本学年，我担任八年级的英语教学工作，在工作中从各方面严格要求自己，积极向同仁请教，结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情况，勤勤恳恳，兢兢业业，使教学工作有计划，有组织，有步骤地开展。立足现在，放眼未来，为使今后的工作取得更大的进步，现对本学年教学工作做出总结，希望能发扬优点，克服不足，总结检验教训，继往开来，以促进教训工作更上一层楼。

一，政治思想方面：

本学年我热爱教育事业，热爱学校，有良好的师德，遵纪守法，自觉遵守《中小学教师职业道德规范》，品德，品行堪为学生的表率。我关心爱护学生，教书育人，使学生在德，智，体，美，劳等方面得到全面发展。我努力做好本职工作，并在完成本职工作的前提下，结合工作需要，虚心请教，努力进取，不断提高自己的教育教学水平。

二，教育教学工作方面：

1，课前准备：备好课。每一次备课都很认真，遇到没有把握讲好的课时立即提出，请其它英语老师参谋，综合考虑各种方案。多发表自己的见解让大家讨论，如有问题立即更正，改进。

2。多听课，学习有经验教师的教学方法，教学水平的提高在于努力学习，积累经验，不在于教学时间的长短。老教师具有丰富的教学经验，积累了许多教学技巧，作为新岗教师应多向他们学习，尽快提高自身的教学水平，听课的同时，认真做好记录，并进行评课。务求每听一节课都要有最大的收获。

3。钻研教材，认真备课。我认真钻研教材，把握住知识点，认真备好每一堂课。教材是教学的依据，同时也是学生学习的主要参考书，我在熟悉教材的基础上讲授本课程的内容，学生学习才会有依据，学生在课堂上跟不上老师时可以参考教材重新整理思路，跟上老师的思路，所以应该重视教材的钻研。在备课过程中，在不离开教材的原则下，可以参考其他教科书，对比它们的不同之处，寻求让学生更容易接受的教法，有了这些教法后，上课之前应与有经验的老师多交流讨论是否行得通，总之单兵作战很容易钻牛角尖，教学中的每一个问题都应与其他教师进行交流讨论。

4。组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，注意信息反馈，调动学生的注意力，使其保持相对稳定性。同时，激发学生的情感，使他们产生愉悦的心境，创造良好的课堂气氛，课堂语言生动明了，克服了以前重复的毛病。课堂提问面向全体学生，注意引发学生学英语的兴趣，课堂上说练结合，布置好课外作业，作业少而精，减轻学生的负担。

5。要提高教学质量，还要做好课后辅导工作，初二学生爱动，好玩，缺乏自控能力，常在学习上不能按时完成作业，有的学生抄袭作业，针对这种问题，就要抓好学生的思想教育，并使这一工作惯彻到对学生的学习指导中去，还要做好对学生学习的辅导和帮助工作，尤其在后进生的转化上，对后进生努力做到从友善开始，比如，多做思想工作，从生活上关心他。从赞美着手，所有的人都渴望得到别人的理解和尊重，所以，和差生交谈时，对他的处境，想法表示深刻的理解和尊重，还有在批评学生之前，先谈谈自己工作的不足。

6。热爱学生，平等的对待每一个学生，让他们都感受到老师的关心，良好的师生关系促进了学生的学习。在教学工作中，我努力提高自己对学生的亲和力，与学生建立和睦友好的关系。我信奉“亲其师，方能信其道”。只有真正地关心学生，爱护学生，跟学生做朋友，心心相通，学生才会愿意接近你，亲近你，才会乐意地去学习你所任教的科目。在平时的教学工作中，我总是努力去做到这一点。

三，存在的不足“金无足赤，人无完人”，在教学工作中难免有缺陷。例如：由于我对学生的态度比较温和，管不下顽皮学生;教学经验不足;对山区学生还不够了解;教学方法还不够成熟等，而这些问题，只能在以后的教学工作中不断地解决。

