一、强化观念更新，创新英语教学

英语新课程标准对英语学科的发展提出了新的要求，这就要求我们要认真学习理论，更新教学观念和知识结构，提高自身的综合素质，才能符合时代潮流的发展要求。在教学中，我们要求每位教师努力做到"三创新"-- 创新课堂教学设计，主要以学生的发展为本;创新教学方法，使教学活动由"教"向"学"转变，真正提高45分钟的课堂教学效率;创新教学手段，运用现代化教学技术和远程教育资源是创新外语教学的重要途径。

二、抓好教学业务工作，提高教师的专业素质

1.团结协作，发挥集体备课组的优势

备课是上好一节课的关键和前提。我们采取集体备课与个人备课相结合的办法。备课做到三定(定时间、定内容、定中心发言人)。四统一(统一教学目的的、统一重点、统一作业内容、统一教学进度)。集体备课主要以各年级备课组为单位，由各个备课组长负责，每周四第八节课为集体备课时间。每次备课由1名教师选定一个单元并主讲，明确本单元教学内容的重点、难点、疑点，基本习题，参考教法等。然后，同年级备课组教师进行讨论，最后达成共识，之后形成文字形式的教案。充分发挥备课组的力量，做到了教学资源共享。

2.抓好教研组活动这个主阵地，向45分钟要质量

课堂教学是学校教学工作的中心，也是教研活动的重要环节。教研活动的主要方向就是提高课堂教学的水平和教学质量。因此，英语课堂教学在教研活动中占有重要的地位。本学期我们每周四下午第八节课定为组教研活动。每周都有详细的活动安排，本学期共按排了六位教师的公开课和两位教师的师范课，针对课堂教学中出现的情况，提炼共性问题进行研讨，进一步明确了对策建议，使广大英语教师对一些问题有了清晰的认识。为了使大家能在意识上和教学方法上有一个大幅度的提高，在11月份，在学校的大力支持下，我们到其它兄弟学校去听课学习，大家一直反映非常好，在那里不光学到了同仁们的先进的教学方法和理念，更重要的是看到了教研组科学的管理方法，为我们今后的工作起了一定的指导作用。

3.认真落实“结对子”活动

针对英语教研组目前的现状，结合学校的教研活动，在教研组内部广泛开展了“结对助教”活动，由优秀教师指导年轻教师的教学，互相听课、评课，分阶段总结，开展了优秀教师的“示范课”，青年教师的“汇报课”活动。青年教师靳东东，刘春玲，高峰在经过一个学期的锻炼，在指导老师的帮助下，所上的汇报课受到了大家的好评，新老教师共同学习，共同提高。

三、努力开展课外活动，激发学生的学习兴趣

课外活动是重要的教学辅助手段，有利于增长知识、开阔视野。有目的、有组织地开展各种适合学生语言水平和年龄特点的课外活动，可使学生生动、活泼、主动地学习，可以激发他们的学习热情，培养兴趣。本学期根据教研组的活动安排，根据不同年级掌握的知识水平，组织一些丰富多彩的课外活动。全校的英语竞赛都圆满的结束了，各个年级在老师的认真辅导下都取得了很好的成绩。

四、大力提倡搞教学研究，努力提高教学质量

根据我校的特点，多数教师都能积极地进行大胆英语教学研究，主动地申报研究课题，平时多观察、多思考，能将在教学实践中发现的其它问题总结归纳并用文字表达出来。联系实际积极撰写外语教育教学论文，教学反思和教学设计。部分教师所撰写的教育教学论文，教学反思和教学设计还获得了市级奖。

1.分析教材，提高课堂效益。

虽然几年来我校一直采用人教教材，在教学中积累了一定的经验，但是每年该教材中也有相当的一部分会做出调整和变化。这种调整往好了说是适应新形势，往不好了说是没有个稳定性。因此，在拿到新教材之后，我认真地分析与思考对待新教材的教学方法上的改变，在对具体的课文操作上，哪个部分必须详讲，哪个部分可以略讲，哪些部分可以整合，哪些部分可以调整教学顺序，对这些内容我作到了心中有数，并在教学中得以体现与实施，并不断根据学生的特点予以改进。下面我谈一下我对于这些学生特点的认识。

