系，从而促进学生学习的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。其实我个人本身也是一个优势，由于刚毕业，也仍脱不了很多方面的学生气，与学生相处起来会更融洽。所以，上课时我是学生的老师，循循善诱和激发学生学习的积极性，大胆求异创新;课后我却成为他们的好朋友，无话不谈，亮起心灵之光;生活上，给予他们最及时的帮助，关怀备至。

(三)、成绩方面

经过努力，部分学生的学习成绩有所提高，但并不是特别理想。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。这并不是最重要的，重要的是今后我要如何自我提高，如何提高我班的英语水平。

总之，在逝去的一学期中，有过收获，也有失落。在以后的工作中，我将继续怒路，力争佳绩。我就要用自己的这种满腔热情，去点燃学生的学习之光。

第二篇：XX年八年级学期英语教学工作总结

今年，我作为一个应届毕业生，担任了八年级(9、10)班的英语。一学期的时光转瞬即逝。在自己第一年的工作中，有过辛酸，有过彷徨，也有收获，在荆棘中坎坷而行。幸运的是，在学校领导的关心帮助和老师们的大力支持下，我较好地完成了我的本职工作。

首先，在思想政治方面，我忠诚党的领导，热爱党的教育事业，发扬奉献精神，严格执行教育方针，尽职尽责，教书育人;同时面向全体学生，热爱、尊重、了解和严格要求学生，不歧视、挖苦他们，循循善诱，诲人不倦;要求学生做到的，自己首先做到，以身作则，为人师表。同时处处以《教师职业道德规范》来约束自己的言行，认真参加政治学习，不断提高自身的政治素质。

其次，本人能够严格执行学校的作息时间，不早退，不迟到，按时上下班，从不因为个人问题耽误上课，出满勤，干满点，给学生做了极好的表率。

第三，在教育教学工作中，本人积极认真学习英语课程标准、新教材，将教材、教法、学法尽可能完美地结合，积极、认真备好每一个教案，努力上好每一节课。与此同时，向身边的有经验的教师学习，积极参加听课、评课活动，努力提高自己的教育理论水平;同时在业务上精益求精，积极探索多媒体、网络教学，拓宽教学新思路。 经过半年的学习，虽然我教的两个班的英语成绩与其他班的差距逐渐缩小，但是仍然不好。其原因有很多：

首先是我自己经验不足，没有较好的引导学生，没有转变学生认为英语很难学的观念。尽管我对教学工作不敢怠慢,认真学习,深入研究教法,虚心向有经验的老师学习，但很多情况下没有使课堂45分钟发挥其应有的作用;有时感觉自己在做无用功。另外，我没有树立良好的师威，开始希望与学生打成一片，后来发现这种想法过于幼稚。

其次，许多学生学习目的不明确，不爱学，他们不敢开口讲英语，更不懂英文写作;再加上汉语的影响，这些学生要学好英语很不容易。英语是中学生的一门主课，无论是学校、家长还是学生都很重视它，但是不少学生觉得这门功课单调枯燥，学起来吃力，甚至有不少学生放弃了它。我教的一个班中前十名的学生中有四个学生的英语成绩一直是低于40分。究其原因，是学生对英语学习的接触面小，说练机会少，以及它与中文的部分反差等的诸多因素，使得学生对英语学习常常存在“厌、怕、弃”的不健康心理，这使得我不得不改变教学方法。
