教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。最初接触教学的时候，我还不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性，只是专心研究书本，教材，想方设法令课堂生动，学生易接受。但一开始我就碰了钉子。在讲授第一课的时候，我按照自己的教学设计，上了一堂自认为明白易懂而又不死板的课，认为教学效果如期理想，怎知小测出来才知道不如人意。后来听同学们反应，才知道我讲的口语大部分同学听不懂，而教学的部分内容同学们以前从来未接触过。从而可知，我在上课前根本没有了解清楚学生的实际情况：

一方面，农村的学生英语听，说的能力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，同学们还不能适应。另一方面，四班的同学比较活跃，上课气氛积极，但中等生占较大多数，尖子生相对较少。因此，讲得太深，没有照顾到整体，而六班的同学比较沉静，学习欠积极性，虽然优良生比例大，但中下层面而也广，我备课时也没有注意到这点，因此教学效果不如理想。从此可以看出，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。

教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。

一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。例如我在教授Unit 3 . Lesson 9 的时候，这课的主题是“如何询问和回答时间”，教学难度比较大。如果照本宣科地讲授，学生会感到困难和沉闷。为了上好这堂课，我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。为了令教学生动，不沉闷，我还为此准备了大量的教具，授课时就胸有成竹了。当讲到“half”的时候，我拿出准备好的圆卡纸，把它剪成一半，告诉学生这是圆的一半，也就是half。讲到”quarter”时，又把半圆剪成一半，那么剩下来的就是圆的四分之一，也就是”quarter”了。这样学生就形象地明白了这两个单词。而讲到如何表达时间时，我用了一个用红卡纸做的大钟，同学们一开始就被它吸引住了，显得颇有积极性。用实物让学生练习”What’s the time? It’s……”的句型，学生特别用功，教学效果十分理想。相反，我没有认真备课的时候，课堂气氛沉闷，教学效果不好，与此相比可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。

备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。回看自己的授课，我感到有点愧疚，因为有时我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在课堂上无心向学，违反纪律时，我的情绪就受到影响，并且把这带到教学中，让原本正常的讲课受到冲击，发挥不到应有的水平，以致影响教学效果。我以后必须努力克服，研究方法，采取有利方法解决当中困难。

英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不原学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是帮助班上的同学改英文名，尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，近来更帮部分同学交上了”penfriend in America”，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学习英语。因为只有英语水平提高，他们才能达到交异国笔友的目的，同时也可以提高同学们的英语写作能力，对成绩优秀的同学很有好处。

因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学习中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。因此，绝对不能忽视。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。例如在四班，我把这批同学分为三个组。第一组是有能力提高，但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取集体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水平; 第二组是肯学，但由于能力不强的同学。对这部分同学要适当引导，耐心教导，慢慢提高他们的成绩，不能操之过急，且要多鼓励。只要他们肯努力，成绩有望搞提高;第三组是纪律松散，学习不认真，基础又不好的同学。对这部分人要进行课余时间个别辅导。因为这部分同学需要一个安静而又不受干扰的环境，才会立下心来学习。只要坚持辅导，这些同学基础重新建立起来，以后授课的效果就会更好。

英语是语言。困此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持下班了解早读情况，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，提高他们的能力。

期中考和期末考是考察每位同学在本学期的学习成果，因此应该予以重视。考试前进行有系统的复习，考试后进行学科总结。从中段考试可以看出两个班的平均水平相当，八班的差生面相对较大。所以在中段考后的时间里，我把力量主要集中在两班的差生辅导上，特别是八班，以缩短差距。另外，还发现学生的综合能力不够强，所以以后的教学中要加强这方面的训练。让学生轻松学，容易掌握。而期考结果证明，适当辅导差生对班的整体发展有很大帮助。

一、 指导思想

以校领导对英语工作的要求为指导，以“抓常规、创氛围、辅学困、搭舞台、抓速成”的方针为主线，以全面提高英语教育教学质量为目标。突出两个侧重，即侧重隐性效应，即苦练内功，转差培优。进一步创设我校的英语特色教育，在全校创造浓厚的英语氛围，使英语教学工作不断推向深入，为我校英语成绩的提档升级而努力奋斗!