四，改进措施：

1。多与学生沟通。新岗教师经验不足，教学技巧性不强，难免会有学生听不懂，多些主动和学生进行沟通，了解学生掌握知识的情况非常重要，这样有利于针对性的对学生进行教育，无论备课多认真仔细也很难适应不同班级的情况，只有沟通，了解，才能更好地解决各个班级的不同问题。另外，有些学生基础较好，加强师生间的沟通就能更好地引导这些学生更好地学习。

2。注重组织教学，严格要求学生。大部分学生的学习基础较差，所谓“冰冻三尺，非一日之寒”。这些学生已经形成了厌学的习惯，顶多是完成老师布置的作业就算了，有些甚至是抄袭的，对于容易掌握的内容他们也不敢沾染，所以必须严格要求他们。由于学生缺乏学习自觉性，所以上课时间是他们学习的主要时间，教师应善于组织，调动学生进行学习，更充分地利用好上课时间。

3运用多种技巧教学，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。“兴趣是最好的老师”!教师应利用学生热情好奇的这一特点，从日常生活中的口语出发，尝试用英语与学生对话，或用趣事吸引学生注意力，引发他们的兴趣，使学生对本课程产生兴趣。并且，在教学中要运用多种教学手段，注意听力与口语的训练。

在这一学年的教学工作中，除了对学生进行兴趣的培养外，还培养他们自学的能力，而且对于优秀生还要求他们背诵课文，鼓励他们自己找阅读的材料，从而提高阅读能力。

经过一个学期的努力，期末考试就是一种考验，无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学年的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在下个学年如何自我提高，如何共同提高所教年级的英语水平。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问，多想，争取进步。

本学期我担任八年级1班和、2班英语教学任务，学生成绩两极分化现象，普遍存在，而且是比较难以解决的一个问题。一般说来，两极分化形成的规律是：刚刚升入初中的七年级学生，对英语学习热情高，好奇心强，学习成绩较好。但随着时间的推移，难度的加深，以及兴趣的减弱，一些学生的成绩一步步地落后掉队，而且落伍人数也相对地增加。也逐渐出现了这样或那样的问题。如教师在有些知识点讲过后，有的甚至操练了多遍，反反复复强调了，学生仍没有掌握。有些教师就责怪学生，并因此加强反复训练。于是在教师的责怪声中，在枯燥的联系中，学生的学习兴趣消失了。

鉴于以上问题，我体会到学生学习语言的能力是因人而异的。有差别是正常的，要教好每一个学生，但不能要求每一个学生都一样，不能要求学生都按一个模式去发展，而是开发学生不同的潜能，发展学生学英语的各方面能力。

2016年10月英语专业大学生毕业实习报告

在开始实习之前，我多少有些心虚。因为我的许多朋友都有过假期打工的经历。而作为一名英语专业的大二学生，这次的实习却是我的第一次工作经历。我很担心自己会在工作的过程中出现差错。但现在回想这实习的两个星期在工作和生活上出现的困难，其实都不算什么。就像著名主持人鲁豫曾经说过的话，如果一个困难没有将你，你一定会变的比以前更坚强。我相信如果再有一次实习的机会，我一定会比这次做的更好。

在这里我要感谢学校安排了这次实习，也要感谢公司给我这次机会，虽然只有短短的两个星期时间，但是我所学到的将使我受益一生。因为这次实习的经历让我原本枯燥的暑假变的充实起来。

一、实习过程

这次实习我主要负责的是办公室文秘的工作。第一次走进办公室，一切都是那么陌生，所有的工作人员都各自忙着，仿佛没有人注意到我，这让我本来激动的心情多了一些慌乱。这个时候我想起了在学校时老师对我我们说的一句话，人的适应能力是无穷的。于是我深深的吸了一口气准备迎接接下来的一个个挑战。

