本学期本着防止两级分化,提高课堂教学效率为目标,计划从以下几个方面做起。

一、由于词汇是英语学习的基础,为了让词汇过关,必须从音标开始,需继续深化音标教学、结合本册教材的词汇量适中的特点,首先,让学生自拼、自读单词,依照学科组单词记忆的方式来识记单词。让学生根据音标;自己拼读-----组内互教互学-----学生示范----自己练习-----录音正音----书写记忆的规律,将单词学习落到实处,任课教师把好关。作法,要求每个小组必须培养出2-3名拼读能手,教师授予其称号,并给小组加分。达到相互交流,督促的目的。教师检查组内的单词拼读时要检查组内的弱者,给小组加减分,以促进组内合作。其次,强化单词的记忆。

1.为了让学生小步子、快反馈,每天课上听写10-15个单词,并检查结果。

2.印发话题单词的篇子,以测试形式出现、达到反复记忆的目的。

4.用单词造句,以训练学生的词汇运用能力。以上这些必须在任课教师操作过程中加大检查力度,尤其是对尖子、英语边缘生以及英语有缺陷的学生,教师更要给予关注。

二、以朗读为突破口,提高学生语言综合运用能力。

1、以读促思:通过大量的自读训练,培养学生用正确的语音语调说英语的能力、培养学生的语感、促进用英语思维的习惯、培养学生理解课文、对话的能力。作法:对学案中的自主探究一项,多出一些自读课文、回答问题、判断正误、找重点句、主题句、以及翻译句子的练习题。促进对课文的深层理解、达到以读促思的目的。

2、以读促说:本学期重点抓学生自读、小组内朗读,提高学生个体的朗读素质,减少齐读,避免个别人滥竽充数的现象。每个组必须培养出2个或2个以上读得流利、语音语调规范的学生、称得上朗读标兵。经验收合格、授予称号,并给各小组加分(此项由任课教师自己操作)目的是调动学生读的积极性、有利于理解课文大意、提高学生根据课文回答问题的能力、调动他们开口说英语。达到以读促说的目的。

3、以读促写,继承复述课文的优秀作法的同时,还要加强边读边理解的做法,边读边记忆的能力培养,把文中的有些重点句子及段落用自己的话表述出来。然后形成话题作文、培养学生写作能力、每个话题要改编两篇作文。

三、为了培养学生的阅读能力,计划本学期每人每周必读3篇短文、每篇短文由每个组轮流讲解,代表小组成绩,材料由备课组提供。

四、见于今年考试成绩与兄弟学校相比较,还有一定的距离。必须想办法缓解这一现状,采取以下措施:

1、狠抓词汇过关,每节课听写10-15个单词为宜。采取小循环、快反馈的方式、每完成一话题,要对单词进行测试,对不认真或不配合的学生,教师必须有惩罚措施,而且要严格把关,一查到底。利用小组合作学习的方法,采用生帮生、生练生、生带生的办法,尽量让大多数学生过关。

2、抓周测,每周必须进行一次测试、背课组统一考试题,任课教师自行安排时间。及时批改、反馈、对于学生没掌握好的可以补考来强化记忆、提高学生的做题质量和做题能力、尤其是阅读能力的培养更有待于提高。

3、重视集体备课,发挥本学科备课组的群体力量,认真修改导学案,备课重点放在研究学生学习方式学习习惯和自学能力的培养上,注重课堂的实效性。

一、 教材分析

(1) 教材结构:本册书共四个单元,每个单元包括三个话题,而每个话题又由四个部分组成。

(2) 从语法层面上来看,课本重难点为:一般将来时,过去进行时,情态动词,形容词的比较级等内容。

(3) 从听说读写层面来讲:课本侧重于对话练习,目的让学生学着用英语介绍自己的所见所闻。单词和短语的听说读写也是重点。

二、 学情分析

教学对象为八年级五、六班学生,学生的英语基础各不相同,有的同学基础知识掌握的很牢固,接受新知识能力比较强,而有的基础知识掌握不牢固,势必会影响后面的学习,需要边学习新知边补习旧知识。不一样的学生在教学过程中要对其作出不同的要求。使程度好的同学能力得到施展,又要让基础差的同学渐渐跟进。

三、提高教学质量

我将采取以下几点具体措施:

1. 课前预习

给学生布置具体的预习任务,让学生课前就了解本节所要学习的新知识并标示出来,这样上课时就更容易把握重难点。上课前我在班内检查预习成果,并明确奖惩措施,这样一来预习就不再是空口喊出的噱头,而成了有利于课堂顺利进行的有力保障。以后值得继续沿用。

