在每年四月份面试的那天，在光华楼外等候面试的准MBA们一个个西装革履，三五成群的交谈着，绝对是校园里一道亮丽的风景线。如果你穿着运动鞋去参加面试绝对被同学和考官认为是一个另类。必要的面试礼仪是必须掌握的。 1着装礼仪 西装的套色 西装的讲究非常多，价格从高到低相差也非常大，如何选择西装确实要根据每个人自己具体的情况而定，很难给出统一的标准。但有些意见仍然具有普遍的借鉴意义。 首先应该注意西装应该保持同色配套，并且面料以深色，尤其是深蓝色为好，或是深色有细条纹的。有人疑问，“我们学校有些教授是从国外回来的，他的西装就是上下颜色一深一浅并不一致啊？”确实，在海外许多教授的着装就是上下颜色不一致。但是请注意，你不是教授，你现在也不是在申请教授的职位。另外还有一点特别值得注意，就是不要等到面试前一天才去买西装，因为西装是需要精挑细选才会选中合适的，匆忙之中挑选不出得体的西装。 这里有个关于西装的小故事，大家可以从中借鉴。有一些中国旅行团到国外考察，团员们个个西装笔挺，但是细一看有的人袖口上故意留着“西装”的标签。 如果说最保守的西装颜色是深色，最保守的衬衣颜色则是白色，这样的搭配是大多数商务人士的普遍选择。此外，有人也会选择蓝色的衬衣，这就需要特别注意与西装颜色和款式的配合，否则将会很难看。当然，白色的衬衣也有不足之处，白色易脏、难以保持清洁，尤其在天热或空气质量较差的时候，刚换的白衬衣往往一天就脏了。因此，白色的衬衣应该多买几件，经常换洗。 挑选衬衣的时候，应该注意领子不要太大，领口、袖口不要太宽，以刚好可以扣上并略有空隙为宜。质地以30％—40％的棉、60％—70％的化纤为好。完全化纤质地的衬衣会显得过于单薄、透明，不够庄重，纯棉的衬衣如果熨烫不及时又会显得不够挺括，而且每次洗过之后都需要重新熨烫。 领带的色调、图案如何配合衬衣和西装是一门很大的学问，也与个人的品位有关，同学们平时应该多注意观察成功人士、知名公司领导人的着装，看看他们如何选择领带，同时大家也可以将各自的心得体会多交流交流。 但是有一点需要特别指出，不要使用领带夹。因为使用领带夹只是亚洲少数国家的习惯，具有很强的地区色彩，并非国际通行的惯例。至于领带的长短，以刚刚超过腰际皮带为好。 裤子的长短宽松 裤子除了要与上身西装保持色调一致以外，还应该注意不要太窄，要保留有一定的宽松度，也不要太短，以恰好可以盖住皮鞋的鞋面为好。同时，千万记住不要穿背带裤，年轻人穿背带裤是很幼稚、很高傲的表现。另外，运动裤、牛仔裤无论是什么名牌，都不是正装，不适宜在面试的时候穿着。 白色袜子太多了 袜子以深色为好，但平时经常见到一些人穿白袜子，这在国际商务着装中不会出现。深色的袜子应该没有明显的图案、花纹，另外，也不应该穿较透明的丝袜。 皮鞋黑而不脏、亮而不新 皮鞋的颜色要选黑色，这与白衬衣、深色西装一样属于最稳重、保险的色调。要注意经常擦鞋，保持鞋面的清洁光亮。有的同学尽管买的皮鞋很好，但不注意擦拭，面试的时候皮鞋看上去灰头土脸的，与上面笔挺的西装很不协调，这会让招聘经理觉得应聘者粗心大意，不拘小节。 另外还需要注意的是，千万不要把新皮鞋留到面试那天才穿，因为新皮鞋第一次穿会很不合脚，走起路来一瘸一拐的，让人误认为你有腿疾。 公文包给谁用 男生随身携带不装电脑的电脑包是再合适不过的了，但是注意电脑包不要过大。如不使用电脑也不必把电脑放到包里一起带着，背着沉重的电脑，整个人都会显得不灵活，不精干。 2文明礼貌 不讲究文明礼貌是面试失败的重要原因之一。基本的礼节是必不可少的，文明礼貌，讲究礼节是一个人素质的反映、人格的象征。