一、学生的基本状况：

深入了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教学，由于对每单元的单词和词组进行了多次强化训练，所以词汇的得分率比以前高。另外因狠抓落实“学习法”，使学生学习习惯得到进一步改善，我班英语成绩有了较大的突破，平均分、合格率、优秀率均稳中有升。虽然我们也进行了英语阅读训练，但学生阅读能力的提高不大。单选、完成句子的得分率还过得去，但综合知识未来得及操练其他项目得分率就较低。今后，应该加强完型填空、阅读理解和综合填空的训练。

2、学的方面：

一要培养学生对英语学习有兴趣，二要培养学生的责任心，从小事从感恩开始，并且要用班规来落实，坚持常年不断地、自觉得、随时随地接触英语、运用英语知识，英语成绩就会不断提高。经过一学期努力，大部分学生都觉得英语有进步，以前不要说是背，读都读不顺，而现在有些学生还能背些英语对话了。

本学期，我担任八（3）、八（4）两班的教学，根据本学期教学工作计划安排及学生的实际，目前教学工作已结束，现就本学期教学工作总结如下：

一、学生的基本状况：

上学期经调查，两个班大部分学生，基础非常差，有一半的学生连26个字母都写不齐，并且拼写不规范，学习不主动，对英语的兴趣不浓。两班共约有1/3的学生学习态度较认真，对英语较感兴趣，但是他们基础较弱，听写能力有待加强。本学期新生中，英语基础跟原来老生差不多，没有英语方面特别优秀的（均已通过口试调查），对英语学习兴趣不浓，学习态度被动。

二、采取的措施：

1、认真学习体现以素质教育为目标的新课程理念及学校工作计划，认真研究教材，和同年级老师共同制定了本学期教学工作计划，加强落实、反馈、总结计划的执行情况。

2、教学过程中，注意抓常规教学，以学生为主体，面向全体学生组织教学，注意培养学生的听说读写的能力，充分利用早读时间，要求学生大声朗读课文.

3、抓词汇和句型学习，经常进行听写训练，提高学生对记忆单词和句型的能力；另外从开学初就开始初狠抓英语课文背诵，并利用李阳老师的教学理念“用零碎时间攻克英语”制定了利用课前读英语、背英语的计划并狠抓落实。

4、课堂内外多听多说英语。老师上课时尽量用英语讲课，这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和课堂用语进行不同的形式进行对话。也可以结合实物、图片等用英语进行简单的描术，培养学生的语感 。

5、抓小测验、单元测试过关，并注重复习。

三、教学方面的经验、存在问题及今后的做法：

1、教的方面:

深入了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教学，由于对每单元的单词和词组进行了多次强化训练，所以词汇的得分率比以前高；因加强了书面表达的英语背诵，所以英语作文得分率有了长足的提高。另外因狠抓落实“学习法”，使学生学习习惯得到进一步改善，我班英语成绩有了较大的突破，平均分、合格率、优秀率均稳中有升。虽然我们也进行了英语阅读训练，但学生阅读能力的提高不大。单选、完成句子的得分率还过得去，但综合知识未来得及操练其他项目得分率就较低。今后，应该加强完型填空、阅读理解和综合填空的训练。

2、学的方面

一要培养学生对英语学习有兴趣，二要培养学生的责任心从小事从感恩开始，并且要用班规来落实，坚持常年不断地、自觉得、随时随地接触英语、运用英语知识，英语成绩就会不断提高。经过一学期努力，大部分学生都觉得英语有进步，以前不要说是背，读都读不顺，而现在还能背些英语文章了。

如果只是为了应付考试，临时抱佛脚地补习，即使可以应付一时，但掌握的知识都是不牢固的。新旧知识就会顾此失彼。

总之，一学期的教学工作自己付出了很多，收到的回报也不少：领导的信任，使我精力充沛；同事的帮助，使我干劲十足；学生的渴求，使我信心倍增。我会努力填补自己在教学中的不足，不断改进教学方法。积极开发和有效利用课程资源，更好的为英语教学服务，力争在今后的英语教学工作中取得更好的成绩。我相信有耕耘总会有收获。

认真学习学科教学大纲和全册教材。明确教学任务和教材体系，把握重点单元和章节，在此基础上制订全学期授课计划。掌握教材的教育因素和知识点，根据教材和学生的实际，确定重点难点，明确德育渗透，双基训练、智能培养等各项教学目标，精心设计教学程序，选定最佳教学方法。端正教育思想，全面贯彻教育方针，努力探索教学规律，遵循教学原则，积极推进素质教育.

