Im not feeling very well today. Ive got a bad cold. My father took me to see a doctor this morning, and the doctor looked me over carefully and gave me some medicine. He also advised me to stay in bed for a day. So I cant go to school today. I hope Ill get weel soon and go to school tomorrow morning. Thanks.

农村流行性感冒调查报告

XX年8月25日至10月20日，**县李子乡大庙村发生一起急性发热、头痛、全身酸痛及咳嗽、咽痛、流涕为主要症状的疾病，经流行病学及病原学检测，确认为一起流行性感冒暴发，现将结果报告如下：

1、流行特征：8月25日至10月20日，该乡大庙村发生急性发热、头痛、全身酸痛为主要症状的病例428例，其中学生294例(占发病总数的68.69%,占学生总数787人的37.36%)，村民134例，男245例、女183例。首发病例无法确证，末例病例为10月20日，流行持续56天，病例主要集中在10月上中旬，占93.46%，为发病高峰。

2、临床表现：起病急，临床症状轻。全部患者均有发热、头痛、咳嗽。发热以中低热者为主，精神尚好，未发现其他合并症状，均无住院治疗。

3、免疫史：428例病例均未注射过流感疫苗。

4、室验室检查：采集22份咽拭子标本，经云南省疾控中心病原学检测，确证本次为一起h3型流感暴发。经对现症病人实行家庭隔离治疗，学校教室、校舍、周围环境进行0.2%过氧乙酸喷雾消毒，教室通风换气，对病人及易感人群采取板兰根、病毒灵进行防治等综合措施，控制了疫情。
