一、课题研究的意义

课标指出“口语交际能力实现代公民的必备能力”因此“培养学生倾听、表达和应对的能力，使学生具有文明和谐地进行人际交流的素养”就越来越凸显出其重要意义。其一，有利于新课程改革的推进，促进教育科研;其二，有利于提高教育教学质量;其三，有利于学生积极乐观的学习品质的培养;其四，有利于培养全面发展的学生;第五，有利于教师教育教学教研水平的提高;第六，有利于学生思维能力的发展;第七，有利于学生形成良好的人际交往能力。

二、课题研究的必要性

1、社会发展的需要。随着社会的发展、社会交际活动的广泛、活跃、频繁，口语交际能力成为现代公民必备的能力要求。“口语交际”成为小学语文教学一个重要而崭新的课型。

2、是学生能力培养的需要。

“只有差别，没有差生”孩子们都是聪明无邪的，但其生活环境让学生的特长得不到展示，个性得不到张扬。学生在课堂上经常出现这样的现象：不敢在众人面前开口说话;话未出口脸先红，声音小;说不清、说不完整一句通顺流利的话;即使能表达但也不自信，还有口语和书面语、方言和普通话混为一谈。透过这些现象我们感觉到培养学生的口语交际能力迫在眉睫。

3、学科及课改的需要。

培养学生的口语交际能力，是语文新课程的要求，是素质教育的重要组成部分，是关注每个学生的身心健康发展的需要。促进学生个性发展是素质的本质内涵，也是我们培养学生口语交际能力的出发点。

三、课题研究的理论依据

马克思主义的科学实践观是语文教学的理论依据。教育学、心理学以及语文学习的规律告诉我们“语言作为交际工具，只有在人际交往中才能真正掌握”。

四、课题研究的基本构想

培养学生口语交际能力，坚持以人为本，开发学生的潜能，弘扬学生个性，以课堂教学为杠杆，以读、听、说、写为主要内容，以多种形式活动为主体，争取多方面的培养环境，使学生的口语交际能力在开放性的教学中得到提高，在鲜活语言交际中发展。我校实验教师准备分以下三个阶段进行研究探索。

1、说响阶段。它是说话能力培养的初始阶段，其核心是帮助学生扫除畏惧心理，树立敢说的意识。初入学的孩子就处于这一阶段，他们大多不敢用普通话说，要不就是说话声音不响亮，自信心不够。这个阶段应当尽量营造轻松愉快的说话氛围，调动和激发学生的主动性和积极性，降低说话难度，少作内容方面的要求，以敢于说话、把话说响作为阶段训练的总目标。

2、说通阶段。这是说话能力培养的第二个阶段，其核心是提高学生语言运用的能力和技巧，并适当训练声音运用的技巧，尽量使语言准确流畅。这一阶段，学生已基本有了主动说话的习惯和敢于说话的信心，可开始适当地提出说话内容方面的要求和综合运用议论、抒情、描述等表达方式的要求，以及声音使用技巧方面的一些要求。在训练的形式上，可采用围绕一个意思谈话、讨论的形式，也可采用演讲、即席发言、有充分准备的辩论等形式。

3、说美阶段。它是说话能力培养的高级阶段，其核心是在声音、语言、情态等方面进行综合训练和实践，最终使学生说话时表情自然、体态大方、声音动听、话语优美。此阶段更要营造一个轻松愉悦的说话环境，让学生切实感受到说话的魅力，真正成为说话的主人。让每个学生无拘无束地进行口语交流。在说话训练的形式上，可采用即席发言、即兴演讲、辩论、答问、采访等较具应变性和情景性的高难度的说话形式。

五、课题研究的目标

1、培养学生用普通话交谈的能力，激发学生说话的兴趣。

2、培养学生倾听、表达和应对的能力，使学生具有文明和谐地进行人际交流的素养。

3、促进学生素质的全面发展，培养合作精神。

4、培养和锻炼实验教师，使其教学水平、科研能力及综合素质得到提高。

六、课题研究的策略与措施

(一)兴趣——入门的向导。“燃起学生的渴望和学习热情”是提高教学质量的先决条件，在校内的调查和学生座谈中发现，喜欢上语文、数学课的学生寥寥无几。因而实验教师在实验过程中应注意口语交际兴趣的培养。

1、提高学生的思想认识，让学生意识到口语交际的重要性。

2、营造自由平等的口语交际氛围。叶圣陶先生曾说：“学生练习作文，重要的是要他们学会表达自己的思想感情。”可见自由表达是发展个性的极佳途径。营造了宽松的氛围，学生无拘无束，能畅所欲言，说自己所想，谈自身所感。

3、教师讲一讲自己和周围的人的交流体会，学生也可列举身边口语交际能力强、弱方面的典型例子，并搜集有关口语表达方面的词语。如：伶牙俐齿、能说会道、口若悬河、笨嘴拙舌、茶壶里煮饺子，有口倒不出等，引导学生归纳，并从中明白应做哪类人，活动中燃起学生的兴趣和兴趣。当然，除了兴趣之外，还有一种不会说、说不好的压力，想练习说话交际的动力。

(二)知识——能力的基石

“话”不仅是“开心的钥匙”，也是传递信息的载体，还是人的综合素质和能力的外化反映。口语交际是一种即时性很强的活动，只有具备了丰富的知识储备，有较好的文化素养，才能启其心志，在具体的直面对话中巧妙对答，应对自如。实验教师还注意引导学生课外积累。