二,目的要求

1、根据学生的生理和心理特点以及英语学习的规律，采用有效的教学手段和教学方法。要利有学生已学的英语知识和形象的授课方法介绍新的语言材料，创设生动活泼的语境，让学生运用所学语言开展活动。在教学中要注意发挥学生的主动性和创造性。2、注意培养学生良好的学习习惯(包括预、复习习惯，书写、朗读习惯，操练习惯，提问习惯及语言行为习惯)，以保证课堂大容量、高密度、快节奏训练的展开。同时还要注重培养学生的自学能力，指导他们使用工具书，查找索引等。3、从学生实际出发，充分发挥学生的主体作用，加强对学生的学法指导。激发学习动力，改进学习方法。要面向全体学生，因材施教，发挥不同学生的特长，耐心帮助学习上有困难的学生。

4、充分利用直观教具和现代化的教学手段，设计教学情景，采用启发式，废止注入式，贯彻精讲多练，以练为主的原则，抓好基础训练，注重培养学生直接用英语表达思想的能力，扩大课堂容量，提高课堂效率。5、语音语调准确、流畅、表述清楚。板书有计划，书定规范，字迹清楚，条理清晰，重点突出，简明扼要，有助于内容的深化和知识的记忆。在教学中既要善于吸取他人经验，又要发挥自己的特长和优势，逐步形成自己的教学风格和能力的培养。

认真钻研教材，掌握每单元的教学目的和要求，正确地把握教材的重点和难点，根据的学生年龄特点及班级的实际情况，精心设计教学程序，选择适当的教学方法，写出各单元中的每课教案。

三，班级学生基本情况分析

112班有60人,113班有52人。通过一学期的学习，学生们基本明确了英语学习是怎么回事，英语学习的各个方面都慢慢走上正规，从英语的书写、单词记忆、会话、听力、和语法都有了初步的了解，有些同学越学越有兴趣，积极性很高，

随着时间的推移，课程内容增多，难度加大，就会有一些学生把这门课当成负担，部分学生厌学。有两极分化的趋势，本期要采取有效的教学措施，加强优差生的辅导，全面提高教学质量。

四、提高教学质量的具体措施

英语这门课对刚跨入中学的学生来说，是新鲜而神秘的。一开始，学生往往是带着好奇的心情来学这门课的，也有些学生是带着好玩的想法来学的。总之，相当一部分学生学习英语的目的性不明确，对它的重要性认识不足，只处于肤浅的了解，缺乏正确的强有力的学习动机。

要重视讲解为什么要学英语的问题。在以后的讲课中，同样处处进行为祖国建设，为未来的工作进行英语学习的目的教育。通过课内外的多种形式引导和灵活多样的思想教育，使学生初步认识到了这门课程的重要性，懂得了它与祖国现代化建设的关系，明白了祖国建设对他们提出的要求，懂得了世界发展对他们提出的挑战。这样，从初一开始学生就基本有了比较明确的学习目的，从而为以后的学习奠定了良好的基础。

在教学活动中，我把各种各样的实物、自制的教具、挂图、简笔画、人物、情景和实地表演等结合起来，身体力行，与他们交朋友，一起游戏、一起听说，使他们在有趣而轻松的气氛中感到学习英语并不是件苦差事，这样潜移默化，使得课堂气氛非常活跃，学习的积极性很高，兴趣也随之越加浓烈。随着学生学习英语兴趣的增加，教学效果也有了较明显的好转。平时少言寡语的学生也产生了浓厚的兴趣，主动参与进来一块做学习英语的游戏了。这就为大面积提高英语教学质量奠定了可靠的基础。

根据不同学生的不同要求，教他们一些便于记忆、巩固的方法。如音标记忆法、归纳记忆法、情景记忆法、构词记忆法、日常生活记忆法等等，这给有些有畏难情绪的同学提供了继续迈步的动力，使一些决定放弃英语学习的同学也想回头再试试看。

注意培养学生说、写能力，我采用了多种培养表达能力的方法。例如要求学生进行课前两分钟会话值日、或讲故事、或谈家庭、谈父母兄妹、谈同学等活动，调动了学生的积极性，锻炼了学生的口语会话能力，提高了学生的口语表达能力。除此之外，在一些课堂上让几组学生上台表演短剧或表演游戏。

五、课时安排

本期共14单元，一单元四课。每课为一课时，每单元最后一课安排两到三课时做复习。适当安排单元测试。
