三、做好“培优转差”

按以往经验，学生在英语学习进入必须阶段后，会出现好差分化现象，尤其是7A教材开始启用、学习难度加深以后。为此，我制定了具体的“培优转差”计划和目标，对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。例如我把这批同学分为三个组。

第一组是有必须基础，但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取团体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水平。

第二组是肯学、但学习本事不强的同学。对这部分同学进行耐心指导，多加鼓励，慢慢提高他们的成绩。

针对以上情况，要改变这种局面，我觉的要做的事很多。

首先，要培养学生良好的学习习惯，课前多预习，课堂45分钟让学生集中注意力听讲，把老师讲的内容真正听懂。不能似懂非懂。课后认真完成配套的巩固练习。不懂的地方，多问。

其次，学生学习要主次分明，主要学科课后时间分配相应的因当多一些，特别是对英语学科，因为它毕竟不是母语。

第三，要灵活掌握学过的知识点，学习要讲究方法，举一反三，融会贯通，只有这样，学生才能把所学的知识串联起来。

三、建设高效的课堂，努力提高驾驭课堂的能力。