说是文秘，其实我主要负责的就是打打文件，接接电话。多亏以前的练习，我的打字技术和质量足以应付领导交给我的任务。虽然只是坐了一天，但我还是感觉挺累的，再加上宿舍的简陋条件，生活真是给我上了意义非凡的一课，以前家长跟我们说一千遍挣钱多不容易，不如我亲身经历一天的感悟。

刚开始的几天就这么不咸不淡的过去了。在学校学到的东西并没用到多少，同事们也因为彼此工作没有交集依然十分陌生。只是见面打招呼的交情。看着他们整天忙碌着，闲暇之余彼此开开玩笑，觉得他们真的是一个集体，而我却像个局外人般悠闲。我想我不能再这样下去，于是，在办公室，有闲的时候就会看一些计算机方面的书，虽然自己所学的专业在此时没有派上什么用场，但我觉得应该多学点，以丰富自己的能力。

但这样下去也不是办法，复印、传真、等文秘工作我都还没有掌握。终于有一天我鼓起勇气向一名看起来很面善的年轻女同事请教了这方面的内容。没想到她不仅告诉了我发传真的方法还跟我说理很多文秘需要注意的事项。她告诉我文秘必须态度认真，细心，不能疏忽大意，不能马虎潦草。比如说办理公文，就要保证文件的质量，用词要准确，材料要真实，抄写要认真，校对要仔细，力求每一个环节都不发生差错。否则就会耽误工作，甚至酿成难以弥补的损失。最后为了让我掌握发传真的方法她又交给我一份需要发的传真让我练习。回到自己的座位上我一边体会着同事跟我说的话，一边发传真，当听到传真发送成功后的“嘟嘟”声，我便又小小地得意一番，虽然很傻，但至少又学会了一项办公器材的用法。

在这里我要特别感谢这位前辈，她不仅教给了我很多有用的东西，还把我介绍给其它的同事认识，以帮助我提高工作方面的能力。慢慢的我也不在只是闷着头做，遇到疑难的问题就请教这些前辈们，我觉得自己开始融入这个集体了。

在做打字发传真等枯燥工作的时候，我不止一次的幻想着公司忽然有英文的文件需要翻译，在大家焦头烂额，手足无措的时候，我镇定的走出来然后利用在学校学到的知识解决这个棘手的问题。但当幻想成为现实的时候，我却慌了阵脚。因为文件涉及的化学产品，金属元素等专有名词我连读都有困难更不用说翻译了。我只有达开电脑利用金山词霸一个个的查。即使这样还经常是单词的意思查到了却连不成句。仅仅四页纸我翻译了一天半。

最令我没有想到的是，我在大二学的国际贸易实务的通选课竟然在我阅读合同等文件时帮了我很大的忙，也节省了我不少时间。那些时常出现的诸如 fob、cif之类的贸易术语都是我们课上最主要的内容。在学习的时候只是单纯的背过，并没有真正了解它们的含义。例如合同，它是履行的依据，是成立的条件，品质、品名、数量、包装、价格、保险等条款缺一不可。因为涉及双方的利益，而商家又以追求最大利润为目标，所以划分的越详细，责任也就越明确，也就可以避免一些不必要的纠纷。可见做生意来不得半点马虎。

实习的另一个关键是学习对人怎么说话、态度及其处事。以前老听哥哥姐姐们念叨还是在学校好，当时还特幼稚的想，学校有老师管着有什么好的啊!现在才看请其实到那里都有人管。在学校可以没心没肺的开玩笑，但走上工作岗位之后，说话做事都要谨慎，要有技巧。像我这样毫无社会经验的黄毛丫头，说话做事毫无技术含量，所以最好还是少说多做。

通过两星期的实习，我对复印、传真、公文处理等文秘工作都基本熟练。在领到实习工资的那一刹那，我真的有种激动和不安的感觉。那是自己辛辛苦苦工作换来的。多少天的困难和疲惫总算有收获。但更重要的是，我拥有了一笔丰富的经验财富。