2. 课堂环节

主要是指师生的课堂互动和学生间的小组合作。在课前做好准备工作,设置出能调动学生积极性的问题或小游戏。

深入了解本班学生的实际情况,分析本学科的学科特点,以及所要讲的内容,然后确定可行的活动计划,不仅让学生参与到课堂,也增强学生的好奇心和求知欲,体会到小小的成就感。小组合作学习绝不仅仅是一个形式,我们应充分发挥它的积极作用。

3. 作业批改与反馈

在作业方面,除了布置与批改,还要注重对学生作业完成情况的反馈。每次布置完作业,学生交上后我都要用心批改,错误之处作出标记,对个别同学批注批语。针对作业中出现的问题,要找出合适的时机来处理,使作业的的意义得到充分的体现,

4。因材施教

接下来的工作中。我将对班内的学生分分类,哪些属于让老师省心积极主动学习的学生,哪些属于程度差的学困生,哪些又属于聪明但不努力的学生,针对不同类型的学生,制定不同的教学措施,分别体现在学习要求,作业难易差别,评价标准等方面。

四、 教学指导思想与教学目标

(二)组织开展学雷锋”礼貌交通志愿服务周周行活动,城区六个分局80余名志愿者们利用周六休息时间,统一佩戴志愿者标志到交通要塞维护交通秩序,劝导行人与非机动车礼貌同行,以自身的具体行为,影响和带头身边人,为营造礼貌交通新秩序,做出地税人应尽的贡献。

(三)组织开展礼貌社区志愿服务活动。开展敬老助残、结对帮扶、维权帮教、心理辅导、信息传递等志愿服务;开展社区便民利民、礼貌劝导、环保宣传、植绿护绿、法制宣传、青少年成长服务等方面的工作,透过志愿服务传递人与人之间的关爱,促进社会和谐。围绕公民道德、礼貌城市建立、礼貌礼仪等相关知识,,广泛普及礼貌知识和幸福理念,倡导礼貌新风。

(四)组织开展环境维护整治志愿服务活动。区局组织广大团员青年投入到邵伯母亲河的保护活动中,参与了团委组织的植树护绿、清洁家园、环境整治活动,让广大居民了解保护环境的重要性,提高环境整治在群众心中的配合与参与意识。

(五)开展“一帮一”活动,支持和服务新农村发展。志愿者服务队响应区政府的要求,开展了“一帮一”活动,走进农户、走进农民、服务“三农”。在活动中,以办实事、求实效为工作方针,深入开展了思想共建、文化共建、绿色共建、平安共建、和谐共建活动,为新农村建设带给智力支持、致富支持,有效地促进了新农村建设。

虽然我局的“学雷锋”志愿服务活动取得了一些成绩,可是,也存在的一些问题:如在队伍高速发展,志愿者数量增加很快的状况下如何管理;后备队伍骨干如何推选和使用;志愿者的整体素质如何提高,志愿者整体培训如何开展;怎样提高志愿者的宣传服务的用心性,让更多优秀志愿者主动申请报名并推荐加入志愿队;怎样开展更多志愿服务活动,提高队伍凝聚力等等。这些问题与思考也将促动我们在下阶段进一步努力实践。回顾过去,成绩鼓舞人心,展望明天,我们任重道远。接下来,我们将开展更多更丰富多彩的有益活动,围绕深化志愿服务内涵、拓展志愿服务领域、扩大志愿服务队伍、健全完善志愿服务机制等方面不断加强。大力弘扬志愿服务精神,彰显人与人、人与社会、人与自然之间和谐共存、相互关爱的理念,秉承自觉自愿、力所能及的原则,有效动员和整合各类社会资源,共同推进社会发展和提高,广泛动员社会力量参与志愿服务,为建设和谐社会作出应有的贡献!

