二、学生情况分析

本学期我依然担任高考班121,122两个班的英语教学工作，从学生上学期期末考试情况来看，存在以下三方面问题：

①在思想上、态度上放松或放弃的现象有所表露，读,不会读，就谈不上听得懂,看得懂,从而导致破罐子破摔的现象。

②基础知识不够扎实，灵活运用语言的技能相对薄弱。

③运用能力不够强实。学生的阅读能力、理解能力、分析能力、判断能力、应变能力等均不能较好地适应考查要求。语言学习的关键在于语言知识的积累，只有通过学习者亲身的体验和摸索，才能学会并掌握语言知识，从而达到在交际中灵活使用语言的目的。

三、本学期的教学目标及措施

职高二年级是高中的重要阶段，又是高中三年的承上启下阶段。因此，让学生在二年级打好学科基础并有所发展是极其重要的。下列目标应在本学期内达到：巩固、扩大基础知识;培养口头和书面初步运用英语进行交际的能力，侧重培养阅读能力;发展智力，培养自学能力。争取在原有基础上有所提高，缩小与上学期期末考试时平均分与其他兄弟班级的差距。让复杂问题简单化，使学生更容易掌握所学知识。加大学生的阅读量。提高阅读速度。此外，在本学期的教学中，要狠抓基础及单词、句型及语法等，扎实基础知识，突击写作训练，为高考打下扎实的基础。具体方法如下：

1、钻研并创造性地利用教材，灵活使用，发挥教材特点。

2、内容要求学生一定要过词汇关，反复朗读、默写单词、以便加强学生对基础知识的掌握。摒弃不切实际的教学步骤，抓重点，搞强化，在日常教学中渗透语法意识。利用教材提高学生的基本功，坚持默写单词及重点句型。

3、培养学生的阅读能力，并以这些材料为基础，扩充学生词汇量，做到每学完一篇课文，就进行词汇检测。拓宽教材，扩展学生阅读量，努力补充学生的词汇。在平时教学过程中不断扩大学生的词汇量，词汇教学以新带旧，从而达到巩固扩充词汇的目的，做到经常督促、 检测。

4、加大基础写作训练的力度，大力鼓励学生学以致用。并要求学生背范文、教师精选的课文段落、写作必背句型，使学生熟悉英语的句式结构及习惯用法，从句到篇，从而写出完整的英语文章。另外每周进行一篇的写作训练，鼓励运用背过的句型，提高学生的写作能力。

5、综合检查。准备每一单元做一次练习或测试，主要以结合当前教学内容为主要测试内容,间或分块测试，习题的训练在于精而不在于多。在教学中尽量按照高考的知识体系有针对性地选择典型性题目。针对共性问题进行精讲，让学生在书本中找到解决问题的源泉，学 会思考、整理和归纳。

经过一个学期的努力，期末考试就是一种考验，无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学年的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在下个学年如何自我提高，如何共同提高所教年级的英语水平。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问，多想，争取进步。

本学期我担任初二的英语教学工作。经过一个学期的努力，获取了很多宝贵的教学经验。以下是我在本学的教学工作总结。

一、努力建立融洽的师生关系。

在这方面，我根据学校老师的建议和我自己的摸索，坚持“备课的同时要备学生”，立足学生，有意识的把教材的难度降低，比如听力在本套教材中难度比较大，我就把听力的形式进行适当的改良，让学生更容易听懂，不断提高学生的积极性。

同时根据学生性格特点，我采取了相应的措施。班级部分学生比较活泼，尖子生也比较稳定，但差生较多。为了保持良好的课堂纪律，提高教学成绩，我采取小组互帮形式，好中差搭配，以优生带差生。在分配任务时，根据学生接受能力，分配不同的任务，使每个学生都能体会到成功的喜悦，效果很好。

三、激发学生学习兴趣。

英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，开展丰富多彩的课外活动，课堂上为学生创设情境进行英语对话表演，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学习英语，才能提高英语水平。

四、多表扬，鼓励，唤起他们的自信心。

在课堂教学开展过程中，我感觉大部分学生不愿意起来发言，经调查得知：有的学生由于英语底子薄，不知道该怎样回答问题，有的则是胆子比较小，担心犯错。针对这种情况，我把教材难度降低，并采取表扬和鼓励的方式鼓励学生积极发言，纵然他的答案与正确答案相差十万八千里，我也会为他的勇气鼓掌，这样越来越多的学生都举起了手。

在工作中我以不怕苦累的实际行动感召学生，以朴实端庄的人民教师形象教育学生，做到了为人师表，修德修才。我根据学生们的意见和建议，通过网络查找相关资料信息，也反馈给他们一些具体的建议，比如，针对专门的考试题型购买专门的参考练习书籍;在听力和作文方面多下功夫;语法复习要系统;词汇记忆可以和英语词汇进行比较记忆，等等。我相信，只要切实地努力了，学习状态和效果一定能够很快步入全新的轨道。

其次，我要求学生，要敢于说。大多数同学总是认为自己说得不好，而不肯开口，不肯开口又会导致水平无法提高，水平无法提高就会质疑自己的能力，质疑自己的能力则又会导致更不敢开口，同学一旦陷入到这样的怪圈就会无法自拔，从而彻底否定自己而导致听说水平无法提高。所以，我尽量安排一个月至少4个学时进行口语练习，口头表演有一个人的演说或两人三人一组的对话，也要求在下面听的同学对在讲台上说的同学提问，这样一问一答的模式不仅锻炼了学生的听说能力，也活跃了课堂气氛，收益颇多。

在教学过程中，耐心是至关重要的。它是一位教师良好行为的体现。教师的工作是解决学生不同程度上的问题，其中除了教学上的，还有心灵上的。育人的工作是辛苦的，对待形形色色的问题，不计其数的学生，都要用一颗热情的心耐心地去做。

总之，英语学习，兴趣为先。学生语言能力的高低在很大程度上受制于英语学习兴趣的程度。很难想象失去了兴趣还能怎样培养交际能力。所以，作为英语教师，一方面要向学生传授语言知识并使他们掌握技能，另一方面更要重视培养和保持学生对这门学科的兴趣，获得事半功倍的效果。这样才能真正把新课程标准提出的要求落到实处。