二、实习感悟

除了第一次工作人人都会有的工作难做社会难处的感悟之外，我最大的感悟就是真诚所至，金石为开。不管多难做，做好自己的那一份，总有一天会有收获，只是时间的问题。但如果你不去做，这一天永远不会像天上掉馅饼那样到来。

还有我更清楚的看清了自己的不足，除去能力上的不足，我更想说的是心理的不足，这大概是大学生的通病，眼高手低。虽然我所做的不过是一份打杂的工作，更像是文秘助理，但如果我不做，在我后面有很多人等着接替我的职位。职位带给你的面子，工资带给你的生活质量都不能是你择业的首要根据。一个人对工作的态度决定了一个人能否找到工作，并且也决定了一个人能否做好工作。如果一个人眼光总是太高，可能永远也无法找到一份令自己满意的工作;相反地，如果一个人能够从自身实际出发，善于把握眼前的工作机会，并愿意为之付出，那么最后一定会取得工作上的成功。

再有就是关于人际关系方面的感悟。虽说在工作中能力必须有，但如果没有同事的合作与包容，你可能什么都做不了。以前可能是因为电视剧看的太多的原因，我总是感觉职场上充满了明争暗斗，要处事圆滑甚至耍些小聪明才能生存。但在与同事相处的过程中，我觉得更重要的是放大别人的优点，缩小别人的缺点。多站在别人的立场上想问题。电视剧中的情节都过于戏剧话了。另一方面，以前我总是觉得只要忍就可以解决一切问题。通过这两个星期的实习，我觉得硬生生的通过忍去让步不如通过考虑别人的

感受作出让步来的人性化。俗话说。路遥知马力，日久见人心。扪心自问，打动我们的往往是真诚的人。

回想这两星期的经历，从一言不发到基本适应职场生活。让我更坚信老师说的那句，人的适应能力是无穷的。刚到办公室的时候除了打字什么也不会，甚至想过放弃。但想到就这么灰溜溜的回去太没面子，而且还要实习报告，这无形见就给我了不少压力。虽然这些考虑都看起来很被动但却让我一次次的打消了放弃的念头。通过观察同事们的工作方法，请教同事，我从有事做漫漫的也忙了起来。忙到我开始忘记刚开始想放弃的原因。这让我想起一句广告词，一切皆有可能!

其实，这次实习也不都是正面积极的让我感受到人家大爱的经历。以前总是听父母唠叨工作时经常会受上司的“气”，虽然我只实习了短短两个星期，我深刻的体会到这“气”还真不好受。自己心里很不舒服的时候，就干脆想辞职得了。但静下心来仔细想想，以后总要工作的，在别人手底下工作不都是这样么?刚开始。就应该踏踏实实的干好自己的工作，毕竟又没有工作经验，现在有机会了就要从各方面锻炼自己。不然，以后干什么都会干不好的。

总之，通过这些感悟，我要更加学会珍惜。要珍惜在学校生活的每一天第一范文网无虑的生活，要珍惜父母的每一分辛苦赚来的钱。工作以后更要珍惜每一次的工作机会，因为实习使我懂得了它们的重要性，以后我会更加珍惜。

三、实习总结

通过这次实习，不仅收获了工作和为人处事方面的经验，对本不是自己专业的文秘工作也有了初步的了解。也看到了自己需要提高的地方，在以后的学习中既要重视对知识的掌握，更重要的是通过每一次珍贵的实习机会，将理论和实际结合起来，为将来更好的适应社会打下基础。针对以上总结，在今后的学习和生活中我要做到以下五点：

其一是加强沟通能力。专业知识固然重要，但良好的沟通能力是让别人发现你能力的前提。如果以后将从事商务方面的工作这点更为重要。表面上看来，它只是一种能说会道的能力，可实际上它却包罗了一个人从穿衣打扮到言谈举止等一切行为的能力。一名出色的工作者就要应该作到智商和情商都高。沟通能力，对于求职者，不仅是一种给企业留下好印象的基本素质，而且还是一个人的应变能力的外在表现。通过在学校中的交际来提高我的沟通能力，一定会在我以后找工作的过程中起到事半功倍的作用。

