个别来谈心，找出原因，指导他们解决。建立竞争机制，每次测验、考试后，都有意识地激发学生上进的热情。老师在每次测验、考试前给每位学生都定出一个目标(即要达到的具体分数)，鼓励他们向目标努力迈进，对于达到目标者，老师给予适当的奖励，努力使他们目标向前，斗志昂扬。

四、我的工作动力是成绩与不足

教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。课上注重调动学生的学习积极性，激发他们自己去寻找问题，解决问题的兴趣，同时也培养了他们良好的学习技能。另外，每次课后我都认真反思，本堂课还有哪些地方有待提高，改善。课后的作业我也都能做到认真批改，必要的时候进行面批。每天针对学生作业中出现差错较大的地方进行讲解，做到及时发现问题，及时

解决。其次，我坚持每周至少听一次课，多向其他老师学习，以快速提高自身的教学基本功。

当然我还有许多需要改进太高之处，如：我的课堂语言还不够丰富，导致课堂气氛太过平淡。后进生学习积极性不高，对于学习基本处于被动局面等等。我准备采取以下措施：

1.多与学生沟通。经验不足，教学技巧性不强，难免会有学生听不懂，多些主动和学生进行沟通，了解学生掌握知识的情况非常重要，这样有利于针对性的对学生进行教育，无论备课多认真仔细也很难适应不同班级的情况，只有沟通、了解，才能更好地解决各个班级的不同问题。另外，有些学生基础较好，加强师生间的沟通就能更好地引导这些学生更好地学习。

2.注重组织教学，严格要求学生。大部分学生的学习基础较差，所谓“冰冻三尺，非一日之寒”。这些学生已经形成了厌学的习惯，顶多是完成老师布置的作业就算了，有些甚至是抄袭的，对于容易掌握的内容他们也不敢沾染，所以必须严格要求他们。由于学生缺乏学习自觉性，所以上课时间是他们学习的主要时间，教师应善于组织、调动学生进行学习，更充分地利用好上课时间。

3.运用多种技巧教学，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。利用学生热情好奇的这一特点，从日常生活中的口语出发，尝试用英语与学生对话，

或用趣事吸引学生注意力，引发他们的兴趣，使学生对本课程产生兴趣。并且，在教学中要运用多种教学手段，注意听力与口语的训练。

4.平时利用休息时间，多学习，多给自己充电，提高自身素质才能不断丰富课堂，从而吸引学生学习的兴趣。虽然初三是为中考而准备的，但是长时间的疲劳战会让学生厌倦，过早对学习时区兴趣。因此，使当地在课堂补充一些相关知识，可以让学生学得更有动力。教育工作，是一项常做常新、永无止境的工作。社会在发展，时代在前进，学生的特点和问题也在发生着不断的变化。作为有责任感的教育工作者，必须以高度的敏感性和自觉性，及时发现、研究和解决学生教育和管理工作中的新情况、新问题，掌握其特点、发现其规律，尽职尽责地做好工作。在后面的教学工作中我和学生一起不断努力，不断进步!

五、改进的措施及其方法

1、 极力激励学生对英语学习兴趣。 2、重视课堂教学质量，进一步提高学生英语的素质。 3、强化学生听力、表述、朗读和作业的基本能力。4、重视思维过程训练，由浅入深，由易到难，由已知到未知，循序渐进，点面结合，逐步扩展，循环再现，用以加深影响。 5、面对具体实际，因材施教，应时而教，搞好分层教学，注意分类教学的实际意义。

6、对学生的训练及时，使他们能起到立杆见效的作用。

7、培养学生对知识的反思及反馈能力，使他们能自觉回顾知识。

8、多进行个别体验，随时监测每位学生的学习程度。