二、教学目标

1. 总体目标：激发学生学习英语的兴趣，树立自信心。在整个教学过程中，让学生有丰富的生活常识、多文化背景的积累，并形成正确人生观、价值观，有积极的情感态度和跨文化的交际能力。同时培养自主学习能力，积累学习方法。

2. 具体目标：结合学生英语基础较差的实际，在教学刚开始的阶段，注意和初一知识的衔接，例如复习积累基础词汇、词语搭配、句型，熟悉不同单元呈现的语法规则，掌握实际用法。希望第一学期后，学生能培养学习的兴趣，养成较好的学习习惯，对基础知识有一定的掌握。

一、学生基本情况

本班共有46人，他们聪明活泼、勤奋好学，但仍有少数学生对英语缺乏兴趣，虽然在七年级时有意识地培养他们的兴趣，取得了考试上的一些成绩，但综合学习能力，尤其是自主学习能力不是很高。

二、教材分析

我们使用的是《仁爱版英语》，由北京市仁爱教育研究出版社于20xx年3月依据《英语课程标准》在教育部成功立项，依据《英语课程标准》编写，它起点低，循序渐进，方便初学者培养英语学习兴趣，从而很快进入英语学习的状态。三年六册学完后，均可达到《英语课程标准》之要求——五级水平，可以与任何版本的高中课程英语教材衔接使用。

三、教材特点

1、注重学生语言运用能力的培养，突出语言的实践性和交际性，同时也突出语言的真实性和实用性。如：阅读内容题材新颖，语言鲜活，能够激发学生浓厚的学习兴趣。通过阅读训练，提高学生的英语理解能力和语言运用能力。培养学生根据不同的阅读任务，运用适宜的阅读策略获取信息的本领。

2、注重注重教材的灵活性和可操作性。图文并茂，轻松活泼地呈现教学内容，把语言学习和实际生活结合起来，增强学生的听说能力。形式多样的写作练习，既能培养学生的想象力，又能提高学生的写作技巧。在培养学生听说读写语言技能的基础上，开展综合探究活动进一步拓展学生的语言知识，提高学生的语言技能。

3、为学生提供良好的英语学习环境，帮助学生拓展自我发展的空间。了解英语交际中常用的体态语，鼓励学生借助手势、表情等非语言手段来提高交际效果，从而培养学生的文化意识和跨文化交际的能力。

4、注重中外文化的双向交流，为满足不同层次的学生的需求，使学生通过学习，自学能力和学习策略得到培养，为学生的进一步学习或终身学习奠定基础培养未来跨文化交际所需要的能力。

5、注重融合学科内容，加强学科之间的整合和渗透，让学生通过英语学习来获得其他学科的知识。结合贴进生活的图片学习目标语言，使学生能在现实中的不同场合运用所学到的评议知识。

四、教学重难点突破

本册教材内容的重点是语法归类，如：现在完成时、直接引语和间接引语、被动语态等，难点也是语法和基本句型，这些重难点都应通过在语言材料的学习中及时强化和总结，呈现图文并茂的教学内容，把语言学习和实际生活结合起来，增强学生的听说能力;并通过开展各种任务性活动，巩固所学的知识。鼓励学生通过思考、体验、参与、合作等方式来学习，增强学生独立思考的良好习惯以及口语表达和合作学习的能力。

利用教材形式多样的写作练习，既能培养学生的想象力，又能提高学生的写作技巧。并及时总结语法和日常用语，巩固所学语言知识;同时注重学生学习兴趣的培养，以不同方式最大限度的激发学生的学习动机。使学生对语言功能的认识，由感情上升到理性。在培养学生听说读写语言技能的基础上，开展综合探究活动进一步拓展学生的语言知识，提高学生的语言技能。以达到巩固、掌握和运用的目的，最终形成语言技能。

五、教学方法与措施

1.认真备课，钻研教材;认真“备”学生;抓紧课堂教学，根据教材的“以康康等四个小主人公相识、相知、成长、学习、生活的故事情节为主线贯穿教材始终，生活气息浓厚。每个模块由单元——话题——功能——任务构成。”特点，落实好每一个语言知识点，做到当堂内容当堂掌握。