2.分析学生，提高学生能力。

根据以往的经验，我认为八年级对于学生来说是一个比较重要的阶段，由于身心的急聚发展变化，带来了种种发展的可能性，既是发展的危险期，也是英语学习的低谷期，同时也不可避免的成为教育的关键期。面临着学习习惯的进一步养成，而学习难度进一步加大，但是还没有初三的物理与化学的压力，同时，逆反心理也渐渐变强的阶段。因此，我们所看到的初二学生常常是学习状态不好，而把老师的批评与教育当成了对他们的不尊重，容易受到不良风气影响等等，但同时，他们的身上又有很多优点值得我们去发现与激励。过去种种的经验与教训反复在告诫我们，初二的是学生的成长发展的转折点。因此，我不断的分析学生的特点，改变我的教学方式与方法，吸引学生的课堂注意力、激励学生的进步。

3.分析自我，提高教学水平

只有清楚的认识了自我，才能进一步的寻求突破和成功。对于考试的方向，讲课的方式形成了一定的套路，但是有些该成形的没有成形，不需要墨守成规的没有变化。因此，我在教学过程中注意了调整和改变。这些也因此成为了我教学中的亮点与应当发扬的地方。在英语的课堂上知识信息量大，能力要求高，英语课堂光凭耳朵听和眼睛看是远远不够的。作为英语老师，应当科学地指导学生做好英语笔记，培养学生成为能够自主学习的学习者，增强持之以恒、终身学习的能力与意识。那么，如何指导学生做好英语笔记，高效地学习英语呢？我在英语教学实践中做出了一些有益的尝试，认识在提高，经验在逐渐的积累，开始教学的几年里，我也要求学生记笔记，记录老师讲课的重点，学生记得零散，不系统，同时并没有加强检查，最后有一部分学生根本没有记笔记。为此，我接下来的学期中就要求每位学生要有笔记本，同时，加强了检查，这样，人人教有了笔记本，可是，检查后发现学生的学习能力不同，有时笔记的准确性都受到影响。学生笔记记的不准确，那么记忆起来会有负作用的。对此，我又进一步的调整了要求与作法，学生必须与我的板书一致。这样做的好处是加强了知识的准确性，学生的注意力也集中了，但有一点问题，就是效率太低。

4.分析成绩，提高课堂实效

每一次考试之后，我们几位任课老师都坐下来研究学生的成绩起伏变化，同时，改变了以往老师分析完就结束了的作法，变成了趁热打铁，立即找到重点的学生来谈学习上的要求。这样，学生在一次次的谈话中得到了提高，也有了点滴的变化，上课的状态进一步变好。

5.其它工作方面

回顾自己教学工作，还存在着一些不足，如本学期和学生的沟通时间少，多数时间在做自己的事情，占用了大量的课前准备和课后辅导的时间，也由于我没有很好的处理好写材料与课后辅导学生的关系。自己的情绪还是易受到班级内学习状态不好的学生的影响，今后要注意克服，尽量调动学生的学习积极性，对影响教学的学生尽量尽快处理，或警告后课后去处理，免得占用课上时间。

落实在实践中，面对我所教的这一班学生，别的我不想多说，我只有用更加热情的工作来尽量提高他们的水平和成绩。

本学期，我担任八年级(104)和(105)两班的教学，根据本学期教学工作计划安排及学生的实际，目前教学工作已结束，现就本学期教学工作总结如下：

一、学生的基本状况：

上学期经调查，两个班大部分学生，基础非常差，有一半的学生连26个字母都写不齐，并且拼写不规范，学习不主动，对英语的兴趣不浓。两班共约有1/3的学生学习态度较认真，对英语较感兴趣，但是他们基础较弱，听写能力有待加强。对英语学习兴趣不浓，学习态度很被动。

二、采取的措施：

1、认真学习体现以素质教育为目标的新课程理念及学校工作计划，认真研究教材，和王化老师共同制定了本学期教学工作计划，加强落实、反馈、总结计划的执行情况。

2、教学过程中，注意抓常规教学，以学生为主体，面向全体学生组织教学，注意培养学生的听说读写的能力，充分利用早读时间，要求学生大声朗读课文。

3、抓词汇和句型学习，经常进行听写训练，提高学生对记忆单词和句型的能力;另外从开学初就开始初狠抓英语课文背诵，并从李阳老师报告会后，利用李阳老师的教学理念“用零碎时间攻克英语”制定了利用课前读英语、背英语的计划并狠抓落实。

4、课堂内外多听多说英语。老师上课时尽量用英语讲课，这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和课堂用语进行不同的形式进行对话。也可以结合实物、图片等用英语进行简单的描术，培养学生的语感。

