I am a 21-year-old female from Guangxi Province. I was enrolled into ... University in 20xx and my major is Chinese language and literature. I study hard and often get good grades in all my courses. I love reading Chinese novels, short stories, poems and proses. I like writing too. I keep a diary. It is my closest companion.

Not like others, I sometimes would read out what I write in my diary to my best friends to share my joy and sorrow with them. I am an outgoing person and get along with others very well

在新的学期里感谢领导为我的考虑，同时根据学校工作需要，我服从了领导的安排，我又新接手八年级（2）班级的英语教学工作。虽然最近几年来，我一直在教八、九年级的英语课，对于课本有一定程度上的熟悉，对学生心理特点有一定的掌握，但我觉得“岁岁年年花相似，年年岁岁人不同”。因此我在教育教学过程中依然认真学习，研究教法。正因为有了以上的认识，对本期的教学我有了如下的作法：

1.分析教材，提高课堂效益。

虽然几年来我校一直采用人教教材，在教学中积累了一定的经验，但是每年该教材中也有相当的一部分会做出调整和变化。这种调整往好了说是适应新形势，往不好了说是没有个稳定性。因此，在拿到新教材之后，我认真地分析与思考对待新教材的教学方法上的改变，在对具体的课文操作上，哪个部分必须详讲，哪个部分可以略讲，哪些部分可以整合，哪些部分可以调整教学顺序，对这些内容我作到了心中有数，并在教学中得以体现与实施，并不断根据学生的特点予以改进。下面我谈一下我对于这些学生特点的认识。

2.分析学生，提高学生能力。

根据以往的经验，我认为八年级对于学生来说是一个比较重要的阶段，由于身心的急聚发展变化，带来了种种发展的可能性，既是发展的危险期，也是英语学习的低谷期，同时也不可避免的成为教育的关键期。面临着学习习惯的进一步养成，而学习难度进一步加大，但是还没有初三的物理与化学的压力，同时，逆反心理也渐渐变强的阶段。因此，我们所看到的初二学生常常是学习状态不好，而把老师的批评与教育当成了对他们的不尊重，容易受到不良风气影响等等，但同时，他们的身上又有很多优点值得我们去发现与激励。过去种种的经验与教训反复在告诫我们，初二的是学生的成长发展的转折点。因此，我不断的分析学生的特点，改变我的教学方式与方法，吸引学生的课堂注意力、激励学生的进步。

3.分析自我，提高教学水平

只有清楚的认识了自我，才能进一步的寻求突破和成功。对于考试的方向，讲课的方式形成了一定的套路，但是有些该成形的没有成形，不需要墨守成规的没有变化。因此，我在教学过程中注意了调整和改变。这些也因此成为了我教学中的亮点与应当发扬的地方。在英语的课堂上知识信息量大，能力要求高，英语课堂光凭耳朵听和眼睛看是远远不够的。作为英语老师，应当科学地指导学生做好英语笔记，培养学生成为能够自主学习的学习者，增强持之以恒、终身学习的能力与意识。那么，如何指导学生做好英语笔记，高效地学习英语呢？我在英语教学实践中做出了一些有益的尝试，认识在提高，经验在逐渐的积累，开始教学的几年里，我也要求学生记笔记，记录老师讲课的重点，学生记得零散，不系统，同时并没有加强检查，最后有一部分学生根本没有记笔记。为此，我接下来的学期中就要求每位学生要有笔记本，同时，加强了检查，这样，人人教有了笔记本，可是，检查后发现学生的学习能力不同，有时笔记的准确性都受到影响。学生笔记记的不准确，那么记忆起来会有负作用的。对此，我又进一步的调整了要求与作法，学生必须与我的板书一致。这样做的好处是加强了知识的准确性，学生的注意力也集中了，但有一点问题，就是效率太低。

4.分析成绩，提高课堂实效

每一次考试之后，我们几位任课老师都坐下来研究学生的成绩起伏变化，同时，改变了以往老师分析完就结束了的作法，变成了趁热打铁，立即找到重点的学生来谈学习上的要求。这样，学生在一次次的谈话中得到了提高，也有了点滴的变化，上课的状态进一步变好。

5.其它工作方面

回顾自己教学工作，还存在着一些不足，如本学期和学生的沟通时间少，多数时间在做自己的事情，占用了大量的课前准备和课后辅导的时间，也由于我没有很好的处理好写材料与课后辅导学生的关系。自己的情绪还是易受到班级内学习状态不好的学生的影响，今后要注意克服，尽量调动学生的学习积极性，对影响教学的学生尽量尽快处理，或警告后课后去处理，免得占用课上时间。

落实在实践中，面对我所教的这一班学生，别的我不想多说，我只有用更加热情的工作来尽量提高他们的水平和成绩。

Im ×××，26 years old , born in ××city ,HeNan Province.In year 1996,I entered ×××University, majoring in Machincal Designing and Producing. During those 4 yearsstudy,I worked hard and I was always active in various activities. I gained the first scholarship for four times and I joined the Communist Party at the college.

After my graduation in June 20xx,I worked in ××××company. I got a position in the Technology Department the first year and I was involved in several internet projects, such as the one for College student Recruitment in Henan Province andthe one for Computer Center in Mathmatics Department in Zhengzhou University. Owning to my hard work ,I was rewarded the Best Newcomer Prize in the year 20xx. The next year, I was transferred into the Principal Customer Department, responsible for the Developing and strengthening a good relationship between the

principal customers and my company. Two major customers, Henan Provincipal Department of Transportation and Henan Provincial Department of Personnel, are under my work.
