【二】.所教班级学生基本情况分析：

今年八年级学生重新分班组合，本班学生来自于上年的五个班，英语基础方面还很薄弱，经过上学期我们几位英语老师的不懈努力，学生的基础知识得到了加强，学习态度也有所好转。但是学生整体的惰性还是很强，自觉性很差。

另外，学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流；有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识；大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性；不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。

【三】教学目标与个人奋斗目标：

让学生掌握一般将来时与一般过去时，复习现在进行时；掌握形容词与副词的比较等级；学习宾语从句；掌握简单句的五种句型。

钻研新课标，提高教学水平，真正做到教学相长，学习“洋思教学模式”，努力达到学校规定的教学指标。

【四】具体措施：

1. 每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

英语课的工具性特点决定了这一门学科靠死记硬背是学不好的，它体现的并不完全是你学了多少单词，而是一种英语综合能力的全面提高。在这种教学理念的促使下我不断的探索、尝试新的教法、新的课型着重培养学生的英语逻辑思维能力。从教的几年来我不间断的探索里一些新的教学思路和方法如30秒活动，对错猜测活动，讲故事，解决实际问题，阅读理解的做题技巧沈式代入法等。这些生动有趣的课型的开展，不仅是课堂内容的有益补充，更是激起了同学们对英语这门学科的热爱。实践证明，学生很喜欢上这样的课，这也是我以后继续探索、努力的方向。

3、多形式英语教学，提高英语课堂教学的效益。

注重教法改革，不断探索英语教学规律，大胆尝试新的教学方法，开展了情趣英语教学方法，求异思维教学法，交际教学法等一系列英语教学新法，激发学生兴趣，让英语教学“活”起来。在英语课堂上，我组织课前几分钟开展听说训练，运用做游戏、唱英语歌、表演等方式诱发学生的学习兴趣，课堂教学中运用实物教具，幻灯片，创设情景，设置悬念等教学手段启发学生，活跃气氛，收到了良好的教学效果。同时鼓励学生大胆质疑，充分调动学生主观能动性，改变教师垄断课堂恶习，真正形成以学生为主体，教师为主导的教学方式。学生疑难之外，我总是不厌其烦地讲课，分析、带读，让他们能懂，会用。

在几年的英语教学中我深深的体会到：英语教学关键是一个活字，死扣书本和靠背单词是出不了成绩的。对活的理解是多种多样的，有上课时幽默的语言，联系实际的机智，英语组织课堂的运用，有教学模式的改变，有教学手法上的更新。我在教学中能活字当先，不拘一格，所以我的英语课受到同学们的喜爱和欢迎。这几年的英语教学，也取得了一定的成绩。

二、班主任工作

在教好书的同时我从未放弃过育好人。任现职以来，我担任了三年班主任，其中2年初三班主任。我在班主任工作中，主要做到两个字爱和严。我以一颗博大无私的爱去滋润颗颗幼苗，使他们茁壮成长。我采取以身作则，宽严相济的科学管理办法。我始终坚持以下原则：有一颗爱心这是做好工作的前提。细心、耐心、诚心这是做好工作的基础。严格要求，措施得力这是做好工作的保证。这使我在班主任工作中取得了较好的成绩，既改变了一批后进生，又培养了一批优秀的学生。由于我工作的成绩，得到学校领导和上级部门的肯定，__年我所带的初二(4)班被评为集团公司优秀中队。__年，我所带的初三(4)班被评为集团公司文明班级。

三、教育管理工作

做为教育管理工作，除了以身作则、勤奋努力、积极向上，还必须有一套科学的行之有效的教育管理方法。这年来，我对学生管理是宽严相济。首先是“严”。严师出高徒，古训言之。我每接手一个班，首先用制度去约束人，用行为去规范人，我制定了一套完整班规班纪，让学生在纪律和道德范围内约束自己，去发挥个性;其次是“宽”、是“爱”。

四、其他方面

1、自从参加工作以来我不怕困难，勇挑重担，一直担任两个班的英语教学，也曾跨年级代课，总是让自己应届挑战，不畏难，这几年虽然一直忙碌，但却非常的充实。让我对教师这个职业更加的热爱。也更加喜欢学校的工作氛围。

2、参加工作以来我一直能遵守学校的各项规章制度和学校的劳动纪律。不迟到、不早退，多年来矿工数为零。积极参与学校组织的各种活动，劳逸结合，和学生打成一片。

3、参加工作以来我一直能和同事们相处融洽，无论是老教师、中年教师、青年教师还是后勤人员都能和睦相处，与人为善，真诚待人。同时也感谢领导和同事的帮助和关怀使我不断的成长和进步。

捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去，陶行知先生的真知灼言，言犹在耳，我深感一位人民教师的责任，也深感一位人民教师的光荣，成绩属于过去，未来才属于自己，作为一个青年教师，我知道我工作才刚刚开始，我还有很多需要学习和改进的地方，教师的不断学习才能更好的教育学生。在以后的日子里，我惟有勇于进取，不断创新，才能取得更大的成绩。