5、抓小测验、学案过关，并注重阶段性复习。

三、教学方面的经验、存在问题及今后的做法：

(1)教的方面：

积极使用杜郎口教学模式和灵石四中的学案模式进行教学深入了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教学，由于对每单元的单词和词组进行了多次强化训练，所以词汇的得分率比以前高;因加强了书面表达的英语背诵，所以英语作文得分率有了长足的提高。另外因狠抓落实“学习法”，使学生学习习惯得到进一步改善，我班英语成绩有了历史性突破，平均分、合格率、优秀率均名列前茅。虽然我们也进行了英语阅读训练，但学生阅读能力的提高不大。单选、完成句子的得分率还过得去，但综合知识未来得及操练其他项目得分率就较低。今后，应该加强完型填空、阅读理解和综合填空的训练。

(2)学的方面：

一要培养学生对英语学习有兴趣，二要培养学生的责任心从小事从感恩开始，率先使用“积分制”并且要用班规来落实，坚持常年不断地、自觉得、随时随地接触英语、运用英语知识，英语成绩就会不断提高。经过一学期努力，大部分学生都觉得英语有进步，以前不要说是背，读都读不顺，而现在还能背些英语文章了。

如果只是为了应付考试，临时抱佛脚地补习，即使可以应付一时，但掌握的知识都是不牢固的，新旧知识就会顾此失彼。

第一，确立与新课程相适应的教育观念。

学生是学习的主体，老师不能代替学生读书，代替学生感知，代替学生观察、分析、思考，代替学生明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。老师只能让学生自己读书，自己感受事物，自己观察、分析、思考，从而明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。于是我改变“一言堂”，把课堂还给学生，形成师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的教学过程。

第二，使学生明白学习目的。

要学好英语，首先要使学生认识到学这一语言的目的和意义。众所周知，人类社会已经进入了21世纪，新的世界将是个充满竞争和多变的世纪，中国要在跨世纪的竞争中取得主动，中华民族要腾飞，要最终取决于优秀科技人才的涌现。如果我们不懂英语，怎么去了解世界?就拿三亚来说，第55届世界小姐竞选在三亚举行，许多外国游客来旅游。如果我们不会说英语，也听不懂他们说什么，就无法与他们交流，沟通，更谈不上有商业交易了。只有学生自觉地把自己的理想与祖国的前途和命运联系起来，才会对英语学习真正感兴趣，这种兴趣也有可能转为学习英语的动力。因此我结合本地区学生的实际情况，通读和节选教材，围绕着最简单、最基本、最常用的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等进行教学，使学生对英语产生兴趣，形成学习动机。

第三，努力建立融洽的师生关系。

相对来说，初中生比小学生独立性强，自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学习的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。

优美婉转的琴声，活泼可爱的安琪儿天使，这就是我的名字——。我今年x岁，是xx市34中八年级(二)班的一名学生。我的性格也和我的名字一样，既如天使般天真活泼，又似委婉的琴声般内向文静，就像相辅相成的太极协和图。因为出生在一个知识分子家庭，我从小就很喜欢看书，尤其是历史类和文学类书籍，我经常畅游在书籍的无边海洋里，汲取着知识的营养，感受着无穷的乐趣。我也十分喜爱写作，经常从生活的平凡小事中捕捉灵感，自拟题目构思练笔，或随笔，或感想，或日记，自得其乐。除此之外，弹琴就是我的最大特长了。我从小就喜欢音乐，从三年级开始接触古筝，今年已经考过了中央音乐学院校外音乐考级古筝九级，而且得了个优秀，现正向演奏专业水平级别进发。我从不把弹琴仅仅当作任务来看，而是作为一种放松。因为对音乐的接触较多，我还会弹一些短小的钢琴曲，自己动手作曲写一些简单的歌也是我的一大偏爱。

除此之外，我还爱好书法和绘画。因为我的兴趣爱好广泛，所以走出了一条光荣的荆棘路。小学阶段我的绘画经常在学校获奖，小学二年级时还得过全国少儿书画大赛的铜奖;五年级时，我获得过徐州市小学生寒假作文大赛的一等奖;今年夏天，我从北京捧回了华夏艺术风采国际大赛的民乐组金奖奖杯，名字也因此被列入中华少年英才数据库。若不是与学习时间冲突，今年国庆节前我还得出国参加演出和比赛呢。当然我最热爱的、也是我投入最大精力的还是我的学习。我坚信“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”，只有付出一份耕耘，才可能有一份收获。

Now I will introduce myself briefly. I am 21 years old. I was born in Heilongjiang province, northeast of China. I am a senior student at Beijing University. My major is packaging engineering.
