二、学生情况分析

根据上学期期末考试成绩来看老问题还是比较严重，优秀率低、差生面大。本学期我们备课组仍面临着艰巨的任务。我们本学期教学目标和重点：继续想办法培养和保持学生学英语的兴趣及良好的学习习惯，逐步提高学习能力，多关注40—59，80-84分两个分数段的学生，把40—59的学生作为提高年级每个班平均分的突破口，力争减少40分以下的低分段人数，60、70、80每个分数段的人数有增加，防止两极分化加剧 ，提高平均分、合格率。

另外，从卷面得分来看，学生的完型和阅读能力严重薄弱，而新消息说，英语中考将把总分提到120分，新增的10分中5分于听力的最后短文理解，另5分于阅读的第一篇。如果真要这样改变的话，这对于我们的学生来说10分难过的。

三、主要措施

1 . 备课组内加强学科教学理论的学习，更新教学观念。研究教法，注意教学理念在教学过程中的运用，考虑如何在有限的教学时间里提高课堂教学的实效性，注重目标教学的落实，使每个课时的目标细化，要求课后反思教学目标达成的情况如何。课堂教学要讲练结合，备课时要根据课型特点，预留给学生有自我探究、练习和消化的时间，让学生在生生交流、师生交流的互动中得到帮助和提高。

2.认真备课做到课件与研习稿的有机结合，探索新的课堂教学模式，提升教学质量。

3.继续加强备课组集体备课，提高讨论实效。商讨教法，探讨教材、知识点的处理。互相听课，共同提高、共同进步。所有资源共享，群策群力，整体提高本年级学生的英语成绩。

4.建立学习小组，利用学生“学力差异”,为后进生及时解决学习上的困难。

6.在上学期的基础上，继续培养学生养成良好的听、说、读、写的学习习惯，在教学中注意教学生学习英语的方法。注重听、说、读、写的全面训练。加强完型和阅读解题能力的训练(在研习稿的编写中要有一定比例的安排)。

这学期我担任初二年级两个班的英语教学。由于教材的不断改革，所以必须在教育教学过程中认真学习，研究教法，虚心向别人学习，不断总结教学的成功与失败的经验。一个学期过去了，以下是我在这个学期的教学情况。

2、努力建立融洽的师生关系

4)差生上课时注意往往不够集中，我就将教材化难为易，化多为少，精讲多练，课堂上尽量创造愉快的氛围。差生由于羞怯心理往往怕开口，我尽量将难易适度的问题去问他们;叫他们到黑板上写有把握的句子;朗读事先已读过多遍的课文，当差生回答正确时。我总是面常笑容地说：“verygood”，他们往往因得到这两个激动，这样差生开口的习惯慢慢的养成。一学期下来，差生的参与意识大大地加强，消除了畏惧心理。

5)建立良好的师生关系,经常和学生一起反思学习过程中的不足,并加以改正。

教和学是一对矛盾，作为矛盾双方的教师和学生如何和谐融洽师生关系，对完成教学至关紧要。如果他们对某个老师有好感，他们就对老师的这门课感兴趣并分外重视，肯下大气力学这门课。如果他们不喜欢某一位老师，由于逆反心理，他们也就不愿学或不学这位老师的课。所以，教师要深入学生，和学生打成一片，了解学生的兴趣，爱好，喜怒哀乐情绪的变化，时时处关心学生，爱护学生，尊重学生，帮助学生。这样，师生才能关系和谐，感情融洽，兴趣盎然地进行学习。

八年级的语法知识点增多，难度也有所提高，对学生的口语表达能力和阅读能力都有新的要求，这就对教师的要求有了新的提高。

一.教师在教学的过程中首先要把握重、难点。我认为这是教学中对教师最重要的要求。如果无法很好的把握重难点，则会对重点知识的讲授蜻蜓点水，导致学生也无法分清重、难点。学生在学习的过程中把大量的时间花费在零散知识上，而忽视了重中之重。教师为了更好的把握重难点就要认真的研读教材，仔细研究教学参考，并且做好教学反思，从同学们的错误中反馈自己的失误，不断地摸索和探索。

二.其次语法讲解一定要清楚，透彻。在讲解重点语法的过程中，教师要多举例子，并且要学生造句子，不能光停留在枯燥，抽象的讲解过程中。

三.应加强学生的对话强度，鼓励不开口说英语的学生开口。有些学生是对自己不自信，是因为曾经对话的过程中，出现失误却被老师尖刻的言语刺伤，所以当学生出现错误的时候应微笑着让他坐下，然后再纠正错误。有些同学的对话可能会脱离现实生活，但只要开口说英语就要鼓励。

四.在教学过程中应以学生为主体。整个课堂是学生在开口说而不是老师在干巴巴的讲授，尤其是教材的最后一部分，阅读部分。要使同学们在默读的前提下做课本上要求的练习题，也可以确定几个话题，学生用英语进行讨论，锻炼他们用英文思考的能力，运用所学语言的能力。课文3a部分教材给出了一篇文章然后学生进行阅读，并且每篇文章后面都有若干个问题，在这一部分一定要让学生在默读的前提下独立完成回答问题，锻炼他们的应试能力。

五.八年级英语教学单词仍然是基础。我个人认为应该打好学生的单词基础，在讲授的过程中可以让同学们记它们的同义词及反义词，并且让同学们自己造句子。

六.培养学生们的课文背诵能力。严格要求学生要背诵下来课文，这样可以培养他们的英语语感。

七.当堂巩固，注重反馈

教学时要处处考虑如何发挥学生的主体作用，要以学生的参与程度和教学评价的得失作为课堂教学成功与否的尺度，所以，在学生经过一段学习活动后，进行归纳分析，以鼓励表扬为主，满腔热情帮助学生，及时处理反馈信息，当堂巩固，如果时间许可的话，还可引导学生对一些易出错的地方，如人称变化，谓语动词的形式变化、某些习惯表达的异同进行归纳分析，让学生真正地学有所得。