一、教学目标

在本学期的英语教学中,我们采用翻转课堂的教学模式,并坚持以下理念的应用:第一要培养学生自主学习,合作探究的能力。第二要面向全体学生,关注每个学生的情感,激发他们学习英语的兴趣,帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心,培养创新精神;第三目标设计要以学生技能,语言知识,情感态度,学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础;突出学生主体,尊重个体差异;第四要注重过程评价,促进学生发展,建立能激励学生学习兴趣和自主学习能力发展的评价体系。总之,让学生在使用英语中学习英语,让学生成为Gooduser而不仅仅是Learner。让他们在使用和学习英语的过程中,体味到轻松和成功的快乐。

二、实现目标存在的问题

1、教育教学质量方面

(1)从教师自身方面来讲,虽然翻转课堂在我校推行了两年的时间,但是对于翻转课堂“二段四步十环节”的内涵领悟不透,课堂落实不到位,经常讲的较多。在学生培训环节,没能充分关注学生的学习习惯和学习能力的培养。在微课制作上,制作手段粗糙,微课内容和形式不够吸引学生的兴趣。

(2)自己平素重教学、轻研究,不利于自己能力的发挥;重教书、轻育人,不利于学生潜能的挖掘。有时在工作上放不开手脚,缺乏动力和激情。自我师德修养和专业水平需要进一步提升,理念需要从根本上转变,境界还需大幅度提高;关爱、指导学生方面还需下大力气。

(3)英语教学中知识落实与能力培养问题。对于英语这门语言学科来说,在上半学期的教学中,我一直在抓落实方面做得不充分,单词检查往往有始无终。阅读教学不深入,学生思考的时间不多。对于英语至关重要的听和写的能力训练不到位,导致了教学方面学生面面忙,面面无提升的现象。

2、育人方面

学生经历了高一上半年的学习,对于翻转课堂的教学模式比较熟悉,但是自主学习的学习方法还需进一步的培训和适应。而且我校学生来源也比较广,县内仅占小部分,大部分来自县外,生源质量参差不齐,英语水平更是如此。尤其是听力,县外一部分学生水平较差。这样,从课堂语言、课堂环节、课堂节奏等各个环节上,要提升学生兴趣,落实知识掌握,挺高学生能力还需下较大功夫。

三、实现目标的措施

1、积极参加集体备课,充分发挥备课组力量。认真钻研教材和教法,使得先学后教在教学中被充分运用。选择恰当的教学方法,平时积极探讨,相互交流,有经验及时总结,有问题及时解决。

2、进一步激发学生的英语学习动机,提高他们的学习兴趣,使他们具有较强的自主学习意识。使得学生们在教师的帮助下计划、组织和实施各种英语学习活动;能主动扩展和利用学习资源,从多渠道获取信息;能根据自我评价结果调整学习目标和策略;能体会交际中语言的文化内涵和背景;复习巩固语言基础知识,注重过程性评价,培养学生的听、说、读、写能力。

3、突出教学重点,攻克教学难点。突出教学内容的重点:听力、口语、词汇、句型、语法、阅读、书面表达贯穿整个教学过程。每天进行单词、短语、句子的听写和课堂过关测试,以巩固本单元所学到的知识。同时加强综合填空、阅读理解、书面表达等方面的能力训练。

4、课后做好不同层次学生的辅导工作。尤其要关心后进生,厚爱特困生,积极投入到爱心帮扶活动中去。要重兴趣、重方法、求稳定、求实效,避免出现大批掉队和过早分化现象。对英语学习水平不同的学生,要做好“培优补差”。

5、在上好课的同时,积极参加各种教科研活动,从而不断提升自己的专业素养。

6、抓好因材施教,落实全员育人导师制

1)科学实施分层教学。尊重教育规律和学生身心发展规律,为每个学生提供适合的教育。根据学生的个性差异实行分层施教和个别施教;依托小组建设和合作学习实现分层教学。

2)落实学校推行的全员育人导师制,增强教育的针对性,做学生学习的老师,人生的导师。研究学情,与家长交流信息,找出不足,想出对策,帮助学生解决问题。

四、教研专题

课题:翻转课堂下的英语阅读教学

依据:翻转课堂将知识传递和知识的内化的过程颠倒安排,改变传统的教学结构,合理利用面对面的交流时间,实现了教学方式的革新。该教学注重的是学生学习的自主性,更加注重提高学生的学习兴趣。阅读课作为高中英语教学的重点课型,一直备受关注。同时,作为学生英语学习能力提升的一大瓶颈,许多学生与为此苦恼不已。因此,在翻转课堂下对英语阅读教学的研究尤为重要。

具体步骤如下:

1、以教材为依托,设计任务式导学案让学生在课堂自主学习课上先独立后小组合作完成导学案中任务,教师批阅同时总结学生的阅读障碍。

2、针对学生的阅读障碍,分小专题录制针对性的微课加以讲解,并组织充分的练习。

3、适时加入课外阅读材料,如:心灵鸡汤、美丽英文等,提升英语阅读兴趣及能力。

4、组织英语阅读大赛,检验成果,激励励学生进步。