2.运用各种不同的肢体语言来辅助教学，师生多用英语交流，有目的地进行口语交际训练。。

3.在课堂上多开展一些有趣的活动、游戏让学生在活动中学习英语，在生活中学习英语。

4.多为学生营造一些学习氛围，在“学中用，用中学”，如：创设英语角等等。

5.要求学生在课余时间尽量的运用已经学习的英语进行对话。

.6、多看英语画报，多读英语故事，多看英语书籍。

本学期，本人任教初二年级两个班的英语教学工作。这两个班学生英语基础很差，学生整体惰性很强，自觉性很差.给教学带来很大的难度。作为一向从事中学英语教学的我，虽了解到了一些教学教法，但在实际的教育教学中，我深深感觉到教中学英语之难之累，真是“苦在其身，乐在其心”!为使今后的教学工作取得更大进步，现对本学期的教学工作作一总结。

一、学习课标，明确教学目标。

为了使我的英语教学适》进行了研读，了解了目前英语课程改革的目的、掌握了目前英语改革的重点、明确了英语课程各级的总目标和各资料的分级目标、理解了英语教学原则、学会了一些科学评价原则等，从而为后面的教学带给了充分的依据、奠定了的扎实的基础、保证了教学的顺利进行。

二、扎实备课，理清教学思路。

备课是课堂教学的重要环节，我在备课时做到了以下几点:

1、课前备课，做到“有备而来”。我认真阅读各种教科参书，既备教材、教法，又备学生。结合学生的实际和教材的资料，既要思考知识的纵向联系，又要思考新知的横向衔接;既要突出重点，又要突破难点;既要体现出完整的教学过程，又要注意好各环节的过渡自然。并制作了各种搞笑的教具，如:单词卡片等教具为课堂教学做好准备。

2、课中备课，灵活安排简单易操作的游戏活动。我透过游戏引入新课教学时，为了不打消学生的用心性，我在实施教学的时候，总是尽量设计一些简单易操作的游戏及活动，将教学资料层层铺开，把枯燥乏味的课堂变为生动搞笑“快乐堡”，让他们在快乐中学习，在玩中获得新知，透过反复的趣味操练(如:唱、演、玩、画、涂色、做手工等形式)来巩固所学新知。充分调动了学生们的情感态度和兴趣，学生的用心性得到了充分发挥，教学效果良好。

3、课后备课，总结教学经验。每上完一单元，我都及时对该单元作出总结和反思，探讨该单元的不足之处，为以后的教学工作打下基础。

三、认真上课，体现以人为本。

《英语课程标准》提出“让学生在教师的指导下，透过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功。”这便要求，英语课的教学要以学生为主，培养他们学习英语的兴趣，提高他们对词汇、句型的听说认读和语言实际运用的潜力，老师上课时尽量用英语讲课，这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用必须的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和课堂用语进行不同的形式进行对话。也能够结合实物、图片等用英语进行简单的描述，培养学生的语感;

为此，我在实际的课堂教学中做了以下几点:

1、巧设导入，培养兴趣。每节的教学我首先透过做游戏、唱英语歌来激发学生的学习兴趣，让学生融洽在学习英语的氛围内。

2、图文结合，掌握新知。根据教材“图文并茂”的特点，充分运用单词卡片、实物教具、简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生，使学生带着明确的任务目标，并借助图片、动作、表情等手段掌握其义，让他们用心主动参与学习获取新知过程，培养他们学习英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时，我不厌其烦，耐心教导学生认读，力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用，培养他们认读的潜力。在学习新知的同时，还适时对他们进行思想教育。

3、巩固新知。在完成了每节课的新授任务后，为了尊重学生的个体差异，营造宽松的学习情境.只要学生对英语学习有兴趣，坚持常年不断地、自觉地、随时随地接触英语、运用英语知识，英语成绩就会不断提高。

如果只是为了应付考试，临时抱佛脚地补习，即使能够应付一时，但掌握的知识都是不牢固的。新旧知识就会顾此失彼。

在今后的教学中，注重个别辅导，在面向全体学生的基础上培优补差。不断学习，加强自身素质和业务潜力的提高。
