培养学生口语交际能力，坚持以人为本，开发学生的潜能，弘扬学生个性，以课堂教学为杠杆，以读、听、说、写为主要内容，以多种形式活动为主体，争取多方面的培养环境，使学生的口语交际能力在开放性的教学中得到提高，在鲜活语言交际中发展。我校实验教师准备分以下三个阶段进行研究探索。

1、说响阶段。它是说话能力培养的初始阶段，其核心是帮助学生扫除畏惧心理，树立敢说的意识。初入学的孩子就处于这一阶段，他们大多不敢用普通话说，要不就是说话声音不响亮，自信心不够。这个阶段应当尽量营造轻松愉快的说话氛围，调动和激发学生的主动性和积极性，降低说话难度，少作内容方面的要求，以敢于说话、把话说响作为阶段训练的总目标。

2、说通阶段。这是说话能力培养的第二个阶段，其核心是提高学生语言运用的能力和技巧，并适当训练声音运用的技巧，尽量使语言准确流畅。这一阶段，学生已基本有了主动说话的习惯和敢于说话的信心，可开始适当地提出说话内容方面的要求和综合运用议论、抒情、描述等表达方式的要求，以及声音使用技巧方面的一些要求。在训练的形式上，可采用围绕一个意思谈话、讨论的形式，也可采用演讲、即席发言、有充分准备的辩论等形式。

3、说美阶段。它是说话能力培养的高级阶段，其核心是在声音、语言、情态等方面进行综合训练和实践，最终使学生说话时表情自然、体态大方、声音动听、话语优美。此阶段更要营造一个轻松愉悦的说话环境，让学生切实感受到说话的魅力，真正成为说话的主人。让每个学生无拘无束地进行口语交流。在说话训练的形式上，可采用即席发言、即兴演讲、辩论、答问、采访等较具应变性和情景性的高难度的说话形式。

五、课题研究的目标

1、培养学生用普通话交谈的能力，激发学生说话的兴趣。

2、培养学生倾听、表达和应对的能力，使学生具有文明和谐地进行人际交流的素养。

3、促进学生素质的全面发展，培养合作精神。

4、培养和锻炼实验教师，使其教学水平、科研能力及综合素质得到提高。

六、课题研究的策略与措施

(一)兴趣——入门的向导。“燃起学生的渴望和学习热情”是提高教学质量的先决条件，在校内的调查和学生座谈中发现，喜欢上语文、数学课的学生寥寥无几。因而实验教师在实验过程中应注意口语交际兴趣的培养。

1、提高学生的思想认识，让学生意识到口语交际的重要性。

2、营造自由平等的口语交际氛围。叶圣陶先生曾说：“学生练习作文，重要的是要他们学会表达自己的思想感情。”可见自由表达是发展个性的极佳途径。营造了宽松的氛围，学生无拘无束，能畅所欲言，说自己所想，谈自身所感。

3、教师讲一讲自己和周围的人的交流体会，学生也可列举身边口语交际能力强、弱方面的典型例子，并搜集有关口语表达方面的词语。如：伶牙俐齿、能说会道、口若悬河、笨嘴拙舌、茶壶里煮饺子，有口倒不出等，引导学生归纳，并从中明白应做哪类人，活动中燃起学生的兴趣和兴趣。当然，除了兴趣之外，还有一种不会说、说不好的压力，想练习说话交际的动力。

(二)知识——能力的基石

“话”不仅是“开心的钥匙”，也是传递信息的载体，还是人的综合素质和能力的外化反映。口语交际是一种即时性很强的活动，只有具备了丰富的知识储备，有较好的文化素养，才能启其心志，在具体的直面对话中巧妙对答，应对自如。实验教师还注意引导学生课外积累。

1、增加课外阅读量。

2、搜集名人名言、格言警句，整理谚语、歇后语，并交流学习。

(三)技巧——成功的翅膀。有了兴趣，具备了较为丰富的知识，还要教给学生口语交际的技巧。如：让学生区别比较感悟同样一句话，语气、表情不同，效果差异就大的情况。让学生在交往过程中认真听，听明白;有话说，会说话。听别人说话要集中精力，态度谦恭诚恳，双目正视对方，不随意打岔，体态自然大方，不做不礼貌的动作。

(四)实践——能力的展示

1、抓住课堂这个主阵地，训练学生的口语表达。

(1)规范学生的口语表达，让学生用普通话交流，并在全校推广普通话。要求学生一进校园都说通顺、文明的普通话，慢慢地普通话流利、准确了。也逐渐区别方言和普通话了。

(2)上好每个单元里的口语交际课，实验教师不因口语交际不检测而马虎从事或者是挪作他用。在课前精心准备教具或去社会调查，课堂上师生兴趣盎然，有些课入情入境

(3)语文课堂中，每一课都要有培养学生口语表达的教学设计。

(4)延伸教材。开展编课本剧的活动，进行情景表演，启发学生想象用表情、动作、不同语气来加深口语表达。

2、在活动中锻炼胆量，培养能力。

(1)语文课题组与少先队配合，开展多种形式的活动。如：“课本剧，诗朗诵，讲故事”。在活动中，学生尝到了成功的甘甜，口语表达的积极性更高了。

(2)争取广阔的练习口语的环境。我们每位学生都可以去社会大课堂中历练。在具体的口语交际中，感受社会，锻炼胆量，培养能力。

七、实验研究的实施阶段及实验方法

(一)准备阶段(.7-.2)

1、 实验教师的论证定题。

2、 选择实验对象，并进行前期摸底。

3、 编制实验方案。

(二)试验阶段(006.7-.7)

1、 加强理论学习，并贯穿于试验研究的始终。

2、 确定两项制定。

(1)定期研究制度。

(2)定期总结制度。

(三)评估阶段(.7)

1、 对实验对象进行检测。

2、 完成各种文字资料的收集整理。

3、 完成研究报告的撰写。

研究方法：

文献研究、观察研究、对比研究、经验总结、个案分析等方法。

I am linjiang. I was born in jilin changchun. I graduate from Henan University of Urban Construction. I started learning English since I was 15 years old.My father is a farmer . And my mother is a housewife. I am the youngest one in my family. My brother have a lot of American friends. That’s why I have no problem communicating with Americans or others by speaking English.

In my spare time, I like to do anything relating to English such as listening to English songs, watching English movies or TV programs, or even attending the activities held by some English clubs or institutes. I used to go University for a short- term English study. During that time, I learned a lot of daily life English and saw a lot of different things.

I think language is very interesting. I could e=press one substanceby using different sounds. So I wish I could study and read more English enlarge my knowledge.

我们每个人，或多或少都有过自卑的心理，觉得自己不行。这时候，我们需要自己给自己一点信心，如果自己都不能相信自己，我们又怎么能期望别人相信自己呢?

为什么别人能做到的事情，我们不能呢?只要我们够努力，别人能做到，我们也可以做得到，甚至可能会做得更好。因为，我们并不比任何人差!

身在职场中，我们或许会遭遇到不公平的指责，会遭受排挤，会受委屈，会经历太多过去没有经历过的事情，这时候，我们更要冷静。
