首先，在英语教学方面。按照实习之初的计划，实习的前两周我们的主要任务是听课和评课。从实习的第三周开始，我体验了几节正规的英语教学课。真实的英语课堂与我们平日的模拟课堂是完全不一样的。在真实的课堂中，学生的水平参差不齐，掌握知识的程度不一样，接受新知识的速度也不一样。而老师要面对全体学生展开教学不能仅仅局限于几个人。

二、班主任工作

(1)在工作准备方面

首先我能较快的了解整个班级的情况特点。我觉得我们应该用自己的眼睛用心去观察了解这个班级，了解学生，毕竟我们面对的还是学生，这也是对我们工作的一个考验。接下来我就通过班委会议了解了班级的一些日常工作以及班委的一些职责。

起首在这我自己得重新审阅一下大学里所学的讲授法了，思考后对它有以下三点新的了解，觉得它在讲授中最少起到了“三条线”的作用。

第一条线，它是一个标准，不论我们衡量一节课上的优劣，还是评价一个老师讲授水平的坎坷，我们都在有熟悉或无熟悉地用讲授法课上学到的知识往衡量。这远比只看考试结果要公道的多。既然是标准那也就是偏向，也就是我们作为老师不停完善自己的参考标准。要做一个合格的老师，做一个让门生喜好的老师，简单地说既要有学问魅力，又要有人格魅力;讲堂上讲授严谨又要不乏幽默，课下与门生打成一片，时刻进步自己。这些道理我们读懂，但具体怎样做才能有学问魅力，才能有人格魅力，这些我们就得参照讲授法课上所学，一点一滴的往渐渐学习、积累、探究了。

写教案从何动手，修正时应细致哪些题目;评课，议课应遵照甚么样的准绳;与门生交换和上课处置惩罚意外情况应当朝着哪一个偏向;到了总结与反思的时候，那些是要改进的，哪些是要连续发扬的等等这些具体题目的办理我们都需要参照讲授法。

一些老师讲堂讲授也组织了很多运动，氛围很热烈，门生很活跃，但整节课仿佛显得有点混乱，门生不知学到甚么，讲授效果如何都难以测定，让人总觉得不知是多了点甚么，还是少了点甚么。觉得一节课就是用几个运动简单堆砌起来的。这样，几节课的重复与堆砌就是一个单元的讲授，几个单元讲授的重复与堆砌就是一学期的讲授。而讲授法不同，它让我们的堆砌有了章法，有了布局，可以堆出高楼大厦，也能够堆出艺术作品。总之，它让我们的讲堂活了起来，没必要遵照甚么死理，有了自己的生长偏向;让我们的讲授活了起来，可以四周走动。

第三条线，它相当于一个桥梁性的东西，让我们的讲授从应试教育峻峭的过渡到素质教育。

我们总是说应试教育贻害不浅，对门生以“分”定能力坎坷;对老师以“分”定人为几多。这不光抹杀了门生的创造性，埋没了他们的潜力，乃至扭曲了他们的人格，构成门生逆反生理严重，高分低能等后果;同时糜费了老师的血汗，乃至还要被家长唾骂，打击了老师改进讲授的信心，从而整体影响了国度的教育事业。因此很多人喊着要取消高考，取消考试才能实现素质教育，那可就大错特错了。

1、听课

听课这一环节占据了我实习的大部分时间，也是很重要的一个环节。听课的主要目的在于明确当今英语实际授课的情况，看指导老师如何组织一堂课，如何讲课，如何和学生沟通。最主要目的就是学会自己上课。

在听课方面，我总是尽量的多听课，为自己积累经验，除了听自己的指导老师的课，还去听其他的指导老师说的课，偶尔碰巧也会听实习老师的课。听的课也是五花八门，整合起来正好是一个单元的授课全过程，包括单词的学习，单元的导入，课文的讲解，语法的分析，练习题和单元测试的讲评。

经过两周的听课训练，我基本了解了当今高中英语课的授课模式和流程。现在的课堂虽然有多媒体的辅助，但基本上还是以教师讲解为中心，只是在课堂形式和授课方式上有所改变，课堂也更加灵活。听课过程中我着重注意老师讲课的语气，内容的详略，课堂活动的组织以及课堂指令的发送。同时，也会反思老师为什么这样做，如果换做是我我又会如何讲课，会不会做得更好。所有这些都为我的实战课铺平了道路。

