相信汗水不会白流，曾经的低落和高潮都是那么的美，那么的值得我们去回忆。从中总结经验，这会让一个人变得成熟起来，成功是信念与行动的结合 品，最值得回忆的是伱奋斗的过程，果实是必不可少的，要知道那些成熟的背后，是别人意想不到的辛劳付出。

经过这些年的工作， 我总结出了一句话：“人生，没有捷径。”。

一转眼，一个学年又结束了，回顾过去这一个学年的英语教学工作，有收获的喜悦与甘甜，但也有挫折时的彷徨与无奈。这些心灵的历程使得我更加热爱自己所从事的这份教育工作。为了能够取人之长补已之短，以利于在今后更好地开展自己的工作，在此对本学年的教学工作做了如下一些总结。

今年上半学年，我接任教八年级(6)班的英语下半学年又接任了八(3)班的英语。经过一年的学习，他们的学习目的明确，比较好学，成绩有所提高;学习态度认真，基础知识比较扎实，课堂气氛比较活跃。英语是中学生的一门主课，无论是学校、家长还是学生都很重视它，但是不少学生觉得这门功课单调枯燥，学起来吃力，甚至有不少学生放下了它。究其原因，是学生对英语学习的接触面小，说练机会少，没有语言学习环境，以及他与中文的部分反差的诸多因素，使得学生对英语学习常常存在“厌、怕、弃”的不健康的心理。这使我不得不改善教学方法。

第一、确立与新课程相适应的教育观念，努力“探究师生双重学习模式”教学理念。

学生是学习的主体，老师不能代替学生读书，代替学生感知，代替学生观察、分析、思考，代替学生明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。老师只能让学生自己读书，自己感受事物，自己观察、分析、思考，从而明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。于是我改变“一言堂”，把课堂还给学生，构成师生交往、用心互动、共同发展的教学过程。

第二、使学生自己掌控课堂。

要学好英语，首先要使学生认识到学这一语言的目的和好处，我结合本班学生的实际状况，通读和节选教材，围绕着最简单、最基本、最常用的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等进行教学，使学生对英语产生兴趣，构成学习动机。课堂尽量交给学生，给学生展示自己，锻炼自己胆量的机会合舞台。

第三，努力建立融洽的师生关系。

我时常问学生这样一个问题“你们觉得老师离你们远吗?”，相对来说，初中生比小学生独立性强，自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学习的兴趣。所以我务必树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生，耐心细致地指导学生，主动和他们交流，谈心，使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师，循循善诱和激发学生学习的用心性，大胆求异创新;课后我却成为他们的好朋友，无话不谈，亮起心灵之光;生活上，我是他们的大姐姐，关怀备至。

第四，严谨治学，持续良好的教态。

教师的教风直接影响学生的学风。对课堂驾驭的一言一行，无时无刻不在影响着学生。老师的教学语言和教态对学生的学习有直接的影响。老师的教态好，学生就喜欢，他们听课的兴趣就高，理解知识也快。反之，学生就不喜欢，甚至厌恶。个性是正处于青春期的初中生，看问题开始有可独立的见解，对他们更要注意教态和教学语言的使用。如我叫学生进行表演展示时，我的表情自然亲切，让他们感受到老师对他们的信任，这样学生就增添了勇气，就能大胆地展示自己。

第五、用心创造语言情景。

目前教材充分吸收了国际上新的外语教学理念和实践经验，注重对学生综合语言潜力的培养和训练，强调以学生为主体的有好处的语言实践活动，为教学营造了简单愉快、用心向上的学习氛围。教材图文并茂，安排了超多生动搞笑的活动资料，使英语学习变得容易而搞笑。教材围绕着实用的话题，逐步开展教学资料和实践活动，贴合中学生的年龄、心理特征和学习语言的规律。它强调运用任务型教学法把探究性学习引入外语学习中，使学生主动融入创造性的、有好处的整体语言学习中。所以我想方设法创设语言情景以激发学生的求知欲，从而提高他们的学习兴趣。在听与说中培养语言潜力，在听与说中激发学生的热情和兴趣。

不足之处:目前任务型教学法是新课程理念下的创新教学法中的最重要一种，结合学校师生双重合作模式。教师是活动的设计者，组织者，学生是交际者。在课堂上个性是上新课语法讲解时，我总怕学生不懂，不知不觉就讲多了，没有给学生思考的空间;知识传授比重还是比较大，离做到10+35模式还有必须的距离。今后我用心加强自身的课程改革理论学习，转变教育理念，建立以学生为本的教育观念，树立活动教学观，争取做一名具有现代素养的人民教师。

经过一个学年的努力，学年统考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学一学年的教学成果。我明白这并不是最重要的，重要的是在今后如何自我提高，如何共同提高学生的英语水平。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问，多想，多向前辈学习，争取进步。以上就是我在本学期的教学工作总结。由于经验颇浅，许多地方存在不足，期望在未来的日子里，能在各位领导老师，前辈的指导下，取得更好成绩。

本册教材参考了国内外先进的语言教学学法等教学的优点，思考到学生特点，激发他们的兴趣，调动了他们的用心性和求知欲。

员的介绍，第二单元是各个国家的介绍，第三单元是北京之旅，第四单元是准备回家所用东西。四个单元以一条主线，分步展开教学，贴合学生心

必须的了解，充满了好奇心和兴趣，学习的热情相当高的，因此教师要调动学生的用心性，持续其对学习的热情，才能在教学过程中更加灵活地运用适当的教学方法，更好地完成教学