八.注意培养自学能力

"授人以鱼，不如授人以渔"教是为了学生的"学"，是要让学生拥有学习的能力.因此，我重视对学生的课外学习的指导，帮助他们养成良好学习习惯和自学能力。

⑴早读课，坚持听新教材的课文录音，加强听力训练，让学生模仿地地道的英美人语音、语调。

⑵指导学生订出学习英语长期计划和短期安排，每天坚持搞好课前预习，发动家长帮助督促实施。

⑶扩大学生课外英语的摄入量，鼓励他们多读一些英语小故事.

⑷强调作业的独立完成，培养学生克服困难的意志。帮助学生认识到，做作业实际上是新旧知识的运用过程，一定要养成自觉独立完成作业的习惯。

⑸培养学生认真听课，初步运用英语思维和理解。

⑹从音、形、义几方面培养观察力和记忆力，打好语音基础。

⑺用联想对比，归纳演绎等记单词和语法知识。

英语作为一门外语,其重要性已渐渐为学生们所认同.那么,如何帮助学生真正地掌握这一重要学科,更好地做好英语教学工作,作为一名教育工作者,我们需要付出更多的辛苦,努力成为一名真正合格的英语教师.

Before my speech, Id like to show my gratitude to the service and sacrifice of English Union. Thank you for offering me such a fabulous opportunity to exchange with other English lovers. My name is Yang Longbo, a boy majoring in Automation in Changan University. My favorite motto is “Follow your heart”. Former CEO of Apple Steve Jobs once said," If you live each day as if it were the last, youll certainly be right.", which made a deep impression on me. He has used his life to prove the truth of this saying. Realizing that our time is limited has helped him make considerable difficult choices in life. Because almost everything-all expectations, all pride, all fear of embarrassment and failure-will run away in the face of death, leaving only what is truly important. Dont let your inner voice be overwhelmed by the noise of others opinions. What is most important is having the courage to follow your own heart and intuition. Somehow they already know what you truly want to become. Live everyday as if it were the last of your life and make your life better.

本学期，我担任八（3）、八（4）两班的教学，根据本学期教学工作计划安排及学生的实际，目前教学工作已结束，现就本学期教学工作总结如下：

一、学生的基本状况：

上学期经调查，两个班大部分学生，基础非常差，有一半的学生连26个字母都写不齐，并且拼写不规范，学习不主动，对英语的兴趣不浓。两班共约有1/3的学生学习态度较认真，对英语较感兴趣，但是他们基础较弱，听写能力有待加强。本学期新生中，英语基础跟原来老生差不多，没有英语方面特别优秀的（均已通过口试调查），对英语学习兴趣不浓，学习态度被动。

二、采取的措施：

1、认真学习体现以素质教育为目标的新课程理念及学校工作计划，认真研究教材，和同年级老师共同制定了本学期教学工作计划，加强落实、反馈、总结计划的执行情况。

2、教学过程中，注意抓常规教学，以学生为主体，面向全体学生组织教学，注意培养学生的听说读写的能力，充分利用早读时间，要求学生大声朗读课文。

3、抓词汇和句型学习，经常进行听写训练，提高学生对记忆单词和句型的能力；另外从开学初就开始初狠抓英语课文背诵，并利用李阳老师的教学理念“用零碎时间攻克英语”制定了利用课前读英语、背英语的计划并狠抓落实。

4、课堂内外多听多说英语。老师上课时尽量用英语讲课，这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和课堂用语进行不同的形式进行对话。也可以结合实物、图片等用英语进行简单的描术，培养学生的语感。

5、抓小测验、单元测试过关，并注重复习。

三、教学方面的经验、存在问题及今后的做法：

1、教的方面：

深入了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教学，由于对每单元的单词和词组进行了多次强化训练，所以词汇的得分率比以前高；因加强了书面表达的英语背诵，所以英语作文得分率有了长足的提高。另外因狠抓落实“学习法”，使学生学习习惯得到进一步改善，我班英语成绩有了较大的突破，平均分、合格率、优秀率均稳中有升。虽然我们也进行了英语阅读训练，但学生阅读能力的提高不大。单选、完成句子的得分率还过得去，但综合知识未来得及操练其他项目得分率就较低。今后，应该加强完型填空、阅读理解和综合填空的训练。

2、学的方面

一要培养学生对英语学习有兴趣，二要培养学生的责任心从小事从感恩开始，并且要用班规来落实，坚持常年不断地、自觉得、随时随地接触英语、运用英语知识，英语成绩就会不断提高。经过一学期努力，大部分学生都觉得英语有进步，以前不要说是背，读都读不顺，而现在还能背些英语文章了。

如果只是为了应付考试，临时抱佛脚地补习，即使可以应付一时，但掌握的知识都是不牢固的。新旧知识就会顾此失彼。

总之，一学期的教学工作自己付出了很多，收到的回报也不少：领导的信任，使我精力充沛；同事的帮助，使我干劲十足；学生的渴求，使我信心倍增。我会努力填补自己在教学中的不足，不断改进教学方法。积极开发和有效利用课程资源，更好的为英语教学服务，力争在今后的英语教学工作中取得更好的成绩。我相信有耕耘总会有收获。
