案例一:如何把握时间

研究生毕业的小刘很健谈,口才甚佳,对自我介绍,他自认为不在话下,所以他从来不准备,看什么人说什么话。他的求职目标是地产策划,有一次,应聘本地一家大型房地产公司,在自我介绍时,他大谈起了房地产行业的走向,由于跑题太远,面试官不得不把话题收回来。自我介绍也只能"半途而止"。

案例四:当用点"小聪明"

一、明确目标,高度重视

思想上高度重视。舒兰市平安镇中心卫生院经过近几年尤其是近两年的发展,省、市政府投入基础设施建设资金近百万元,院内基础设施、配套设施逐步得到完善和提升。目前房屋面积4500平方米,开展节能工作显得尤为必要,也更具有现实意义。基于以上认识,院内在思想上高度重视上级部署的节能工作。

加强组织领导。成立了舒兰市平安镇中心卫生院公共机构节能工作领导小组,由院长任组长,分管副院长任副组长,抽调精干人员为成员,为节能工作奠定了良好的基础。注重节能宣传。组织学习了《公共机构节能条例》,下发了公共机构节能工作通知,对全院节能工作提出了明确要求,制定了节能工作计划,在院内开展了节能宣传活动,在医院的楼梯、走廊、卫生间、通道、水、电开关等公共机构节能区域贴上节能提示标志,营造了良好的节能氛围。

二、突出重点,强化措施

突出节俭用电、节俭用水、节俭燃油、节俭办公经费,采取切实可行措施,确保节能工作有效推进。

1、节俭用电。一是合理设置办公室空调温度,夏季室内空调温度设置不低于26摄氏度;做到冬季无人不开空调、禁止开窗使用空调,提倡每一天少开一小时,下班一律关掉空调系统。二是办公室、会议室等场所尽量采用自然光,尽可能少开灯或不开灯。离开办公室要随手关灯,做到人走灯灭,杜绝“长明灯”。三是加强计算机、打印机、复印机等办公设备用电管理,尽可能即用即开,用完后及时关掉电源,杜绝长时间待机现象。四是楼梯、走廊、卫生间等公共区域照明应使用节能型灯具,根据需要尽量少开照明灯。五是优先采购节能效果明显、性能比较成熟的节能(包括节水)产品,及时淘汰国家明令禁止使用的高能耗设备和产品;严格控制新增用电设备。

2、节俭用水。一是加强用水设备维护管理,自觉检查、处理和通知相关人员及时解决供水故障,杜绝跑、冒、漏、滴和长流水现象。二是控制各个阀门、龙头的出水流量,在满足基本使用要求的基础上,切实减少耗水量。

3、节俭燃油。合理安排急救车出车任务和行驶路线,提倡合理使用车辆,减少单车出驶台次,提高使用效率;路程较近时不使用车辆。严禁公车私用。坚持规范行驶、按时保养,减少车辆部件非正常损耗,努力降低车辆油耗和维修费用支出。

4、节俭办公经费。充分利用网上办公系统,文件起草、修改发放,尽量在电子媒介上进行,减少纸质文件印发和使用传真的频率、加强办公经费和办公用品的使用管理、规范办公用品的配备、采购和领用,严格配备标准,尽量选择环保、质优、价廉、能耗小的办公设备。能引导工作,力求做好相关设备的更新改造工作;

三、20__年工作打算

20__年,我们将继续按照《公共机构节能条例》的规定和上级有关文件精神,按照市委、市政府关于公共机构节能工作的有关部署,进一步增强院内职工节能意识,认真落实各项节能措施,强化监督考核,进一步做好公共机构节能工作。