因此，面试时应注意： (1)在开始面试之前肯定有一段等候的时间，切忌在等待面试时到处走动，更不能擅自到考场外面向里观望，应试者之间的交谈也应尽可能地降低音量，避免影响他人应试或思考。 (2)切忌贸然闯入面试室，应试者一定要先轻轻敲门，得到主考宫的许可后方可入室。入室时不要先把头探进去张望，而应整个身体一同进去； (3)走进室内之后，背对考官，将房门轻轻关上，然后缓慢转身面对主考官； 举止体现着一个人的修养和风度，粗俗习气的行为举止，会使一个人失去亲和力，而稳重大方则会受到人们的普遍欢迎。在陌生的主考人面前，坐、立、行等动作姿势正确雅观、成熟庄重，不仅可以反映出青年人特有的气质，而且能给人以有教养、有知识、有礼貌的印象，从而获得别人的喜爱。具体说来，以下几点值得注意： (1)动有动态。走动时应当身体直立，两眼平视前方，两腿有节奏地交替向前迈步，并大致走在一条等宽的直线上。两臂在身体两侧自然摆动，摆动幅度不要过大。脚步声应控制，不要两脚擦地拖行。如果走路时身体有前俯、后仰或左右摇晃的习惯，或者两个脚尖同时向里侧或外侧呈八字形走步，是不规范、不雅观的举止； (2)“站有站相”。站立时身形应当正直，头、颈、身躯和双腿应与地面垂直，两肩相平，两臂和手在身体两侧身然下垂，两眼平视正前方，嘴自然闭合：双脚对齐，脚尖分开的距离以不超过一脚为宜，如果叉得太开是不雅观的。不应把手插在裤袋里或交叉在胸前； (3)“坐有坐相”。坐姿要端正。坐在主考人员指定的座位上，不要挪动己经安排好的椅子的位置。在身后没有任何依靠时上身应正直稍向前倾(这样既可发声响亮、中气足，令人觉得你有朝气，又可表现出你对主考人感兴趣、尊敬)，头平正，目光平视；两膝并拢，两臂贴身自然下垂，两手随意放在自己腿上，两脚自然着地。背后有依靠时，也不能随意地把头向后仰靠，显得很懒散的样子。就座以后，不能两边摇晃，或者一条腿放在另一条腿上。双腿要自然并拢，不宜把腿分得很开，女性尤宜注意； (4)“手势宜少不宜多”多余的手势，会给人留下装腔作势、缺乏涵养的感觉。反复摆弄自己的手指，要么活动关节，要么捻响，要么攥着拳头，或是手指动来动去，往往会给人一种无聊的感觉，让人难以接受。在交际活动时，有些手势会让人反感，严重影响形象。比如当众搔头皮、掏耳朵、抠鼻子、咬指甲、手指在桌上乱写乱画等。 (5)避免一些不必要的小动作。身体各部分的小动作往往令主考人分心，甚至令其反感。下面这些动作都是要不得的：玩弄衣带、发辫、打火机、香烟盒、笔、纸片、物帕等分散注意力的物品；玩手指头；抠指甲；抓头发；挠头皮；抠鼻孔；翘起二郎腿乱抖；用脚敲踏地面；双物托下巴；说话时用手掩着口；摇摆小腿等。摆弄手指。 5、细节打理 理发经常理发，头发留得太长会给人不够振作的印象。当然，有些人的头发自然条件较差，难以整理，这些同学可以借助一些护发用品，如摩丝、发乳、定型水等，但也要注意它们各自的不同功效。比方说，有些牌子的定型水就有不同强度的定型级别，级别太低了会控制不住发型，上午定型、下午就没了，强度级别太高了会把头发弄得像钢丝一样。在用护发品定型之前，可以使用吹风机，吹干、定型的效果都不错。另外，还可以在理发时向理发师请教一些头发护理的常识和注意事项，或者在面试之前去理发店做一下护理和定型。 至于发型，最为常见的是分头，但是中分很少见。虽然每个人都有自己的具体情况，有些人认为自己就适合中分的发型，但是事实上大部分应聘成功者、中外企业的老总、经理们大都不是中分的发型。因此，为了保险一点，至少在面试的时候不要留中分的发型。除了分头以外，还有些人会留平头。平头虽然显得精神，但是不宜过短，否则显得不够庄重成熟。 五官 胡子不要留胡子、要保持面颊的干净。