其二是要发扬团队精神，不论是在学校生活还是在社会生活中，只要是处在一个集体中这一点都会起到非常重要的作用。而因为是独生子女的关系，在这一方面我做的很不够。有的时候甚至将独立和自私这两个概念在自己的为人处事中混淆了。集体作业不是个人行为，一个人的能力毕竟有限，但是如果大家拧成一股绳，再困难的问题都会迎刃而解。通过加强团队意识，在以后的工作岗位上不仅可以提高工作效率还能增加同同事之间的友谊。

其三是要加强英语的学习。作为自己的专业，在这样的小城市中虽然因为就业面太窄可能无法频繁的应用，但却可以成为我的优势。但在实习的过程中这个优势却并不突出，这都是因为我的专业水平有待提高。在今后的学习，我要通过扩大词汇量增大阅读面来提高自己的英语水平。并且要拿到大学英语四极证，否则作为英语专业的学生就太没有说服力了。这样就会在我求职的过程中增加一快很有分量的砝码。

其四是要加强商务方面知识的学习。以前总是觉得与英语无关的商务方面的课程只要在考试之前背一下能够应付考试就可以了。但通过这次实习我发现自己错了。记住不如理解，理解又不如实践。所以说如果只是单纯背过那些概念就仿佛是只是认识这个人，而不是了解所以是做不了朋友的。通过对理论的理解相信会让我在以后工作中的实践更加容易。

其五是要学习忍耐。社会不象学校，它关系网错综复杂。如果只是喜欢谁就靠近谁不喜欢就远离，并且把所以情绪都摆在脸上，最终很可能会被淘汰。要知道没有家人或死党可以无条件的接受你的一切情绪。要保持宽容的心态，才能处理好一切关系。

在这短短的十几天实习中，我除了学会了一些基本的技能，更学到了做人和做事的道理，这些都是学校中所学不到的宝贵的东西。它不仅在一定程度上影响了我的处事关，也让我看到了这个社会的残酷。虽然淄博只是一个很小的城市，但这依然改变不了弱肉强食的社会现状，所以只有时刻保持进取心才能使自己不被淘汰。这让我想到毛主席的话，好好学习，天天向上。学无止境啊!

在实习报告的最后，我想起了周迅用沙哑的声音唱出的那首简单的《外面》，“外面的世界很精彩，我出去会不会失败，外面的世界特别慷慨，闯出去我就可以活过来，留在这里我看不到现在，我要出去寻找我的未来。”总有那么一天，我们要走出象牙塔，去经历外面的世界带给我们的精彩和无奈。如果人生是一部戏，这次实习就是这场戏的彩排。而当我真正开始演我的戏，就再没有这样的彩排机会，不管是精彩还是枯燥人生场戏都要继续演下去。通过这次彩排获得的经验将使我受益一生，铭记一生。

本学期我担任初二的英语教学。由于刚刚调进__初中，对新环境、新教材的教学要求知之甚少，加上多年未教初一，教学上遇到前所未有的挑战。所以，本人虚心请教同行、潜心研究教法、在实践中摸索前进。经过一个学期的努力，学到了很多教学经验，也取得了应有的成绩。以下是对本学期教学情景的简要总结。

一、培养英语学习兴趣

英语作为一门外语，对大多数学生而言，既生疏又困难。在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。为此，我采取了一些方法，如尽多使用多媒体设备进行教学;开展形式多样、生动活泼的课堂语言实践活动;介绍英美国家的文化，生活故事;帮忙班上的同学改英文名等等。使他们了解英语、喜欢英语，从而培养了学生学习英语的兴趣。目前，我们班学生对英语学习的兴趣始终稳定在较高水平。