2、作业批改

实习生唯一能帮指导老师做的可能就是批改学生的日常作业。虽然在以往的学习中也或多或少的帮老师改过作业，但现在是以老师的身份批改。正是在作业批改中体会到了作业的巨大作用，通过作业可以发现学生当前学习中存在的问题。以前作为学生，总觉得作业是一种负担，今天才算真正了解老师的良苦用心。每次批改作业都会详细的记录每位学生存在的问题，并在作业上留下相应的评语，或是鼓励，或是指出问题所在。

通过作业的批改还可以了解学生的性格特点，比如有的学生认真，有的诚实，有的则粗心大意毛手毛脚。渐渐地发现自己喜欢上了批改作业，批改作业的过程似乎是在跟学生进行心灵的交流，真是一种享受。但批改作业的难点在于如何写评语。大众化的评语，不仅学生连我自己都厌倦了，为了写出有新意的评语我真是绞尽脑汁。这些积累又是我的一大财富。

3、讲课

经过两周的见习听课，迎来了我的重头戏，讲课。指导老师给予我极大的信任，给我一个单元的内容，用两周的时间，按照自己的安排，自主完成全部的教学内容。为了不影响我的授课思路，老师没有给我他上课使用的课件。老师鼓励我按照自己的思路放心大胆的教。在内容安排上，授课形式上老师也完全尊重我的意愿。

首先进行的便是备课。

平日里看老师上课很轻松，可是到自己真正备起课来还真不是件容易的事。备课不是简单地重现教材，但教材却是备课的基础。我仔细阅读了教材和教师用书对教学大纲的要求，慢慢的形成了自己的思路，然后再一点一点以文字的形式呈现出来，一节课便初具模型了。但其中的细节却不是一两句话可以说得清楚的，不仅是涵盖知识点，还要充分考虑学生的情况。如何用生动的语言把知识传授给学生并且让学生乐于接受。对这一切只能是站在学生的立场思考，想他们想学到什么，想以什么样的方式学。

备课后接下来便是实战了，走上课堂，正式的给学生上课。真实的课堂与学校模拟的课堂可以说是天壤之别。我面对的是一群实实在在的学生，我不是在模拟教学，也不是在讲示范课，而是实际的教学生新知识，我教的好坏直接决定了他们的学习。好在有指导老师听课，很感激老师的付出，每节课都在教室后面听我讲课，课后又给我提供指导性的意见和建议。

第一节课后，整体感觉还行，没有想象的那么紧张，整个授课过程也挺自然的。但问题也很多。首先课堂节奏的把握上不到位，时间控制不好，节奏太快太急，好像被赶着往前跑，从而导致留给学生反思的时间几乎没有。其次是备课不充分，有些内容讲不出所以然来。这节课给我最大的感受是，讲台下坐着的是等待知识浇灌的幼苗，而不是已经枝繁叶茂的大树。我在课堂语言的使用上超出了学生现在的水平。这都是因为没有充分了解学生造成的。

接下来的几节课在老师的帮助和指导下变得越来越好。每节课课后都会收到老师的反馈，像讲课声音太小，练习目的不明确，课堂指令发送不到位等。在老师一次次精心的指导下，我慢慢地成熟了。老师经常对我说，“一堂好课不是看是否完整的呈现了备课，而是看我们真正教会了学生什么。不要期望学生一下子接受我们所教给他们的全部内容，每节课有一点点就足够了。”在教学理论上，老师还经常强调要关注学生的能力，“我们所讲的东西，要让学生用力跳一跳就够得着，不要太高，否则会挫伤学生的信心，而太低学生又会失去兴趣。”

再看那乌黑的短发从中间分开，用两个黄色的小卡子别起来，显得多精神呀!

我也有自己的爱好，喜欢画画，喜欢制作，喜欢想象。有一天下午放学回家，我在阳台上玩。我把包装了洗衣机的两个大泡沫板掏了两个洞，套在了胳膊上。我本来想做机器人，可胳膊一抬，两个泡沫板向后翘了起来，我又把胳膊前后动了两下，觉得就像要飞一样。我想：这多么像鸽子呀!

我高兴极了，不停地扇动着两个“大翅膀”，一边扇一边喊：“妈妈，快来看鸽子!”妈妈跑来左看看，右看看，奇怪地问：“鸽子在哪儿?”我说：“妈妈，你看我像不像鸽子。”妈妈一看，哈哈大笑，说：“你怎么这么有趣呀!”