一般而言，成年男士应该坚持每天早晨刮一次胡子。但如果有些同学还从没刮过胡子，清秀的乳毛既不长也不乱，就不必强求，免得一旦刮开，胡子会如雨后春笋般长势旺盛，天天都得去刮。 鼻毛 很多人注意了胡子却遗漏了鼻毛，而旁人或者同学往往也不好意思提醒他，平时应该多注意，尤其是在面试前对照一下镜子，做一做自我“审视”。 口臭 有些人讲话多了难免口臭，如果有人向你反馈这样的情况，你就要多加注意了，赶快采取一些治理措施。比如面试的时候带上口香糖，在面试开始前的半小时吃一片以保持口腔的气味清新，但是面试即将开始前嘴里一定不要有口香糖，不要高傲地嚼着口香糖进场面试。还要注意别在面试前吃一些诸如大蒜之类的有异味食物，否则满口异味显得不懂得尊重别人。 形体语言 眼观六路：眼神的交流（eye contact） 交流中你的目光要不时注视着对方。国外的礼仪书上往往精确到“要看到对方鼻梁上某个位置或眼镜下多少毫米”，这有点过于精准，笼统地说“看着对方的眼部”就行了。但是，万万不可目光呆滞地死盯着别人看，这样会让他以为你对他“满怀深情”，或是和他有什么“深仇大恨”，让他感到很不舒服。如果有不只一个人在场，你说话的时候要经常用目光扫视一下其他人，以示尊重和平等。 耳听八方：主动的积极聆听者 最优秀的销售人员往往不是滔滔不绝地大侃，而是积极地聆听。考官不希望面试者像木头桩子一样故作深沉、面无表情。面试者在听对方说话时，要不时做出点头同意状，表示自己听明白了，或正在注意听。同时还要面带微笑，当然也不宜笑得太僵硬，要发自内心。在面试中如果招聘经理多说话，说明他对你感兴趣，愿意向你介绍情况，热情交流。但许多学生误认为只有自己说话才是最好的销售，往往会抢着说话，或打断对方的讲话，这些都是很不懂礼貌的表现，会使自己陷于被动，言多必失。 稳如泰山：只坐三分之二 面试时的坐姿，有两种极端不可取。一是全身瘫倒在椅背上，二是战战兢兢地只坐椅边。正如花有花语一样，坐也有坐意：仰坐表明轻视、无关紧要；少坐意味着紧张、如坐针毡；端坐，意味着重视、聚精会神。 面试时，轻易不要紧贴着椅背坐，也不要坐满，坐下后身体要略向前倾。一来表明你坐得很稳，自信满满，不会因为稍向前倾就失去重心，一头栽下去；二来证明你没有过于放松地全身靠到椅背上，没把办公室当成茶楼酒馆。 但也不宜坐得太少。只坐椅子的五分之一，意味着你几乎要靠自己的双腿支撑住自己的体重。这是一种极度紧张的表现，也会把面试官的注意力吸引过去，他可不希望你把椅子坐翻，被椅背砸出脑震荡来。 一般以坐满椅子的三分之二为宜。既可以让你腾出精力轻松应对考官的提问，也不至让你过于放松，乐不思蜀而忘了自己的来意。建议你多多接触社会，观察沉稳人士的坐姿，并回到家里、寝室里稍加练习，改善坐姿，别让椅子拖了后腿。 一般在面试时，别人会给你用塑料杯或纸杯倒一杯水。这些杯子比较轻，而且给你倒的水也不会太多，加上你面试时往往会比较紧张，不小心碰倒杯子的情况难免发生。你的水杯放的位置不好，就很容易把水弄洒。一旦洒了水，心里一慌，不是语无伦次就是手忙脚乱，很长一段时间都调整不过来。虽然对方通常会表现得很大度，但也会留下你慌慌张张、局促不安的印象，所以要非常小心。杯子放得远一点，水喝不喝都没有关系。有些人临走了，看到满满一杯水没动，觉得不好意思，就咕咚咕咚喝上几大口，这也没有必要。 “随便”的要求 如果招聘人员问你喝什么或要你提出选择时，一定要明确地回答，这样会显得有主见。最忌讳的说法是：“随便，您决定吧。”更有甚者还自作聪明，认为这样回答十分有礼貌。“随便”是一种非常不好的回答方法，有些企业，一听到这两个字就要皱眉头。