二、认真备课、上课，改善教学方式、注重辅导学法

在团体备课的基础上，我能自觉钻研教材、研究学生，进行二次备课。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。

教态自然、讲课生动、难易适中、照顾全部，课堂就能够吸引住学生。本人能做到每一天都有进取的精神状态，让学生感受到一种进取的学习气氛。我能遵循听说领先、读写跟上的教学要求，努力加大课堂训练量，加快课堂节奏，切实提高课堂教学效率。除保证课堂效果之外，还需要让学生课外多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持到班辅导，发现问题及时纠正。课后坚持认真批改学生作业，发现问题及时解决。对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，以打好他们的初一基础。

三、做好“培优转差”

按以往经验，学生在英语学习进入必须阶段后，会出现好差分化现象，尤其是7A教材开始启用、学习难度加深以后。为此，我制定了具体的“培优转差”计划和目标，对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。例如我把这批同学分为三个组。

第一组是有必须基础，但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取团体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水平。

第二组是肯学、但学习本事不强的同学。对这部分同学进行耐心指导，多加鼓励，慢慢提高他们的成绩。

第三组是纪律松散、基础不好、学习又不认真的同学。对这部分人进行课余时间个别辅导。由于实施了分类辅导，针对性强，效果比较明显。

一个学期的努力效果如何，期末考试就是一种考验了。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是这学期本人确实学到很多，重要的是如何总结得失，以期在下学期后做得更好。所以，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问、多想、多向书本、专家、同行学习，争取更大的提高。

1、面向全体学生，关注每个学生的情感，激发他们学习英语的兴趣，帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心培养创新精神;

2、整体设计目标，体现灵活开放，目标设计以学生技能，语言知识，情感态度，学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础;

3、突出学生主体，尊重个体差异;

4、采用活动途径，倡导体验参与，即采用任务型的教学模式，让学生在老师的指导下通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功;

5、注重过程评价，促进学生发展，建立能激励学生学习兴趣和自主学习能力发展的评价体系。

二、学生情况简要

在上学期期末考试中，我任教八年级二个教学班中，初二12班平均分名列年级第二，优生率第二，及格率第十;初二11班，平均分列第六，优秀率第三，及格率第七名。初二12班整体情况较好，有2名满分，但是不及格的人数比较多;11班也是低分率较高，导致平均分没有名列前茅，但是优秀率很高，而且有1位同学满分。

通过一年半的英语学习，大多数学生已能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段和简短的故事。能与教师或同学就熟悉的话题交换信息。能读懂短篇故事，能写便条和简单的书信。但由于各种因素的影响，学生发展参差不齐。有少数学生因为基础不够好，学习很吃力而自暴自弃，有的因此扰乱课堂次序，这给教学带来不少困难。

三、教材基本情况

《新目标英语》八年级(下册)，全书共有十个单元，另两个复习单元。本教材各单元话题灵活，贴近生活实际。本册书将学习的一些语法知识点有：一般将来时、过去进行时、现在完成时、间接引语、时间状语从句、条件状语从句、反意疑问句等。同时每个单元后都提供了一篇阅读文章，用以训练学生的阅读能力，扩大学生的阅读量。

四、教学总体目标

1、学生应有较明确的英语学习动机和积极主动的学习态度。

2、能读供七至八年级学生阅读的简单读物和报纸杂志，克服生词障碍，理解大意。

3、能根据阅读目的运用适当的阅读策略。

4、能与他人合作，解决问题并报告结果，共同完成学习任务。能在学习中互相帮助，克服困难。

5、能合理计划和安排学习任务，积极探索适合自己的学习方法。在学习和日常交际中能注意到中外文化的差异。

五、教学具体措施

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记10个生词，5个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督保证晨读效果。

4、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步，小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

5、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

从踏入大学门槛的那天起，经过良师的精心指导以及自己的奋力拚搏、自强不息，我逐渐成为了一个能适应社会要求的新时代大学生，并为做一个知识型的社会主义建设者打下坚实的基础。