(三)技巧——成功的翅膀。有了兴趣，具备了较为丰富的知识，还要教给学生口语交际的技巧。如：让学生区别比较感悟同样一句话，语气、表情不同，效果差异就大的情况。让学生在交往过程中认真听，听明白;有话说，会说话。听别人说话要集中精力，态度谦恭诚恳，双目正视对方，不随意打岔，体态自然大方，不做不礼貌的动作。

(四)实践——能力的展示

1、抓住课堂这个主阵地，训练学生的口语表达。

(1)规范学生的口语表达，让学生用普通话交流，并在全校推广普通话。要求学生一进校园都说通顺、文明的普通话，慢慢地普通话流利、准确了。也逐渐区别方言和普通话了。

(2)上好每个单元里的口语交际课，实验教师不因口语交际不检测而马虎从事或者是挪作他用。在课前精心准备教具或去社会调查，课堂上师生兴趣盎然，有些课入情入境

(3)语文课堂中，每一课都要有培养学生口语表达的教学设计。

(4)延伸教材。开展编课本剧的活动，进行情景表演，启发学生想象用表情、动作、不同语气来加深口语表达。

2、在活动中锻炼胆量，培养能力。

(1)语文课题组与少先队配合，开展多种形式的活动。如：“课本剧，诗朗诵，讲故事”。在活动中，学生尝到了成功的甘甜，口语表达的积极性更高了。

(2)争取广阔的练习口语的环境。我们每位学生都可以去社会大课堂中历练。在具体的口语交际中，感受社会，锻炼胆量，培养能力。

七、实验研究的实施阶段及实验方法

I am a determined person, always willing to achieve higher goals.

Whats more, I am good at analysis, with a strong sense of cooperation. All of these led me to the success of passing the first round of the entrance examination to the Masters degree. Personally, I am very humorous and easy-going, enjoying a goodrelationship among my classmates. In my spare time, I like to read books regarding how to be myself and how to deal with problems. Music and movies are my favorite entertainments. As for my sportinterest, I could not deny my greatest interest is football. Playing this game brings me a lot of glory, happiness and passion.

大家好，很荣幸今天我能站在这里竞选班长。

从小到大，没次站在这个讲台上的时候，不管是像现在这样面对全班同学们，还是没人的时候偷偷的跑上去站在上面俯看下面的时候，都感到无比的紧张和激动，可能这个小小的地方太够神圣了，太有吸引力了，希望今天我不会让自己激动的心情在演讲完结束。

在正式的进入自我介绍前，我想先讲讲我这两年来的一些感悟。我想我的话题会涉及到沟通，集体生活，和大学经历。

首先，我是沟通。有人说沟通是第一要决。我想也是的。我一直认为不管是什么人，即使是个性、性格差异很大的人，只有真正的接触了，交流了，一定能够碰出火花来，看人光看表面是不行的，这就像看背影杀手一下。现在我们看人看同学，很经常会有这样的观点，这个人，嗨，这样的女生，这样的男生，不是我喜欢的类型，所以总是带着偏见看人。可是这又不是谈恋爱，用不着那么挑剔吧。还有，与人沟通自信很重要。我感觉自己到现在有时候和别人和同学还不是接触的时候还不是很放的开。

a：同学们，上期我和大家说说怎样学英语?相信同学们一定每天都坚持听读英语了吧!今天的“say you say me”,说你说我。和大家一起谈一谈欧美国家的一些礼仪习俗。

b：我国素称礼仪之邦，其重视礼节程度不亚于欧美任何一国。但是由于中西风俗习惯有很大的差异，如果我们对此不了解，在与英美人进行交往时，就会引起对方的误会，发生不必要的误解。这里我仅把英美人在问候、告辞和称呼上的礼节习惯介绍给大家，以便有助于大家的英语学习和同外国朋友的交往。

一、greetings问候

我们中国人见面打招呼时习惯说：您吃过了吗?(have you eaten? / have you had your meal?)或者说：您上哪去?(where are you going? )。而英美人见面时如果是上午则说：good morning. 如果是在下午则说：good afternoon, 在傍晚就说：good evening. 如果与熟人打招呼则说：how are you? 如果是与较熟的人或朋友打招呼则说：hello, 或hi. 如果用我们中国人见面打招呼时常说的"have you eaten?"去问候英美人，就会引起对方的误解，因为"have you eaten?"在英语里不是打招呼用语，而是"邀请对方去吃饭"。如果见到英美人时说："where are you going?"他们会很不高兴。因为"where are you going?"对英美人来说则是"即干涉别人的私事。"

a：二、parting告辞

到别人家串门或作客，告辞时，英美人习惯说："i should go now." 或 " id better be going now."意思都是"我得走了"。英美人在告辞时从不说："ill go back."(我回去了。)或"ill go first."(我先走了。)因为在英语里, "ill go first."的意思是："时间不早了，客人们该离开了。我先走给大家起了头，其他客人也应该马上离去。"

b：三、addressing people 称呼 平时，我们常听到学生称呼老师为"teacher wang"(王老师)，"teacher li"(李老师)，即便对外籍教师也是如此称呼。其实这是不符合英美人习惯的。

在英语中，"teacher"不能用于称呼。那么怎么来称呼老师才符合英语习惯呢?一般来说，英美人称呼中小学的男老师为"sir"，或mr，女教师为"miss"，如 mr wang miss zhang miss green
